Hello, please enjoy the meme at the top and the chapter. This chapter is kinda a filler and I'm sorry if it's shorter. I'm having a lot of trouble finding the motivation to do anything, so I'm sorry. :/ Bai.

3rd Person P.O.V.:

The group finished their planning and parted ways. They did eventually come up with a plan and now all they had to do was wait. Ever since they saved Bakugou the first time the heroes assumed the LOV had switched bases, so all they had to do was figure out where they'd moved to.

Todoroki woke up the next morning. "Thank goodness it's a Saturday..." He sat up and grabbed his phone off of his bed-side table. 8:43. He also saw a few texts, mainly from Iida and Momo. He opened up the longer one, Momo's.

   Hey Todoroki. I don't know if your up yet, so I'll just let you know ahead of time. Most of the class wants to schedule a big picnic in Furawāgāden Park. (flower garden, not a real park) We wanted to know if you souls like to attend. It is around 11:30 so it will be for lunch. Everyone except for Koda, Mineta, and Bakugou (and Midoriya) will be there. Hope to see you later Todoroki!

   He smiled and responded with a quick 'yes, I'll be there' and pressed Iida's message to see basically the same thing. He checked the time again. 9:02. He still had around an hour til he had to leave, the park being 20-30 minutes away.

   Todoroki got up and threw on a tee and headed to grab breakfast. He only saw a few people and greeted them. While he was eating his cereal, Ochaco came up to him. "Hey Todoroki-kun, you coming to the picnic later?" He gave a curt nod and she smiled, walking to the elevator.

   After breakfast he quickly got showered and dressed, running to the bus stop at 10:57. While he was in the bus he looked out the window to 'scout' the area just in case. No luck.

He arrived at the park around 11:27 and saw most everyone there. He walked up to see multiple blankets and baskets across the little knoll that the class was set up on. Momo looked up from the blanket shss had set down and jogged over to meet Todoroki. She smiled.

   "Hey Todoroki, we have just one more blanket to set up, and we still need Ochaco and Kaminari. Other than that everyone else is here!" Todoroki started to walk back with Momo. He nodded. "Yeah I'm glad I got to come to this picnic thing with most of the class, it'll help get my mind off of the current situation with Midoriya. Lets all have a good time." He smiled. Momo nodded and sat down at one of the blankets.

   Sato sat down the last tray. "Dig in!"

   Several hours later, the picnic began to come to a close. It was a success and they all left with full bellies and funny stories. Some of the people went to family homes and a few went back to the dorms.

   Todoroki immediately went to the bus stop. Once he was on, he looked out the window, his mind still drifting back to one of Kaminari's stories from the picnic. He sighed and closed his eyes. However, there was a certain blue-haired villain lurking in the shadows watching the bus go by.

   "Heh, they will never find the green-haired punk."

   Todoroki opened his eyes when the bus came to a stop around a block from UA. He got off and started walking to his preferred home. On the way he looked at his phone. The time said 4:47. I stayed for that long? Wow... He also saw one notification. He opened it when he got through the UA gates.

Kids, All Might and I have a possible location and we will be investigating it on Sunday around 10:00 at night. We only want two of you to go along with us in case it is the new location of the League Of Villains. The two that we'd like are Todoroki and Tsu. Come to the classroom in your hero suits at 9:00 tomorrow.
