"Hey, Mom?" Mithril shouted, walking downstairs into the kitchen. The kitchen was spotless- almost to the point that it glowed. His mother always kept it that way, and it drove him nuts. Organized chaos was what suited him best when it came to cleaning.

"Mom? Thandrin called... so I was wondering if I could go chill with him a bit-"

"Did you finish your chores?" Galadriel interrupted, nearly floating in from the dining room. The tone of her voice was deep and calm, but her face implied otherwise.

"Ummm, no, but I swear  that-"

"You did not finish your chores? Well... I suggest that you do that before hanging out with Thandrin."

"Mom, come on, I promise-"

"You dare to question my authority?"  She said with a snarl, wind beginning to swirl and snap violently at their clothes. The lights began to flicker and brown out as random bits of paper whipped around like they were in a cyclone.

Now at this point in time, any smart person would fall to their knees for forgiveness as they groveled. Unfortuneatly, Mithril was a slow child.

"Mom, geez, stop with the Lord Of The Rings  act. The ring was thrown into Mount Doom a long time ago- you don't need to pull that kinda thing on me."

The lights went out and a glowing light radiated from Galadriel's body. It was then when Mithril realized his mistake, but it was too late.

"ALL SHALL LOVE ME AND DESPAIR!"

" Oh god-  HIT THE DECK!" Mithril screamed as he cowered behind the kitchen island. His little sister, Leannside, was staring wide-eyed at the spectacle unfolding before her from the entry way closest to the living room. She even dropped her beloved teddy bear (named Mr. Legolas) on the floor from shock.

"Go! Save yourself!"  He yelled at her from his hiding spot behind the island counter. He only got halfway through his sentence when she bolted for her room, leaving Mr. Legolas behind in her fear and mad dash to her safe haven.
