The one, the only, Sonic '06 quote chapter.

Well, one of them. I'm sure there will be more to come. :)

Naydra's already finished the game and working to 100% it, while I'm mostly playing through Silver's story. I think I'm up to the Shadow bossfight, and putting it off cause Shadow's really difficult to fight. XD

And oh boi, did I have a heck of a time trying to unlock Silver's story.

These quotes will come from a mixture of playthroughs; either Naydra's or mine. The chaos is pretty equal in both, in my humble opinion.

Anyway, let's get started! I hope you enjoy this as much as we did recording it! :D

Sonic's Story

Naydra: *destroys streetlamp*

Me, looking up from Animal Crossing: Wow, you're destroying public property! :D

Naydra: *laughs evilly*

Me: Elise just comes home like "Sonic, thank you for saving m-WHY ARE ALL THE STREETLAMPS MISSING??"

Naydra, going on a dash pad: GOTTA GO FAST! :D

*flies off edge and dies*

Naydra: .........

Me: *laughing hysterically* GOTTA DIE FAST

(Trying to survive my first mach speed section)

Me, mashing buttons in a panic: TOO FAST TOO FAST  T O O  F A S T !!!!  HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CONTROL THIS??

Naydra: You're not. :)

Sonic: *nyooms into wall and dies*

Me: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-

Shadow's Story

"Car Festival? Why are we getting a boss screen for this? Is this random car race on level with Iblis or Mephiles or other evil deities?"

"Okay, why is Shadow allowed to drive a GIANT MONSTER TRUCK into this simple car festival? He could run over any one of those cars with no problems whatsoever!"

(We absolutely sucked at Car Festival, dying by crashing into traffic cones a bit more than I'd like to admit. XD)

Naydra, reading the text to start the mission for the 5th time: "Don't worry! Our car's in prime condition!"

Me: Yeah, sure, buddy. It's in prime condition till Shadow accidentally sideswipes a single traffic cone, then it'll instantly explode.

Naydra: *loses it*

*visible anger as Shadow kicks Silver in the back of the head during that one cutscene*

Naydra, to self: Where's Omega?

Me: "Omega, is that you?"

Naydra, laughing: "Lemme shoot you, just to check!" *uses Chaos Spear on robot*

Me: Woooow, what a great friend you are!

Naydra, still laughing hysterically: "If that's you, say ouch."

Silver's Story

(Literally every time Silver was talking or onscreen)

Me: *starry-eyed emoji*

Naydra: *completely calm*

Me: KSKSKSKSKS IT'S SILVEEEEEEEER!!! :D

(Right after I started playing Silver's story)

Me: *searches for psychokinesis button on controller*

Me: Okay, so that's the 'punish' button. Good to know.

Me: *makes Silver fling barrels at a random human* DIE IBLIS TRIGGER! >:D

~~~

(Running around Soleanna)

Me: Ooh, what does this button do?

*Silver picks up at least 15 barrels at once*

Me: Oh my gosh, I have a whole barrel army! I can take on the world with my army of barrels! Nothing will stand in my way! :D

Also me: *makes Silver drop the barrels on accident*

The barrels: *absolutely YEET all over the place*

Me: .............

Me: ...well, it's okay! They're going to take over the world in my absence! :D

Me: Is Silver going to ride on a train or run along the tracks?

Naydra: Actually, he's going to go down the middle of the two tracks. It's safer.

Naydra: *immediately takes damage*

Me: *already laughing* That's a lot safer.

Naydra: *also laughing* "It'll be safer!" And then the bullet comes out of nowhere.

(During the Shadow bossfight)

Naydra: *grabbing rings*

Shadow: *does Chaos Spear thing, then oneshots Silver*

Me: HE CAN DO THAT?!?

Naydra and me: *shocked silence, as the screen fades to black*

(After a few seconds of loading what happened)

Naydra: ...and then Silver died.

Me: The end!

Naydra: Yep, the future's screwed now. F in the chat please.

I'm so sorry I've made you guys wait so long for this. I've been struggling with a lack of motivation lately, and it definitely doesn't help that most of the 06 recordings we have go over the one-hour mark. 

Was it worth waiting for? Absolutely not!
