That is definitely true, if you don't believe that you can do it, I find that it is harder.

Like this book, if I didn't believe that I could update it everyday, then I probably wouldn't have tried. (Sorry about not updating by the way. I feel better, but I might not update it everyday, it's sorta personal.)

I think I'm going to switch updating this book to every other day though, I have lost my belief that I can manage updating it everyday, twice a day. Updating it every other day sounds manageable.

But anyways, how is everyone? I missed quite a bit of time. I do hope that anyone who isn't feeling 100% feels like that soon!
