Narrator's pov

"Good morning Ms Wils- Ms Hester?" Rick the driver asked

"Dont question it" Kate rolled her eyes as the raven hair girl shoved her into the back seat of the car

"Shall I give you two some privacy Ms Wilson?" the driver asked

"No-Yes" The two girls said in union

"Why would we need privacy?" Kate asked as closed her door shut

"Because I'm going to fuck your brain out"

The urge to want to rip someone apart in the most sexual way possible was highly different from wanting to kill them

But Kate's mind couldn't decide which one she wanted

It was a back and forth toss around, the two thoughts kept running through her mind over and over

"What did you just say!?" Kate hissed

"Relax I was joking... Mostly" Autumn snickered

"Idiot" Kate rolled her eyes as she sunk into her seat

"What.. um.. What happened with your manager yesterday?" Autumn asked, pushing her attention towards her phone

But in the corner of her eyes, she was staring at Kate's fingers that were draped to her thighs

"Lia?"

"Whatever the fuck her name is" Autumn scoffed

"Autumn!"

"What?"

"That's rude"

"So?"

"Don't be rude"

"She was rude as hell to you" the raven hair girl shrugged

Kate furrowed her brows as she turned to face the actress, clearly confused as to how she hasn't realized what she had just said

"Which is the same things you've been telling me since the day we met" Kate scoffed and crossed her arms against her chest

As people, we tend to react a certain way to information. We're all built differently and our emotions are triggered depending and how confident we are

So when Kate spat facts, Autumn's first reaction was hurt. A small crush in her heart followed by the realization of it being true. That pain sank into her chest fast. But it only lasted for two seconds

It was then followed by a load of anger, skipping over the guilt. You'd expect her to realize that Kate was right and own up to her own mistake, or at least apologize

But her emotions were threatened, that fight or flight to protect her imagine or reputation pushed through while the small amount of guilt she had fell to the bottom of her brain, allowing that raging anger to take over

"You know what. Whatever Kate" Autumn hissed as she turned her attention away from the girl

"You can't be serious right now" Kate scoffed

"I said. Whatever. Kate"

"No. You don't get to act all pissy about it when I'm talking the truth"

"Would you just let it go" the raven hair girl said in a deep tone as her eyes avoiding looking over there

"Are you gonna stop acting all moody over there!?"

"Jesus Christ Kate. JUST FUCKING DROP IT" Autumn yelled, causing the brown hair girl to furrow her brows

And there it came, that awkward tension filled silence that followed after every argument. Their emotions still boiling in their blood, threatening to over spill but not a word came out of their mouths. Kate was way too shocked to speak and Autumn... Well.. Autumn was in another world

It's amazing how two people could go from being okay with each other's presence, then literally groping each other's skin, then to the point where they couldn't stand to be one feet close

"Um.. Ma'am, we're here" The driver mumbled as he slid down the divisor

Autumn didn't even allow a second to pass before she pushed open the door and slammed it shut, leaving Kate alone in the car as the raven hair girl made her way towards her dressing room for hair and makeup

"Such a wonderful start to the day" Kate groaned as she slipped out of the car

"Everything okay ma'am?" The driver asked, she let out a deep sigh before smiling weakly

"Don't worry about it" She mumbled before making her way into the studio

The halls felt more narrow than usual, almost as if it wanted to cave in as the brown hair girl walked quickly to the elevator

"Shit" Kate hissed when she noticed the elevator door already closing

Normally someone would shrug it off and catch the next ride but in the corner of her eyes, Kate saw a few members of the crew carrying large boulder props on their backs, heading to the elevator to take the second trip which clearly Kate wouldn't fit in

So she ran. Those tiny little feet pushed all of the speed they could as she ran towards the sliding elevator doors

"Yes!" Kate chuckled as she slipped in right before it closed

As a pat on the back, she did a small cringy dance in spot to celebrate the only victory she'll have today

And I say that's her only victory because when Kate opened her eyes, they landed on the raven hair girl that pressed her back against the elevator wall and May Hills chuckling softly

"Good Morning" May laughed

"Oh- good morning" Kate mumbled, her face starting to run red from embarrassment

"How are you girls doing today?"

"I'm.. Great thank you" Kate smiled politely

"That's good, and what about you Autumn? How's. You're day going?" May smiled Devilishly as she turned to face the other actress

But Autumn didn't bat an eye, her stare was burning into the sliding walls of the elevator, her feet anxiously tapping against the floor as she awaited each small ding of the elevator going up a floor

"Hmm. Well, will I have an answer if I hand you these keys?" May smirked as she dangled Autumn's car keys in front of her face

"Give me that!" Autumn hissed as she reached out to grab her possession but the director was faster

"Nuh uh. Not until you give me an answer" May smiled

Kate furrowed her brows at the two women, Autumn was giving her director the coldest glare she could find while May simply smiled like the ball of sunshine she all came to love

Autumn sighed, knowing the exact answer May was looking for

"Her mom's name is Willow, her dad's a drunk and her sister is dead. Can I have my car back now?" Autumn deadpanned

May's eyes immediately clung open wide as she stood frozen in her tracks with the keys still dangling over her face which Autumn snatched quickly

"What the hell Autumn" Kate hissed

The raven hair girl didn't spare her a glance as she walked out of the now opened elevator, leaving the two girl's behind

"She didn't mean that" May started

"Sometimes I just.. I just want to-"

"Poke her eyes out with a fork?" May asked

"Yes! And-"

"Boil her in big pot in the middle of the woods?" May asked

"Oh my God. Yes. And-"

"Throw acid all over her body and leave her on a tin roof during a heat wave" May said causing the girl to frown

"How do you know this?"

"Autumn's pissed off alot of people, believe me. We all have fantasies about choking her out sometimes" May chuckled as she motioned for the girl to follow her out of the elevator

"I don't get it, you know?"

"Get what?"

"Why she's always like that. We were just okay this morning... And last night was.. It was different. Sure she was annoying but she was... Willing. She actually cared to find out about me, my life story" Kate whispered

"I know it can be.. Hectic sometimes, it's like her mood switches every few seconds. But I assure you, there's always something that makes her act the way she does. Did something piss her off today?" May asked

And that's when it finally hit her in the head like Rapunzel and that pan. The car ride over here was the start of it all, it raised and dropped their moods in just seconds. Words were tossed and aggression was hit. But Kate still stood by what she said

"I- um.. I think I may.. Have.. Said something-"

"Oh no" May pouted

"I'm sorry, I was just.. I don't know. I got heated and I just.. I don't know" Kate groaned as she pushed open the door of the studio they were filming in today

"Listen, it's okay. She'll come around, just give her a few minutes to cool off" May smiled weakly as she nudged the girl's shoulder

Their eyes glanced out to see Autumn sitting on her black hair with her name written across it, the girl was surrounded by the crew who applied her makeup yet her only focus was on the keys dangling around her fingers. Kate couldn't help but raise her brows in question

"She has a personal driver to take her everywhere, why would she want her car back so badly?" Kate asked

"Oh, you didn't know" May mumbled

"Know what?"

"That car is pretty much special to her" May said

"Why?"

"Because her ex bought her that car"
