Narrator's pov

When we're tired, our body naturally starts to cave in. Our movements become more slow and we eventually disappear from our own minds

The raven hair girl had been strutting, fumbling and over thinking all night about the thought of even having her parents in the same room with her

She had some idea of why they wanted to speak to her but she didn't actually think her little lie would trigger them from half way across the country just to come yell at her

Yesterday in a run in with the photographers flashing at her the second she stepped out of the car, she might have spilled a bit and told them that she was quitting the movie business and the press ran with it like the torch at the Olympics

She had no idea why she said that but after it came out, she had a feeling it would piss her parents off and she expected a phone call

But to her surprise, they were flying out just to argue and Autumn had no idea how to feel about that

On one hand, she'll be seeing them after years but on the second hand. She'll be seeing them after years.

She had no idea how to feel but the warm body she laid on was just enough to make her worries disappear for a few hours

"Hmm" Autumn hummed as her eyes slowly fluttered open

The feeling of fingertips swirling around the strands of her hair while a few trickled down her smooth back, under her shirt

"Hi" A soft voice filled the girl's ear

Autumn titled her chin up to see that she was still intertwined with Kate's body, her arms were hooked around the girl's stomach while her chin rested on her collar bone, looking into her soft brown eyes

"Hi" Autumn giggled

To their surprise, neither of them moved a muscle. Both girl's laid with each other, hooking by heart and smiles

"How long was I out for?"

"Couple of hours" Kate smiled

The panic shot through Autumn's veins and her eyes widened before she peeled herself off the girl body, regretting the loss of warmth she let go off

The raven hair girl rubbed her eyes with the back of her palms as she slipped off the side of the bed. The brunette pushed herself up and pressed her back against the headboard, disappointed that the body that was once on top of her was now gone

"Shit. Did they leave?" Autumn groaned

"Oh.. About that" Kate mumbled, biting her lip nervously

"What? Did something happen?" Autumn asked

The brunette took in a deep breath, she didn't want to be the one to dissapoint Autumn. She could see in her eyes that she was hopeful of seeing her parents. Sure she was scared, but there was still that little girl inside her fill with excitement, waiting for her parents to come from work and scoop her up in their arms. It was written in her eyes and the way she acted.

Kate knew she was excited to see them despite everything. So the fact that they had let her down once again, crushed her heart with a stabbing pain

But someone had to break the news to her and it was better her than anyone else.

But the good news was, it was almost time for dinner so she'd see them in just a few minutes either way, but this time with a bit of sleep in her system

"They couldn't make it this morning bu-"

"What!?" Autumn hissed

"BUT they'll be here for dinner which is basically an hour away. So it's okay. They'll be here, it's okay" Kate whispered to calm down the girl

"Oh... " Autumn mumbled

The brunette glanced into the girl's eyes, seeing the hint of disappointment slowly fade away into a blank stare when her words eased the girl's tension

"Go shower, Dinner's almost ready and they'll be here any minute" Kate said

"Shower?" Autumn asked

"Well you've been asleep all day on me and we've been sweating" Kate giggled

"You.. Didn't move?" The raven hair girl asked

"Why would I?" Kate asked, bringing a smile to the girl's face

"Nothing, don't worry about it" she chuckled

"So.. About that shower" Kate said

"Mhm?" Autumn glanced in the girl's direction

Only to be met with the shorter girl standing a few inches away from her body, Kate held a smirk as her fingers intertwined with the girl's, tugging her towards the bathroom with a giggle

The glass door was tossed open as Kate lightly shoved the raven hair girl against the wall, lust filled her eyes as a smirked appeared on the smaller girl's lips

"Kate, what are you doing?" Autumn chuckled as she hooked her arms on the girl's waist

"Taking a shower" Kate whispered before hooking her fingers under the hem of her shirt, tugging it over her head

Autumn's light blue eyes immediately darkened when they landed on the girl's perky breasts, fitting so perfectly in her bra

Kate's thumb hooked under her shorts as she tugged them down to her ankle, revealing her lace underwear

Autumn dipped her thumb around the edge of the girl's underwear and pulled her forward, smashing their bodies together

Kate let out a small gasp before she tossed her arms around the girl's neck, Autumn's deep breath brushed against the girl's neck as she placed a tender kiss on her skin

But the brunette pulled herself away with a smile on her lips, before spinning on her heels to face away from the girl

Kate brought the girl's hands towards her back, running the girl's soft fingers over her smooth skin of her back. Kate sucked in a deep breath as Autumn's fingers grazed against her spine, leaving a trail of goosebumps on her warm skin

Autumn's fingers finally reached the the girl's bra hook, unhooking it and watching it fall to the ground

Autumn pressed her lips against the girl's shoulder from behind, wrapping her arms around Kate's stomach and pulling her back against her own chest

Kate's neck tilted to the side when the girl's lips started to leave trails of kisses up her shoulder and land onto her neck, trailing up to the area behind her ear

Autumn's fingers on her skin was raising every hair on her body, lighting a sense of pleasure and an unknown feeling that was slowly being unlocked everyday

Autumn's fingertips brushed against her sides, causing her to suck in a breath from the sensitive area of her skin

The girl's fingers then ran over her flat stomach, feeling every smooth curve of her body, mesmerizing her skin with just her touch

Kate let out a deep moan when Autumn cupped her breasts between her fingertips, squeezing her pink dotted nipples between her fingers and massaging them tenderly

"O-Oh" Kate gasped when Autumn's teeth sunk into her skin and her fingers kneaded her sensitive flesh in her hands

Autumn's hands started to travel down her stomach again, this time moving lower until she slipped under the girl's underwea-

"Alrighty, I think we're done here" Kate giggled and hooked her hands around Autumn's to stop her from going further

The raven hair girl stood there dumbfounded when Kate pulled away, heading her way out of the shower

"Kate?" the girl asked

"Yes?" the brunette smirked, snapping her head around to face her from the shower door

"wha- where are you going?" She pouted

"In the other shower, I think maybe you should fly solo for this one" Kate giggled

"You've got to be fucking kidding me" The raven hair girl groaned before sinking her back into the shower wall

"Bye Autumn" Kate giggled as she hooked her hands around the door

"Wait!" Autumn called out

"Yeece?"

"Give me a kiss before you leave" Autumn pouted

The brunette felt a tingle in her heart before chuckling and releasing her fingers from the doorknob, finding her way back into the shower

Her fingers cupped the girl's cheek as she brought Autumn's face closer to her own

"You really want a kiss?" She asked

"Yes" Autumn pouted, Kate felt her heart swell in her chest

"Gosh you're so cute" Kate giggled

"Then kiss me you dumbass" She rolled her eyes

The brunette shook her head smiling before leaning in and placing a soft kiss on Autumn's cheek. A pink stain came across both of their cheeks as their faces glowed with a smile. Their hearts exploding in their chests at just a small gesture, but it meant more to Autumn than anyone could ever understand

"Good, now go shower" Kate giggled before she pulled away

"Wait!" Autumn called out again

"What?" Kate laughed

"One more?" Autumn pouted again

"Oh my gosh" Kate smiled

"Last one, I promise" Autumn said

The brunette giggled before leaning in and placing a tender kiss on the girl's soft cheeks that lasted a while, she couldn't find the will to pull away. There was just something about their soft giggles and bright smiles that made their hearts swell in her chest.

"Better?" Kate asked as she pulled away

"Better"
