"Yeh kahaan gaya is waqt" Haider frowned seeing a lock on Adnan's door.
After coming from the office, Haider had sauntered off to Adnan's room to take his class for the stunt he had pulled out in the morning.

"Saad...." Haider knocked on Saad's door next with an intention to ask him about his parter in crime's whereabouts but looked like..the boy was as clueless as him.

"Ammi...Yeh Adnan kahin bahar gaya hai kya" Next Rukhsar was questioned about the mighty prince

"Haan usne phone kiya tha use der ho jayegi....Zakir ke ghar gaya hua hai" Rukhsar said while switching the channels on tv

"Hain.... Zakir toh out of station hai..wo uske ghar kyun jayega...haan uski padosan par line marne ja sakta hai" Saad soliloquised

"Phone bhi nahin utha rahein bhai" Haya informed dialling Adnan's number again and again

"Kuch toh gadbad hai Daya...darwaza tod do"

"Ye ACP Pradyuman banna band karo aur uske room ki dusri chaabi lao" Haider hit Saad's head

An alternate key was brought and the room was opened.

And the mighty Adnan Ali was seen having a time of his life sleeping with his body sprawled on the bed in all directions. His mouth was a little open which made him look really cute.

Saad whispered something in Haya's ears and she ran out of the room giggling

In a matter of few minutes, the sleepy head was rushing to the washroom with a mouth covered in salt and Saad and Haya laughing behind him like  jokers.  Even Haider couldn't stop his laughter seeing his brother dancing on tasting such a terrific flavour in his mouth all of a sudden.

Despite continuous rinsenings, Adnan could still feel the salinity on his tongue
"Ye kya harkat hai kisi ko jagane ka..jaahilon....Main mar jata toh"

Adnan was acting like someone had tried to strangle him in sleep

Haider frowned at the overdramatic expressions and pulled his ear..."Isse toh bach gaye..mujhse marne se koi nahin bacha payega......subah kya tha"

"Bhai mai toh bas aapki help kar raha tha.......mai aapka sharmeela swabhaav janta hun isliye" Adnan tried to pull on the most innocent expression

"Acha....ulti seedhi daleelein de kar" Haider twisted his ear more making him yelp

"Aaah...wo..wo Jannat Aapi ko lage ki aap kitne romantic hain..isliye bol diya......Main nahin chahta tha mere bhai kisi bhi tareeke se kam aanke jaein toh maine bas aapka image thoda badalna chaha........"Adnan paused but then again continued his rambling irritating Haider

"Agar apne bade bhai ke liye kuch..bhala chahna gunaah hai toh de de saza...."

And next second, saza was bestowed with a virtual slap by Haider "Theek hai...bhi broadband connection hatwata hun.."

"Kya" The voices in the room merged creating a cumulative effect

" Aisa na karein..bhai hum jeete ji mar jayenge" Saad cried clutching on Haider's arm
"Aap chahein toh Adnan ko ghar se bahar nikaal dein.....par broadband ko rehne dein"

"Kamine..." Adnan pulled Saad's shirt all ready to play WWE with him

"Ek tamacha lagega mujhse .. bakwaas hui toh....aur ye batana zara tumhara sath kisne diya tha isme?"

"Mai kuch samjha nahin bhai"
Adnan feigned innocence but seeing Haider's hand lifting, shrieked "Aapki badi Bhabhi ne help ki meri"

"Bhai.." Anabia who was hiding outside the room shouted at Adnan on the breaking clause of anonymity

"Kitne me biki tum " Saad asked even before Haider could say something

"Paanch sau " Anabia pouted

"Anabia Faizan Ali...paanch sau me bik gayi..tumhare shauhar ko pata chala toh kahin muh dikhane ke kaabil nahin rahenge" Saad started his own drama making Anabia twitch her lips "Khaali peeli me mil raha tha toh kya bura kiya"

"Arre kam se kam 5000 lena tha...aadha aadha bant lete..."

Haider held his head feeling a little pain with all the drama
"Acha hai...maine Jannat ko pehle hi warn kar diya hai in paaglon ke baare me"

"Oho...bhabhijaan ki itni fiqar...mai sad ke jawwa" Adnan grinned only to get a push which landed him on the bed...but that didn't stop him to fill his room with laughter.

"Haider" Rukhsaar called her son lovingly on the breakfast table making everyone's gaze turn at Haider.

"Ji Ammi"

"Meri baat hui thi Zubeida se...Meer bhai aur usne Jannat se baat ki thi kal raat aur aaj subah usne apna decision bhi bata diya"

"Acha...." Haider didn't know how to react, he was trying so hard to resist the smile which was hell bent on breaking into his face

"Puchoge nahin kya kaha usne"

"Nahi puchunga toh aap nahin batayengi" Haider raised his brows at his mother

"Arre....jao nahin bata rahi mai...huh" Ruksaar huffed in annoyance

"Ammi..mera wo matlab nahin tha...mai toh bas"

"Ik haan ke intezaar me hun" Saad completed the sentence and started laughing earning a smack on his back but that seemed to have negligible effect on his hormones.

"Haider...Jannat ki leave sanction kar dena kam se kam 10 dinon ke liye agle mahine" Rukhsaar spoke a while later indirectly informing about his wedding

"Ji"

"Aur apne liye bhi" Rukhsar quipped making Haider nod his head

"Waise bhai...hum aaj office aa jate hain shaam me aur sath me sabhi bahar jate hain" Adnan came up with a plan

"Ji nahin" Haider protested making Rukhsar frow "Kyun nahin"

"Adnan aaj tum sab bahar bhi jaoge aur apne bhai bhabhi ke liye shopping bhi karoge"

"Ji Ammi" Adnan showed his teeth and started planning with his siblings.

Haider was not surprised that Jannat had not even once shown up in his cabin today......the girl had magically disappeared from his cabin when all the interns were called for briefing in the morning.

He went to the hall where all the interns were busy on their systems.
Taking notice of his would be wife, he walked towards her who was too busy to take notice of her surroundings.

"Kaisa chal raha hai project aap logon ka"
Jannat jolted hearing Haider's deep dominating voice.....what was he doing here.

"It's going fine Sir" some of the interns answered with a smile to which Haider curtly nodded and started taking a round peeking into everybody's system

Jannat shuddered when Haider stopped at her place and leaned down on to her and corrected some mistake taking the possession of mouse from her hand. Had it been some other day, she would have started talking to him, but at present she was shivering just with a little brush of their fingers.

Feeling his face close to hers, she was feeling a little wierd. But one look at his serious face, she realized how professional and serious he was being and look at her...altogether on a different tangent.

"Jannat"

"Ji..S sir" She stuttered a little

"Is file ko complete kar ke aap aur Rashid mere cabin me aayein"

"Ji sir"

Rashid and Jannat entered Haider's cabin with their files after sometime

Haider was on a phone call, so signalled them to take a seat with his hands and continued talking.

Keeping the phone down after sometime, Haider asked for Rashid's file and started going through it.

"Sir..actually I wanted a week leave in the next month"

Haider lifted his head at Rashid's voice

"Wajah"

"Sir...wo we are actually planning a family trip .. so"

"Sir..mujhe bhi leave chahiye thi 10 dinon ke liye..next month" Even before Haider could react, Jannat opened her mouth

"Ab aapka kya reason hai" Haider turned towards Jannat now

"J..ji..." Jannat was flustered....didn't he know or he was just trying to corner her?

"Bahane bana rahin hain aap......Jannat ek sath sab leave par chale jayenge toh kaise chalega...Mai khud kuch dino ki leave lunga...Rashid ne bhi abhi..."

"Aap dekh lein Sir....meri utni zaroori nahin hai...but mujhe dar hai mere chalte kahin kisi aur ki bhi chhuttiyan barbaad na ho jayein" Jannat was pissed off now

"Matlab" Rashid frowned

"Meri shaadi hai..agle mahine"

"Oh wow....Jannat..Congratulations..bataya nahin tumne" Rashid smiled

"Wo sabkuch jaldi me ho gaya"

"Congratulations Jannat...I hope we all are invited" Jannat lifted her eyes at Haider's remark

"Jannat ki zyada zaruri hai Sir...isliye mai postpone kar dunga apna plan" Rashid spoke giving an understanding smile to Jannat who thanked him...

After ten minutes, both Rashid and Jannat got up with their files when Haider requested  "Jannat aap rukein...aapse mujhe kuch Shah file ki bhi information leni hai"

Haider sounded really serious which made Jannat nod in yes. She sat opening her file when Haider cleared his throat.

"Ji ek minute....." Jannat said picking up her notepad

"Toh bhabhijaan ke bare me ab tak kya information mili"

Jannat closed her eyes tight listening to Haider's words.....she was feeling too shy in his presence now

"Mu..mujhe kuch kaam hai.." She tried to get up but was stopped by a knock on the door

"Come in"

And next moment, Jannat found herself engulfed in someone's arms

"Hello bhabhijaan .." Anabia hugged Jannat tight from behind making Jannat look at Haider who was looking quite amused.

Adnan and Saad too walked in and side hugged Jannat ...."Bhai..humne kuch disturb toh nahin kar diya.."

"N..nahi mai toh bas Sir ko file dikha rahi thi..."

"Sir" Adnan made a face "Aapi hone wale shauhar ko Sir bol kar aap sar pe na chadhayein.."

"Aise pyaar se bulayein .. Haider" Saad tried to bring out some femininity in his voice

"Gadhon .. niklon yahaan se"

"Haan haan jaa rahein hain bhai...aap apni hone waali begum se dil khol kar baat karein" Saad winked circling his arms around Adnan and Anabia

"Aur Bia..tu jaa Faiz bhai se thodi wasooli kar ke aa.......aaj ki outing me kaam aayegi" Adnan whispered in Anabia's ear.

Seeing no disturbance, Haider cleared his throat to gain Jannat's attention...
"Jannat"

"Ji"

"Khush ho is rishte se"

"Hmmm...." Jannat didn't know what to say....she was feeling conscious

"Lekin mai ek baat batana chahunga apne bare me" Haider said in a serious tone

Jannat looked at him with curious eyes

"Mai tees ka hone ja raha hun agle mahine"

Jannat frowned but then her eyes widened getting the hidden meaning behind his words and she took no time in running out of the cabin with a red face making Haider laugh out loud.

Entering the canteen, Saad and Adnan found Hiba and Haya on a corner side table and moved towards them.
Hiba and Haya both were so tempted to have the company's canteen's burger that they thought of surprising their Jannat Aapi later

"Idhar lao .. bahut kha liya motiyon.." Saad pulled their plates to his side

"Ye kya hai..hamari hai" Hiba cried

"Ek baat yaad rakho ladkiyon.....hamare ghar me agar taa umar rehna hai toh bas ek mai hi hun jo yeh khwaab pura kar sakta hun" Saad rested his back on the chair sweeling his chest

"Meri jitni sewa karoge utna hi mewa khaoge....tum dono me se jo meri sabse zyada sewa karega..mai usse shaadi kar lunga..." Saad pushed his hair back with the help of his hand and continued
"Aur dono ache rahe toh donon se kar lunga"

"Aur mere dono hathon se do tamachon  ka kya khayal hai"

Saad's eyes widened hearing Haider's voice from behind
"Bhai bas aise hi bachiyon me healthy competition karwa raha tha.."

"Sudhar jao" Haider pulled Saad's ear making Hiba and Haya laugh....Jannat also joined them after a while and then it was a riot.

On the other side, Anabia entered Faizan's cabin only to find Zain sitting opposite to Faizan with a cute baby in his arms.

Confused between who to go to first..the baby or Faizan, Anabia pouted but then turned a little selfish sautering towards Faizan...on the way greeting Zain who greeted back.

Coming close to Faizan, she whispered in his ears "Hum shopping par ja rahe hain..apna credit card de dein"

"Mai bhi chal raha hun..kaam khatma ho gaya hai" Faizan quipped getting up.

"Lekin..chalo pehle hamare chhote Zain ki bhookh shant karte hain"
Faizan said taking the baby who smiled at Anabia melting her heart..."Mujhe dein"

Little Zain upon reaching the canteen became the centre of attention with everybody cooing him.
Anabia was all the more fascinated when he would poke his finger in her dimples and giggle

"Haye Allah...kitna pyaara bacha hai..Faiz hume na aisa hi bacha chahiye..ekdum same"

Anabia's words made Faizan pass an embarrassing smile to everybody but the same words turned someone cherry red.....Jannat just couldn't meet Haider's eyes which had bored into hers as soon as the words were thrown out of Anabia's system. She was cursing herself for the words she had uttered a day ago.

"Haan bhai...mujhe bhi Mamu banne ki jaldi hai" Saad squealed "Mai use apna jaisa shandaar banaunga....halaki Faiz bhai ke bache honge toh mushkilaat hongi lekin I will try my best"

"And for that you will be put to rest" Adnan whispered making Saad's face turn to Faizan's blazing eyes.

"Wo bas excitement me idhar udhar nikal gaya bhaijaan..maaf karein" Saad made an apologetic face and thought of focussing on his burger to escape the murderous glare.
