So I'm back after like 3 weeks, sorry you guys... I really hope you enjoy this chapter and there is a surprise for you guys. :3 Please enjoy!!

3rd Person P.O.V.:

   As soon as Izuku ran out of the room he made his way to the little side restroom. He closed the door behind him and locked it, leaning on the bathroom counter. He looked at his beet-red face in the mirror. He also felt his breath quicken. no, no, no please not here, not now...

   Izuku realized he had a panic attack erupting through him. His heart was pumping out of his chest as he slid down the side of the door, hugging his knees. "O-oh my gosh... h-he probably hates me, I-I didn't mean to do that..." Tears had started to streak down his cheeks. Izuku kept panicking as he heard a few different footsteps come up on the other side of the door. 

   "Deku-kun, hey what's up? You alright?" No, I'm literally having a panic attack... but he couldn't say that due to his anxiety. He also acknowledged the fact that the other people could probably hear him crying which just helped the situation more... (*cOuGH* SarCAsM *CoUGh*) 

   After the people on the other side of the door heard him crying, they pushed Todoroki forward, hoping he could at least calm him down through the door. "U-uh Midoriya? It's Todoroki. I just want to let you know that I'm okay and so are you. I, uhm, I'm not mad at you or weirded out at all." Izuku heard his words and his breathing started to slow down a bit. Todoroki went on as the other people in the hall decided to leave the two to talk. 

   After another 3 or 4 minutes, Izuku got up and looked in the mirror one more time wiping his eyes with his sleeves. He then unlocked the door and opened it, diving into the taller boys arms engulfing him in a hug. He muttered something into Todoroki's stomach.

"...I love you..."

   Todoroki didn't hear and looked down at the shorter male trying to hide his blush. "You literally just talked into my stomach, what was that?" Midoriya looked up to Todoroki making eye contact, a blush still somewhat prominent on his face.

   "O-oh I just said thanks for helping me out just then..." Todoroki nodded. (Hehe you thought) They both made their way to the movie room and everyone else's faces showed a sign of relief once they saw Izuku out of the bathroom (Well except for Kirishima he's invisible, but ya know...) and returned to their own activities. Mostly people were collecting their stuff from last night. Izuku started to pack up his stuff when his right hand started to act up. It suddenly became colder and frost formed on his hand. He stuck it in his pocket deciding not to mess with it. 

   After everyone had gotten their stuff together, they all started to part ways. The first few people to leave were Hagakure, Jiro, and Mina. The next were Kirishima and Kaminari. That left Tsu, Uraraka, Izuku, and Shoto (because it was his house). The two girls said farewell after a bit more hanging out which left Izuku and Shoto. They sat in the kitchen in a comfortable silence while both being on their phones. Izuku checked the time, and it said 2:47pm. He looked up to the older male.

   "Hey do you want to head back to the dorms? We have like all day so we could do whatever..." Todoroki looked up at Izuku's comment and thought about it for a second. He put his phone in his pocket and got up. "I wanna take you somewhere. Since we didn't get a very good breakfast lets go into town and find a restaurant." Izuku also put his phone in his pocket and got up. He blushed slightly as he nodded. 

   "u-uh Yeah t-that would be l-lots of fun Todoroki-kun!" Isn't this like... a date?!  He and Todoroki made their way out of the house and started walking. As they were both walking Izuku's hand had started to freeze up again, but this time it started to spread up his arm slightly. He tried not to show any emotion as the two walked down the sidewalk. Izuku had changed into a darker flannel so it wouldn't show his arms. What is going on with this quirk!? 

   A sudden spike of coolness shot up his arm and he hissed in pain. Todoroki heard him and turned to him. "Uh, Midoriya you've been acting really odd ever since we left, are you okay?" Izuku shook his head. "M-my arm really h-hurts..." He pulled his hand out of his pocket to reveal his right hand covered in a thin layer of Ice. 

   Todoroki's eyes widened as he looked at what his quirk was doing to the Green haired boy. "Midoriya, roll up your sleeve." He did as told as Todoroki directed them to a little bench (how convenient... I'll stop-). They both sat down and Todoroki and Midoriya looked at the ice patches traveling up Izuku's arm. He seemed to have been suffering from some type of freezer burn. 

   Shoto looked to the other. "Okay I need to take your left hand and slightly warm it." Izuku followed his instructions. "Okay good. Then to need to rub your right arm with your warm hand until the frost patches go away. You should do this whenever the ice side flares up and vice versa, okay?" Midoriya nodded and smiled, the pain dissipating. 

   "Thank you so much Todoroki... Sorry to worry you." He looked down slightly ashamed. The heterochromic boy shook his head. "nonono, don't apologize." He stood up and held out his hand for the shorter boy to take, which he did. Izuku slightly blushed and started walking alongside Todoroki again. They made their way to town. 

   On the way they passed an elderly couple and the old lady smiled. "Awww, what a nice young couple!" 

   Both Izuku and Shoto blushed at her comment as her husband nodded. Shoto shook his head. "u-um Mrs, him a-and I aren't together..." She flushed. "Oh I'm so sorry I just assumed due to your hands..." She gestured to their hands which were interlocked.

   Izuku held up their hands and squeaked, pulling his hand away. Todoroki rubbed his neck and nodded to the old couple. The younger pair walked along in a semi-awkward silence until they made it to a little café in town. Todoroki held the door open for Izuku and he blushed. what in the world... Izuku thought.

   After the two boys finished, they walked the rest of the way back to the dorms. 

   Once they got back  they both collapsed on the couches. The dorms were mostly empty except for the people from the sleepover and some other people, but not many.

   Todoroki sighed. "Well, I really didn't know that it would've taken us almost 3 hours to get back..." Izuku nodded, giggling slightly. Shoto looked up "What's so funny?" Izuku was still giggling when he started to talk. 

   "Todoroki, your hair is all messed-" He then burst into laughter. The older boy's eyes widened as he pulled out his phone to us as a mirror. He also was blushing heavily due to Izuku's laughter. How can he sound so amazing when he laughs?! Is that humanly possible??? He pushed the thought aside and opened his camera app, trying to fix his hair. 

   Izuku saw him struggling and got up, walking over to Todoroki. "Here let me help." He walked behind the couch and started to fix Shoto's hair for him. He held up his phone and realized his hair had been fixed quite quickly. "Hey Todoroki, do you want to take a selfie?"

   "Oh uh sure. Here, you ready?" Izuku nodded and rested his head on Shoto's shoulder.

   They looked at the picture and smiled. Suddenly, Mina walked over from where she was standing at the kitchen and grabbed Izuku's arm. "Gah!" She dragged him to the elevator, being followed by Jiro, Ochaco, Tsu, and Hagakure. They all left Todoroki sitting in the living room speechless. 

Hi there my little broccolis!! I'm calling you guys that now, have a problem with it, too bad. >:3 Anyway, I AM SO SORRY that I haven't updated in like, 3 weeks. I've been away... Yeah, I know that is definitely not advised during the COVID-19 pandemic but family crap :/... As always, I really hoped you enjoyed and THE FLUFF!!!!!
