The equivalent of understanding how people think is the same as wasting your time

Unless you're dating that person

Besides that fact, You can never really know someone. You may think you know them inside and out, their fears, their flaws

But we can never tell what goes on in that mind of theirs

"Do you hate them?" Kaye questioned

"I don't hate them, I just wished they cared" she answered, Kate raised a brow at the girl

"Cared what about?" she asked, Autumn's icy blue eyes pierced through dark brown orbs as she sighed softly

"Cared about me"

Kate's bottom lip immediately captured between her teeth as she slowly nodded her head, her eyes avoiding the piercing blue stare of the actress

Autumn sighed again as her fingers toyed with the small fluffy ends of Kate's teddy bear

"How do you know they don't care?" She asked

"Maybe if they called me at least once in the past month it would be nice. Maybe if they actually sat and had dinner with me as I child it would be nice. Maybe if I actually saw their faces more then five minutes a week when I was younger, it would have been nice. The only thing they care about is their business, it's their passion and having a child wasn't on their bucket list. But there goes my dumbass father, not wanting to use a piece of plastic to cover his dick, and boom. There I come. I guess the only way to get rid of me was to sign me up for acting five months after I was born" Autumn shrugged like it was nothing

But Kate felt the ping in her heart for the girl, that familiar pain that felt like someone was squeezing at your organ and holding tight for dear life

"What?" Autumn scoffed when she noticed the glossy look in Kate's eyes

"That's just.. Heartbreaking, how could they even do something like that" Kate mumbled

"Oh that's nothing. They've never been there for any of my birthdays expect for the day I was born. Basically just handed me over to the maid downstairs and off they went with their business again" Autumn whispered, her fingers still toying around with the soft fabric of the teddy bear

It was clear that the girl had hidden her feelings away and refused to feel them. But her eyes, those blue eyes told the secrets she hid away deep down from fear.

The way she held the teddy bear tightly to her chest and her eyes staring deeply at the edge of the bed made Kate realise things about the girl

Autumn didn't cry, there were no evidence of tears wanting to spill from her face. She was way too damn good at hiding her emotions, hiding what she felt. But she was fighting something internally in that moment and Kate knew it.

To cry at sadness was strength, strength to see and engage with what was truly being seen and felt. To feel deep emotion was an open door, one ready to let any wanderer meet you as you truly are.

She knew the girl wasn't going to cry but the topic they had just touched on, had opened a gate of something. She didn't know what it was, but it was surely something 

"Did you know that every single night on my birthday I'd sit in front of the door and wait? I'd just sit on the cold ground and wait for them to come home because I was stupid to think that maybe next year they'd show up, or maybe the other year they'll finally remember it was my goddamned birthday and maybe show up for once. It's not like they needed to bring a gift or anything. I just... Needed my parents there. But nope, I was in a house with my maid. Every single year, even now I still am" Autumn scoffed, her nails digging into the sides of the sheet

Kate's bottom lip trembled as her eyes locked with Autumn's, the icy blue seemed to melt into a warm puddle in the summer mixed with the fallen bright brown leaves of a park tree. Her heart felt tight, hurting more with each deep breath she took

"I'm so sorry Autumn" She whispered

"Don't worry about it, shit happens right?"

"Thats not something that should ever happen. That's just fucking ridiculous, it's not right to do some fucking shit like that. What the fuck is wrong with them" Kate spat, Autumn raised a brow as she glanced at her

"Well look at you, cussing and shit" She chuckled

"Wha- HOW CAN YOU LAUGH AFTER SAYING SOMETHING LIKE THAT"

"I'm an actress sweetheart, I'm accustomed to changing my mood"

"Bu-But still!"

"Next topic. How was your childhood?"

"Huh?"

"I prefer not to feel, so let's continue the conversation"

"You need to fee-"

"What if the only thing I want to feel is you?" Autumn questioned with a raised brow

Kate's jaw hung open as she stopped herself from speaking, her brain still trying to compute the words she had just heard

"Excuse me?"

"Good, now answer me. What was your childhood like?" She asked

"Shit"

"Awwww we have something in common. Twinsies" Autumn smiled

"Now that's just ridiculous" Kate chuckled softly

"Come on, tell me what the great Kate Wilson went through to make her personality a shy waitress who wants to make it big in Hollywood" Autumn laughed

"Are you making fun of me?" She pouted

"Not at all dear, not at all"

"Well, my mother basically raised me although she wanted around that much. I'm still grateful for the times she were, especially when she was actually sober at that point"

"Oh.. Is she.. You know"

"I... When I was younger, I guess I didn't realize that. But as the years went by and the worse it got, I started to realize what exactly was happening. But my brain still refused to admit that she had a problem. So I went on with my teenage years, applying to arts classes, showing up to drama. It was the only thing keeping me distracted from going home everyday and having to clean up her mess. I guess when I turned 15 is when I actually took my life into my own hands, I got a job at the diner and I worked there every night after school. I didn't want to depend on anyone, especially her" Kate whispered

"Well shit. That's fucking rough, Jesus Kate" Autumn spat

"Did you expect fairies and rainbows?" Kate chuckled

"No but any kind of light would be good in that dark ass story. Goddamned that must have been hard" Autumn sighed

"Yeah well, shit happens right?" Kate scoffed, using Autumn's words against her

"Ohh don't do that" Autumn chuckled

"Do what, I have no idea what you're talking about" Kate smiled

"Don't play coy with me, alright I get it now. Our stories are dark and we shouldn't push them aside like its nothing" Autumn mumbled

"Awww look at you, learning new things" Kate giggled

"Hey, shut up. If you only tell anyone about this then I'll make sure you never walk again" Autumn glared

"What are you gonna do, break my knees?" Kate snickered

"No. I was going to fuck you till you couldn't walk anymore. But that sounds good too" Autumn smirked

Kate's smile slowly faded into nothing, her face dropped as her shoulder caved in

"Why do you always flirt with me?" She questioned

"Why would I not?" Autumn said

"I- that's not answering my question!"

"When did you meet your friends?" Autumn said, casually changing the topic

"My friends. Ethan and Jamie?"

"Yeah the girl with the curly hair, Jamie is it?"

"Yeah, we actually all met in highschool"

"Oh, so you know each other for a while"

"Yeah, we do. I met Ethan in drama class and Jamie in music and even though I sunk into the arts, we still had this crazy bond. We've all been friends since then, moved in and got jobs together. We've been living together ever since we all moved out of our parents house and, it's been kinda weird adjusting to being away from them" Kate said

"You miss them?"

"More than ever"

"But you see them at work"

"It's not the same. There's a difference between seeing someone for a few hours rather than spending your life with them all day" Kate said, Autumn slowly nodded her head as if she was in deep concentration of something

"I forgot to ask if you were an only child"

"I am. But I heard that my parents adopted someone"

"You what!"

"Yep, they send one single email with a few lines saying they adopted this girl recently" Autumn chuckled

"I swear, your parents are fucked up"

"Aren't we all fucked up though? We can never live a normal, so called happy life because of our baggage. And no matter how much we try to push that trauma away, it still manages to affect everything we do everyday" Autumn mumbled

"That's deep"

"I can be deep when I want to" Autumn smirked

"I hope you're talking about poetry"

"if you call a woman's orgasm poetry then sure"

"Oh my god" Kate chuckled, feeling a burning sensation creep onto her cheeks

Autumn's bright smile spread onto her lips, there was a certain twinkle in her eyes everytime she'd glance at the brunette in the middle of the bed. But to see Kate's rosey stained cheek made her heart flutter in her chest

"I'm surprised you haven't given in yet" Autumn said

"Given into what?"

"Temptation"

If Kate's face wasn't completely red, then it surely was by now. Her soft lips captured between her teeth as she turned away, avoiding that sinister smirk and blue eyes on Autumn's face

"Now why would I want to do that?" Kate chuckled

"So you can honestly sit there and tell me that at no point during this week, you didn't want to kiss me" Autumn smirked

Kate's teeth sunk down even harder against her bottom lip as her toes curled from the butterflies swarming in her stomach. Autumn had a way of making her weak and Kate was afraid of her finding out

"Nope" she lied

"I doubt that, but whatever you say sweetheart" Autumn chuckled

"Do you have any weaknesses?" Kate asked

"That smile of yours" Autumn smirked, another flutter ruptured in Kate's stomach as she squeezed her fist together, holding back from the sweet sensation in her veins

"I'm serious" She giggled

"Then what would be your weakness Ms Wilson?"

"Ms Wilson makes me sound like an old woman. I'm only 18"

"You're a woman Kate, now answer my question" She smiled

"I guess it would be tickling. I'm very sensitive to that, I swear I'd pass out" Kate said

But regrets came her way when the most devious smirk slowly pulled its way onto the black hair girl's face. Kate's eyes immediately went wide when Autumn launched forward and pressed her finger to her ribs

"AUTUMN" she screamed

"My name sounds so hot coming from your mouth" Autumn smirked before gently pressing her finger against the girls ribs again, earning a squeal

"AUTUMN STOOPP" Kate giggled as she used her hand to block off the girl

"No" Autumn said sternly before pressing another finger onto the girl's ribs

The tightness in Kate's chest returned, her giggles filled the entire room as her hands frantically fought against Autumn's to protect herself from the squealed that wanted to leave her throat

"Would you STOP" Kate hissed and leaped forward to the girl

Autumn laughed as her hands seemed to intertwine with Kate's. With the adrenaline pumping through her veins, the brunette jumped forward in attempt to block the torture of the blue eyed girl, but ended up landing on Autumn's thighs

Kate's eyes widened when she realized she was straddling Autumn's legs, dangerously close to her front as her body hovered over hers

Their fingers were still intertwined but there was no struggle, Kate's breathing became more shallow as she tried her best not to move. 

The way her front was pressed against Autumn's hips was way too close, just the slightest movement from Autumn would roll her hips against Kate's front and make her eyes roll back in her head

Her center filled with heat, the feeling of her fingers locked with Autumn's were so soft yet sending an electric sensation through her veins just upon her warm touch

Autumn bit down on her bottom lip, watching the brown hair girl hover over her and the heat of her body on her thigh was sending her heart in strokes

"You're really beautiful you know that?" Autumn whispered, the brunette furrowed her brows

"Wh-what. God now is no-not the time for that" Kate hissed, Autumn titled her head to the side

"Why not? Am I being too cheesy?" Autumn let out a deep chuckle which vibrated against Kate's skin

"Fu-fuck. Stop! Don't do that" Kate hissed again, Autumn couldn't help but furrow her brows

Her eyes then trailed over Kate's face, noticing the girl was breathing deeply and biting down way too hard on her lips. Her eyes then trailed down to Kate's legs and noticed the tight position she was in

"Oh" Autumn smirked

Her fingers left Kate's as she slowly dragged them along the exposed skin of Kate's thighs, her nails barely brushing against the smooth skin and watching a trail of goosebumps leave behind

Kate let out a soft groan from her throat, her mind racing as well as her heart. She had no idea why she couldn't find the will to simply peel herself off the girl's body, but the way her hands felt on her way making her head spin

Autumn's hands then ran up the girls thighs, clutching around her exposed waist from her crop top. Her hands were placed perfectly around the girl's body, holding in place

"Can I?" She whispered softly, her eyes glancing up to the brunette's to ask for permission

Kate's vision was clouded, the sweet sensation in her veins were traveling to every inch of her body, feeling as if it was set on fire. So with her heart thumping hard in her chest and her deep breaths, she nodded slowly, knowing she'd regret her choices but needing to keep Autumn's hands on her body

The raven hair girl then placed her thumbs on the girl's stomach, feeling her soft and toned skin under her touch. She knew if she only breathed deeply, it would send Kate insane. Which is exactly what she wanted

Autumn's hands gripped the girl's waist and slowly rolled her hips against her own.

"Holy fuck" Kate moaned

Strikes of heat were sent traveling down the girl's stomach and reaching her already heated core, but the explosion of pleasure sored through her entire body and pushed through every inch of her

The sound of Kate's moans were shredding heat throughout Autumn's body

Both of Kate's hands reached up and gripped the headboard above her, sinking her pressure into the wood as something to release her tension on

Autumn rolled Kate's body into her hips once again, sending a large wave of pleasure through her body again. Kate's head tilted backwards and her eyes shutted tightly, her hands still gripping into the headboard

She knew what she wanted her to do, she had been longing for her touch for days and she was here, wanting to fulfil her sexual desires.

Her insides craved her touch. She craved Autumn's touch.

As soon their bodies pressed against each other and her center grinding against Autumn's thigh, she lost all rational thought, she was just consumed at the thought of Autumn.

Kate was amazed at how one touch could hitch her breath.

With one swift move, Autumn pushed herself up and shoved Kate down to the bed, her body hovering over the girl as she pinned her down, Kate's dilated pupils were spread as she stared at the girl above her

"If you moan again, it's going to make it really hard for me to continue this deal" Autumn whispered

Kate raised a brow at the girl, noticing her blue eyes seemed darker than they usually were. Her eyes stared at those soft pink lips that placed her in a daze

"But I really. Really want you right now" Autumn said in a deep voice

With another chill rolling through her spine, Kate's heart wanted to give up on her in that moment. Their lips were just inches away from each other, the hot breath lingering over each other's lips, just teasing so effortlessly

But it was a battle of temptation, wanting to see the first to give in

"Mhmm" Kate moaned, wanting to see how far Autumn would go

The raven hair girl closed her eyes tightly, allowing the feeling to move in her veins before opening her eyes back again to show those dilated pupils, it was only then did Kate felt true regret

A felt a hot breath was then pressed on her neck, then the tender brush of lips. Burning as they made contact with her neck.

A hand ran through her hair, as the kisses became harder and more urgent on her burning skin, Another hand slides around her waist, Autumn's fingers grazing against the girl's skin before she rolled her hips against the girl's front once again

"Oh fu-fuck" Kate moaned as her fingers gripped the sheets beside her body, her back arching slightly above the bed

As Autumn's lips trailed it's way up Kate's jawline, the brunette's heart pounded in her chest with every soft peck, touching her skin like butterfly wings. It was something she'd never felt, desire to be touched on every inch of her skin. She needed the girl's lips on her own before she lost her mind.

But with pleasure came the painful part of the story, Kate tilted her head down to brush her lips against the girl's but Autumn removed her body from on top of Kate's in just a second

Kate's eyes widened when she realized Autumn was already heading towards the door

The raven hair girl spun on her heels, pressing her shoulders against the door frame and holding a smirk on her face

"Still think you can resist me?"
