"Jane? You've been up here for ages, tea's ready," Catherine pushed the door open to find Jane asleep on Cath's side of the bed.

Catherine walked over and sat on the bed next to her. Stroking Jane's long blonde hair, she whispered "Don't worry love, I'm not going to wake you,"

A few minutes later, Anne came upstairs, "Catherine! Why are you up here! We told you to get Jane for dinner!"

"Anne! She's asleep!" She whisper-shouted.

"Well wake her up then! It's 5:30! She can sleep later!"

"She's just not sleeping well recently, so I'm letting her sleep!"

"What is she pregnant or something!?!"  Catherine looked down, unsure what to say next. "Oh my god, Jane's pregnant?"

"Keep your voice down Anne! We were going to tell everyone later, so please for Jane's sake, keep your mouth shut. Tell everyone Jane doesn't feel well and I'm going to stay with her, please Anne,"

"It's going to cost you!" Anne held her hand out to suggest she needs paying.

"Oh my god Anne, you have got to be kidding me!" Catherine spoke a little too loud and ended up waking Jane. "Oh, I'm sorry love, I didn't mean to wake you,".

"It's okay Cath, oh hey Anne," Jane smiles timidly.

"Hey Jane, um I'm going to go now so I'll see you later," Anne managed to wiggle out of that awkward conversation.

"Um, Jane, I have to tell you something,"

"Okay, tell me then," Jane rolled over to face Catherine.

"Anne worked it out, but I swore her to secrecy,"  Jane giggled in response.

"Why were you so nervous about telling me that, everyone's got to know at some point,"

"I thought you would be angry that you weren't awake when she found out,"

Jane threw her head back, then looked at Cath, giggling again. "It takes a lot more than that to anger me. I wouldn't be angry even she she told everyone, it makes it easier to be honest,"

"God, you're going to be the chill mum out of us both,"

"I can be strict when I want to!"

"Yeah, right Seymour,".

"You are aware you are also a Seymour? Right?" Catherine pulled the funniest facial expression Jane had seen in a long time.
