Has anybody else noticed that fancy neighborhood houses have no drapes? It's like Edna from the Incredibles is giving out home advice like: 

"Darling- darling, you have a nice house that's spotless, so show it off a little!"

"But I don't want creepers to-"

"NO DRAPES!"

Like really. You drive around a well-off community at night, and you see EVERYTHING happening inside the house- from people reading in their freaking awesome library to people watching football on their huge 100ft. TV.  I swear that the only thing that you need in order to become part of the fancy club is to get rid of your curtains. My family sees it so much that it's become an inside joke.

"Hey, look- those people have no curtains."

"Oh yeah- those guys have made it!"

*insert uncontollable laughter*

And then there was this one house that had like these fake-y theater drapes on the outside of their home on their porch right outside their front door, and I cracked a joke about how they were so poor that they had drapes on the outside of their home.
