3rd person POV

"What do you want Todoroki?" Izuku asked.

"What, I can't just check up on my friend? You were crying, so I came over to see what's wrong." Todoroki responded.

"What's wrong? WHAT'S WRONG?! MY GIRLFRIEND JUST GOT KIDNAPPED YOU DUMBASS!" Izuku yelled, clearly distressed. "I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THEY KNEW WE WERE HERE!" Todoroki stayed calm through his whole rant.

"Midoriya calm down." He calmed down.

"Thanks. I needed that."

Short time Skip

All Might POV

Me and Tsukaiuchi walked into the café Young Midoriya had described. I was in my True form, soo no one recognized me. Besides, he already knew this is what I truly looked like. I saw him sitting at a table, but he wasn't alone. He was sitting with Shoto Todoroki, the son of the former number 1 hero, Endeavor. We went to sit down with them. Tsukaiuchi spoke first.

"Midoriya, What did you call us here for?"

"Ochaco......."

"What about Ochaco?" I asked.

"She's been taken." Midoriya said solemnly.

"T-Taken?" I asked.

"Yes. She's gone. Bakugo took her now. Just after they took me too." I sat there stunned. I couldn't believe it.

"They took her?!"

"He's already answered that All Might. Besides, he is clearly distressed." Todoroki cut in. I looked at Midoriya, and realized Todoroki was right. It looked like he had been crying.

"Its Fine Todoroki. Also, Bakugo did something.....strange to me." I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Strange, How?"

"Well, he put his hand to my face, and put a quirk into me."

"He gave you a quirk?! That means All for One gave him his quirk as a whole before he died!" I looked at him in wonder. "What quirk did he give you?"

"W-Well, he gave me Ochaco's quirk after he took it from her."

"Her quirk?"

"Well, Yeah. I didn't see the whole thing, but I heard some commotion in the bathroom, so I took a peek in there, not to be a pervert or anything, and Katsuki Bakugo and Himiko Toga were in there, fighting her. I saw him weighing in pain on the ground, and I assume that when he took her quirk. I tried to take her back, but He just put his hand to my face, and I think he accidentally fired a quirk into me, and it happened to be her's." I sat there in shock. Did that mean that Midoriya had One for All now?

"Let's find a place more private I need to tell you something. Todoroki, I'm sorry but you can't come."

"It's fine All Might. I have to go anyways." Todoroki stood up and walked out the door. I took him with me out the door, and told him to follow me. He followed me into an Alleyway down the street. I looked around, to make sure no one was watching, and proceeded to tell him about the story of One for All.

Meanwhile

Ochaco Uraraka
I woke up, tied to a chair, in a completely white room. I struggled against my bonds, trying to activate One for All. I still couldn't use it. I think that Bakugo might have taken it with the All for One quirk All Might had mentioned.

"Crap. Everything hurts." I said. Then, the door to the room opened. Bakugo and Shigaraki walked in.

"Are you sure Bakugo? You're sure you want to do this?"

"Positive. Now leave boss."

"No more Handjob?"

"I'm feeling good today." Shigaraki left. Bakugo turned to me with a sadistic smile.

"Now, we should get started."

"What are you going to do to me?" I asked, attempting to keep the fear out of my voice.

"This." He touched my forehead, and sent deep sears of pain through my forehead. He was torturing me. He took his hand off of my forehead, gave me some time to recollect my thoughts, only to do it again.

"Why are you doing this Bakugo? You used to be such a nice guy."

"Do you remember this?" He asked, pulling out a photo. It was of me and him on our first date in high school.

"Of course. That was our first date."

"You broke my heart. Everyone thinks I went nuts because you ended up the number one hero. Well, they were wrong. I switched sides because of you. You broke my heart, and I couldn't bear to work with you like that." He was on the verge of tears.

"Bakugo......We broke up because we got in fights all the time. Our relationship wasn't working, and you know that."

"No! It was going just fine! We hit a rough patch that's all, and you ended it. After all that time!" He yelled, tears now falling down his face. "I want you to feel the same pain I felt, then I'm going to make that damn Deku fell it too!"

"How are you going to make him feel it when the whole hero force is protecting him because you kidnapped him?"

"I'm not going to hurt him physically." He paused and wiped his tears, before smiling again. "I'm going to hurt him emotionally." He put his hand back to my head, and the pain shot through my head again, knocking me out.
