Just imagine- the future full of better electronics, hover cars, and awesomeness- am I right?

Well... maybe it isn't as good as we think it would be. Think of all the people using phones and electronics while driving. Now put the distracted driver in a FLYING VEHICLE. Now think of all the destruction that could possibly take place if there's an accident that happens in the middle of the air. And you thought that ground accidents were the worst thing! If hover cars become availible to the general public, and something went wrong mid-flight, then there's a possiblity of dropping out of the sky or burning fuselage hitting something below. 

... I think that there's quite enough crap happening on the ground without having major crap happening in the air, don't you?
