General Explanation: User can telekinatically manipulate ribbon or string-like objects within his 3.5 meter radius.

Usage: User is able to manipulate ribbon-like objects within the vicinity to their will; whipping, restraining, grappling, you name it. The user is also able to manipulate the ribbon-object's nature, similar to Hawk's wing swords, making them either blunt or sharp. How much he can change its nature depends on the material.

Weakness: Since the user has a limit to the items they controls in an area, if an item goes beyond their bounds of control, it'll simply drop midair until they comes close and regain control over it. The limit to how much the user can extend the object depends on the material itself. The more dense the material of the ribbon or rope, the more likely it'll strain the user to manipulate the object efficiently.
