3rd P.O.V.

It was a normal evening at the park as we hear a couple of kids playing together in the background while the parents watch from a distance by the benches.

M/n: Wow~! They just met for only a couple of hours ago and they're getting along with one another so well.

Rena: I agree, M/n! My Quintuplets took a liking to your son. I haven't seen them getting along with anyone besides each other.

M/n: I get the feeling they're going become great friends in the future. Or better... future couples~!

Maruo: Don't get any ideas, M/n! They're still too young for any of that nonsense. Don't think I'll allow your son to date one of my daughters without permission.

F/n: Aww, don't be like that Maruo! So, what if the quintuplets fall in love with my son. You can't stop someone once they fallen in love that how me and M/n got together.

Maruo: *thought* Not unless I have something to say about it....

F/n: Besides it the quintuplet's choice who they fall in love with isn't that right, Rena.

Rena: That's right... I want my girls to fall in love with the person they've chosen.

Rena then stares out into the distance seeing how happy her daughters are spending time with Y/n.

Rena: Even if that meant the person, they've chosen to fall in love is the same one.

Playground....

After playing around for a while they decided to take a break for a moment before playing a new game. A game the quintuplets enjoy playing around the mess with people minds.

Itsuki: Hey, Y/n want to play a guessing game?

Y/n: Guessing game?

Yotsuba: Yeah, it's a game we quintuplets made for ourselves.

Y/n: Ok... how do you play it?

Ichika: It simple! You must guess which of us is which without looking.

Y/n: Oh, I get it now!

Miku: So, close your eyes~!

Nino: And no peeking~!

Closing his eyes like he was told, there were some giggling in the background before hearing some movements. Waiting for a few more seconds, he was finally told to open his eyes.

Quintuplets: You can open them, now!

Opening his eyes, Y/n could tell the sister have switch spots where they were standing before as the quintuplets acted normal.

??? 1: So, Y/n... ~

??? 2: Can you tell us apart~?

??? 3: We all look alike~

??? 4/5: But I'm sure you can tell us apart~

Y/n looked at them closely and they were right from head to toe the five of them look alike but he can tell the difference. The sisters waited in suspense for a response until Y/n pointed his finger at them.

Y/n: Itsuki! Ichika! Yotsuba! Miku! And Nino!

The quintuplets look on in shock as he guesses each one of them right.

Itsuki: *thought* He manage to guess right!?

Nino: *thought* How did he do that? Basically, everyone guesses wrong on the first try.

Y/n was waiting for a response.

Y/n: Did I guess wrong?

Yotsuba: N-No! You actually guessed right...!

Miku: But let try again but just to be sure...

Ichika pulls out a hanker chef from her pocket and used it to blindfold him.

Ichika: We're going make sure you aren't cheating by blindfolding you.

Y/n: Ok...?

After blindfolding him, the sisters start shuffling around for about a second before stopping.

???: You can remove the blindfold now!

Removing the blindfold, Y/n saw the quintuplets switch positions once more but could tell which is which.

???: So, can you tell us apart now?

Pointing his finger once more at them.

Y/n: Nino, Miku, Itsuki, Ichika, and Yotsuba!

Quintuplets: WHAT!?

Once again, he manages to guess each of them right which greatly shocking the girls after no one, but their own mother and father can tell them apart.

Nino: Y/n are you sure you're not cheating?

Y/n: How can I be cheating if you blindfolded me. And what's the big deal?

Yotsuba: The think is Y/n... no one was able to tell us apart except our parents. So, this is actually a surprise for us!

Y/n: I guess that make sense.

Miku: Tell us, Y/n! How did you do it?

Y/n: Keen observation, I guess.

Ichika: But all five of us look alike from head to toe.

Y/n: Then I'm just good at guessing...?

Itsuki: I doubt it! So, will do it once more but only this time just the two of use while the rest keep an eye on you.

Getting into position, three of the sisters stand beside Y/n while two of them stayed behind as they start going in circle to confuse him. Three of the of sisters kept their eyes on Y/n keeping focus for any movement until the two sisters stop circling around.

??? 1: Now, you won't be able guess right this time!

??? 2: Show us your skill, Y/n!

Now all five of them looked at him waiting for a response. Raising his finger, the sister were in for another for a surprise of their life.

Y/n: Nino and Ichika.

And just like that the quintuplets were left speechless.

Yotsuba: He got it right, again...

Miku: Even after we kept our eyes on him for any suspicious movement.

Itsuki: But how?

While the girls continued to be speechless, Y/n couldn't help but left confused by their reaction. However, he gets the feelings things will get interesting in the future the longer he spend time with the quintuples.

Later....

After saying their goodbyes to one another, they went back home until their next playdate. On the ride back home, Rena could tell something was on their daughter's mind.

Rena: Is something the matter, girls?

Itsuki: A little...

Yotsuba: We just can't get over the fact that Y/n was able to tell us apart in our game.

Rena: Really now...!?

Ichika: He guessed each of us right, three times even after the second time we blindfolded him to be sure he wasn't cheating.

Nino: So, it was surprise for us to be honest.

Rena: I see...

Miku: How do you think he managed to guess right, mom?

Rena: Hmm... I believe the reason Y/n managed to guess right is because he grew fond of all of you.

The sisters look at their mother confused but soon realized what she meant.

Itsuki: How can you be sure?

Rena: No matter if it's love or friendship that person can tell the difference once a bond is formed or a connection. For example the love I have for all five of you, girls.

Ichika: Does that mean...?

Rena: Exactly what I mean... it looked like Y/n took an interest for all five of you. It's the reason he was able to tell each of you apart unlike others before him.

The sisters could only blush to themselves knowing that Y/n who they only just met for only a couple of hours. Grew fond of them immediately and can now tell them apart. However, the sisters didn't mind this because it made each of them are happy knowing that someone besides their parents can tell each of them apart.

Afterwards...

The quintuplets and Y/n started getting closer as time go on. With each sister growing fond of Y/n as they spend time with him individually. The same can be said for Y/n as he started understanding more of the sisters of what they like and dislike. They stayed as close childhood friends until kindergarten before Y/n had to tell the sisters, the bad news.

That he is moving to America with his parents because of a promotion they received. It was sad for the sisters because it meant their losing their close friend. But Y/n made a promise with them that he will come back one day to see them again no matter what even exchanging photos with one another to remember them by.

That was 8 years ago....

Asahiyama High School....

Standing by the entrance of Asahiyama High school, stood a teen boy as he smiles to himself after coming back from America.

Y/n: It good to be back! I hope the quintuplets are happy to see me again.
