Narrator's pov

"Good Morning you two" Rick grinned as he saw the two girls approach the vehicle

"Morning Ricky"

"Morning Ms Autu- Ricky!?" the man raised a brow

"Just go with it" She chuckled before opening the door, allowing Kate to slip in

"Oh-" Rick's face flushed with a bright pink colour

The two girls giggled when they found themselves comfortable in the backseat. Rick immediately wined up the dividor to give them some privacy,

"Kate" The raven hair girl whispered

"Yes?"

"You're annoying"

Kate's eyes widened before her neck slowly snapped towards her girlfriend with a raised brow

"Says the girl who can't keep her hands off me" Kate stated before pointing down to Autumn's fingers that were drawing small circles on her thigh

"It's not my fault I can't keep my hands off you" Autumn chuckled

Kate tilted her head back and allowed her chuckle to fill the car

"Oh? Oh really?" She smiled

"Mhm hmm" The raven hair girl hummed before slowly locking her eyes with the girl

"Idiot" Kate chuckled

"Your idiot?" Autumn asked

"Yes. My idiot" Kate giggled before leaning in to place a soft kiss on the girl's forehead

"Ahh I got a kissss" Autumn giggled

"Oh my God" Kate laughed

"AHHHH IM SO HAPPY"

"You're so damn cute"

"No! You're fucking cute! YOU'RE SO FUCKING CUTE AND I CAN'T HANDLE IT! AHHHHHHHHH" Autumn squealed

"Oh my God shut up!" Kate laughed

"What.. Why" Autumn pouted

"Because you're going to make my heart explode"

"Oh no- we can't have that. I need you alive-"

"Awwwww"

"-For when I'm ready to cut you up into tiny pieces"

"Oh.... That- um... Child are you okay?"

"I have you, how can I not be okay?" Autumn chuckled

"ugh god" Kate groaned before leaning forward and burying her face into the girl's chest

Autumn chuckled before wrapping her arms around the girl's body, holding her securely against her shoulder

Autumn's fingers combed through the girl's smooth and silky brown hair, barley grazing at her scalp. Kate left out a deep sigh before melting into the girl's body

"I'm really lucky" Autumn whispered

"Why's that?"

"Because I met you. Do you know how great it feels to have someone I can trust like this?" Autumn asked

"Would you stop MELTING MY HEART"

"NO BECAUSE I LIKE WHEN YOU BLUSH"

"I DON'T LIKE IT BECAUSE IT HURTS WHEN I SMILE"

"THEN GOOD! I'M SUPPOSED TO MAKE YOU SMILE"

"SHUT UP YOU ADORABLE PIECE OF SHIT" Kate yelled

"NO, YOU SHUT UP YOU HOT PIECE OF ASS"

"WHAT ASS!?" Kate yelled, roasting herself

"Don't make me squeeze them" Autumn smirked

"You'll be squeezing bones" Kate chuckled

"Guess I'll just have to bite them until they swell" Autumn giggled

The brunette gasped before pulling away front the girl's chest, playfully swatting her hand against the girl's chest

"What" Autumn chuckled

"You're an ass" Kate giggled

"Still your ass right?" Autumn asked

"Still my ass" Kate chuckled

The car came to a halt, signalling for their arrival. Rick made sure to do a specific movement with the wheel to alert the actresses when they had reached their destination because Zeus knows he didn't want interrupt them ever again

The two slipped from the car and was immediately met with the dark grey clouds of the morning, small drops flushed the land. Rick held a tall black umbrella over the girl's head

"I got it here Rick, we'll see you later" Autumn smiled

The man nodded and disappeared back into the black Cadillac, leaving the two girls in the parking lot

Small puddles rested in the slanted concrete corners as tiny ripples touched them every few seconds, disrupting what was once smooth

Autumn intertwined her fingers with Kate's, immediately catching the girl off-guard but before the brunette could even blush, she was already being tugged towards the studio

"Perfect weather for our shoot today" Autumn said

"What scene is today?"

"Scene 70"

"Damn.. We move through these really fast" Kate said

"I'm pretty sure in like... 4 months we'll be finished with the entire movie"

"You think so?" Kate asked

"Yep. Unless you start to annoy the hell out me again, then I'll quit" Autumn snickered

"GO AHEAD"

"Why you gotta YELL AT ME" Autumn pouted

"BECAUSE YOU NEED TO BE YELLED AT"

"oh.. OKAY THEN"

"God I could tell it's the two of you even before you come through those gates" May rolled her eyes

The two girls walked up towards the director who flipped through a few scripts, sitting on her dark chair with white bold letter behind it while a crew member held a tall black umbrella over her

The set was busy as usual, some members laying out the markings of the next step the girls would take when filming. Camera crews were adjusting their lights and reviewing their mics, going over another sound check just to be sure. The costume crew was ready and awaiting the arrival of the actresses as they stood by their dressers

"What's that supposed to mean" Autumn pouted

"It's means you two are hella annoying but the weather is perfect for today's shoot, no fake rain. Let's hope it pours even harder"

"Good Morning to you too May" Kate chuckled before wrapping her arms around the woman, giving her a hug from behind

"Morning Katie, how are you girls doing today?"

"Good" Autumn and Kate both said in union, their eyes glancing other to each other before they busted out a small fit of laughter, leaving a confused May staring between the two of them

"What?" She asked

"Nothing" The two said again, following with another fit of laughter

"You two are weird. Get over there so we can start filming" May playfully glared

"Okay" The two said again, snickering as they made their way over to their dressers

The crew immediately bombarded the two girls, tossing them onto their chairs and unravelling their hair. Curling irons and sprays were immediately applied since they were running a bit slow on time, especially when working and depending on nature to carry their scene, nature is unpredictable so we work as fast as we can to put it all together. A dark liquid pink shade was applied to the girl's lips with taps of a pink blush to their pale cheeks. Their now curly hair was slung into high ponies while their thin white dresses and aprons were pinned onto them

"Ready to start today's scene Ms Hester?" Kate chuckled

"You know it" Autumn grinned, connecting their fingers before heading over towards the main set up

"Alright, Quite on set!" May announce

The camera moved closer towards the set, slowly adjusting its focus on the girl's detailed features. Kate breathed in before exhaling a deep breath, allowing herself to fade with each exhale, becoming less and less of herself and slipping into her character

"Action"

The ground swerved into the narrow valley that was almost a gorge , it ran for around ten miles before sloping back up. From here we could see herds of cattle swarming through the narrow corridor of the valley and small shrubs growing on the sides

Daisy sat at the edge of the river with a wooden bucket, dipping it into the rippled water and bringing it back up.  If only her parents knew of her lifting a heavy bucket, they would throw a fit. 'It's a man's job' her father would yell while her mother would try and protect whatever dignity she had left by saying Daisy was simply 'washing clothes'. That's when his anger would cool down, knowing she was apparently staying in her lane and acting like a lady

Maybe it was the influence she had been around that made her brave. And that influence being her next door neighbour with sharp blue eyes that always had her melting. There's been a change in Daisy ever since the arrival of Jess and she knew it.

She's taken risks, she cared less about what others thought of her and started to acknowledge the fact that everyone in the village had such stupid rules and expectations of women in particular

We're all humans aren't we?

The cold breeze brushed against her skin and the tiny drizzle of the rain dropped on her clothes, it was just her alone in the valley, dipping water to fetch for her mother to finish with her washing. It always seemed as if she was alone, especially in her mind

"Oh, hello" Daisy giggled

A friend had came to visit and landed directly on her skin. The butterfly sat upon her finger with wings of black and gold, the colours blending and swirling as playful waves upon night sands

"You know I was always fond of the rain" Jess said, startling the brunette

Daisy's heart clenched but the tension was released when her eyes met the girl's when turning around

"You frightened me" Daisy chuckled

"Hmm, and what else do I do to you?" Jess smirked as she sat flat on the ground, next to the brunette

"Many things that only a man should say to a woman" Daisy assured

"Ah, but why would you refuse to share information. I thought you were the daughter of the newspaper writer" Jess chuckled

"How could you completely ignore the fact that I said what runs through my mind is something only a man and woman should do? Everyone in the village would scream bloody murder and hang me by the throat if I had said that to anyone else" Daisy said

Jess rolled her eyes, it had been many times since she had to repeat herself to the girl. She had no idea how much more she can convince the girl to know that she wasn't like the others. Those indigo darts - sharp yet still full of emotion. They weren't heavy or blunt, just apparent. Neither were they like Daisy's grin, so barren in comparison. How each glance radiated the mischief within

"Because you and I are the same,  Daisy" Jess said

"How so?" she asked

Jess glanced over to the girl, those brown eyes were hidden away under her messy bangs that covered her face. The girl chuckled before bringing her fingertips to Daisy's cheek, brushing away the few strands that covered her face so that her coffee brown eyes were now visible. The small pitters of the rain drops touched their skins but both seemed unbothered by it all

"Because we share the same thoughts"

Daisy's cheeks burned with a pink stain, causing her to hang her head a bit low to avoid the eyes of the girl that always had her heart racing

"Hey, look at me" Jess whispered, cupping the girl's chin and tilting her head back up to meet her eyes

Daisy immediately found herself lost in Jess. Her eyes sparkled like storm clouds right before lightning hit and the fact that the clouds above roared at the same time, clashing the thunder together wasn't helping her case. The few rain drops turned more aggressive, pouring onto their bodies but neither of them making above

Daisy was still captured by those eyes that looked like clouds of grey and blue threatened floods and fury while pupils dilated in passion, eyelashes catching the raindrops

Their eyes both fell onto the attention of each other's lips. So pink, so hypnotizing. They hadn't realized it but they were both leaning in at the same time. Slowly, hesitating on whether or not each other wanted it, but since neither was slowing down, they both knew it was coming

Hearts started to race in their chest, Daisy's bottom lip trembled as they came closer, feeling herself slipping into another state where all she craved was to kiss another girl and she didn't care what happened next

A deep curve on Jess's lips made the world stop around her for Daisy. The precious dimple that crinkled skipped a beat.. She had a smile that made you feel happy about being alive just a bit more human

Time gave them a present that only their emotions could remember. It counted the seconds that went by that changed history when they both captured each other's lips

One, slow and uncertain

Two, soft and smooth

Three, plump and delicious

Four, a growing rhythm

Daisy inhaled a sharp breath, feeling the girl's soft lips between her own had made her lose her breath. Her heart trembled as well as her bottom lips but her body screamed for more

"Hmm," she moaned, climbing over and sitting on top of Jess, knee's on either side of her thighs

In the rain their hair became one with their faces, wetly draped over the bone structure, how it made Daisy want to feel every inch of her skin

There was something so heavenly about a kiss in the rain, a tender moment where nature visits. They cared not if the water soaked through to chill the skin. Nature could bring the rain but their inner sunshine came through just the same

The rain ran down their faces to where their lips met, each of them tasting the cold drops. Instead of detracting from the intensity of the moment it brought them to new heights. Jess pushes her lips in more firmly and the wave that ran through Daisy was intoxicating, making her head swim as she pulled back to take in her beautiful face

They knew what they had done, they knew they could never go back but they didn't know what was going to happen either

So they kissed again, lips capturing each other while the drops poured onto their bodies, soaking their skins

Jess's hands scraped down the girl's back while Daisy's cupped the girl's cheeks, tilting her head to the side to kiss her lips even deeper

"And cut. That's it, we got it guys" May announced and a bell went off

It had been pouring rain outside and everyone scrambled away, the cameras retracted and May hopped off her chair, running away with her employee, holding their umbrella above each other

But May furrowed her brows when she turned around as saw that the two actresses were still kissing in the rain on set, she couldn't help but roll her eyes

"Ugh, not this again"

Kate smiled against Autumn's lips, wrapping her arms around the girl's neck. The raven hair girl held the brunette's waist, pulling her closer into her chest as she strangled her waist

Their lips moved so swiftly yet intoxicating at the same time, each flicker sending their nerves higher and higher

A soft giggle left their throats, knowing they were completely soaked in public but neither cared

They both wanted each other and so they shall have it. Autumn's fingers intertwined with Kate's, the heavy downpour trickling down their faces and through their fingertips

And so they kissed until they couldn't breathe. They kissed like they hadn't touched each other in years. They kissed like their souls belonged

It was a moment of passion that no book or film could ever tell
