"So how's it been living with the she devil?" Jamie asked as she adjusted her apron around her back

"Silent actually, she keeps to herself and I keep to mine" Kate shrugged as she prayed some liquid onto a cloth, ready to wipe down the counters

"Well, that's progress? I guess?" Jamie chuckled

"In all honesty, I think it really is progress. But there's still this weird tension between us, I don't know what it is" Kate shrugged

"It's called sexual tension and it's only a matter of time before you two rip each other's clothes off and fuck y'all brains out" Jamie smirked, Kate scrunched her nose in disgust at the girl

"Ew" She hissed

"Oh come on, you're seriously telling me you don't want to get your way with Autumn Hester?" Jamie asked

"i-"

Ah yes, a question that Kate couldn't answer because she knew not of what that answer would be. It's been three days since they attended that event and they haven't spoken to each other ever since.

But Kate would find the girl's eyes on her every morning in the kitchen.

When Kate would strike a conversation, Autumn would shut her down or roll her eyes. A simple good morning would piss the raven hair girl off, so Kate refused to speak. They haven't said a word to each other since that night and Kate didn't plan on either unless it came to their film together

Autumn would eat chips and use the remote, leaving it all oily and coaxed of flakes

She'd leave the cereal open so the next day it was colder than her heart

And she kept the AC at the coldest goddamned temperature in the house, plus she placed a password on the settings so no one could get into it and it was driving Kate insane to live with the girl

But when it came to wanting to rip the girl's clothes off, if was a whole other conversation

Autumn had this thing where she'd walk around the house half naked, completely unaware that Kate was in the house. Or so she says.

Wearing Calvin Kleins underwear and her hardened nipples seeping through the thing layer of grey bra was enough to tease the brunette. As much as she avoided her eyes, Kate couldn't help but feel a heat rising in her stomach and settling in her core everytime the girl would pass her by.

To make matters worse, Autumn would pierce her blue eyes over to her brown orbs and give Kate a wink. She knew exactly what she was doing

But that didn't mean Kate was weak. It could mean she was a horny bitch but not weak.

She was determined to go through the whole month without giving into temptation

Besides, the desire of clawing Autumn's eyes out by how annoying she is, was enough to overpower the desire of wanting her fingers on the girl's body

"No. I don't want to do that again" Kate glared at the girl

The sound of ice spilling onto the counter and a loud thud echoed through the diner. Kate furrowed her brows when Ethan and Jamie dropped their sodas and almost fell to the floor

"What?" the brunette asked

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN AGAIN!?" Ethan yelled

"Oh, I haven't told you guys. I forgot, I'm sorry" Kate chuckled nervously

"Forgot to tell us WHAT?" Jamie asked

The two teenagers folded their arms as they came closer to the brown hair girl, trapping her body against the counter as they shot her a deadly glare

"You're making me scared" Kate squealed

"Be afraid, be very afraid" Jamie said sternly

"Oh. Um.. How was the visit with your girlfriend?" Kate mumbled, trying to change the topic

"What. Is it. That you're keeping from us" Ethan said

Kate bit her lip nervously as her eyes looked between her two friends, they both held a raised brow as they trapped the girl, their folded arms gave Kate the most intimidating look as she had nothing else to do but to come clean

"Fine, I'll tell you. But God, dear God please don't make a scene" She hissed

"Oh please, you're talking to an actor and a singer. We can handle ourselves" Ethan said, the brunette sighed and ran a finger through her hair

"Alright fine. Two weeks ago in an elevator.. Autumn.. May have kissed me?"

"WHAT" They both snapped loudly, causing heads to turn in their direction

"SHHHH" Kate hissed

"YOU KISSED AUTUMN FUCKING HESTER!?"

"Oh my God" Kate groaned and buried her face into her palm, the burning red mark spreading across her cheeks

"HOLD UP, WHAT THE HELL DID I JUST HEAR" Ethan gasped

"See, now I remember why I didn't want to tell you guys in the first place" Kate rolled her eyes and turned around to continue wiping the coffee stains on the counter

"I can't believe it. I really can't" Ethan chuckled

"Our little Kate, going to the dark side. I guess you have to pay up" Jamie smirked

"Pay up what?" Kate questioned as Ethan walked around to sit on a stool, pooling a $20 bill from his pocket and sliding it over to Jamie with a pout on his lips

"We had a bet that there was something going on between the two of you" Jamie smirked as she picked up the money

The smile on her lips widened as she stretched the dollar, bringing it to her nose to inhale her victory

"Ahh, winning smells amazing" Jamie smiled

"Jokes on you, that dollar has been up the cracks of my body you don't want to see" Ethan smirked

"EW" Jamie screamed as she dashed the bill away, watching it land on the counter

"Muahahaha" Ethan chuckled

"Relax, there's nothing going on between us either way. We just kissed two times-" and again Kate was cut off by the loud thudding of her friends falling to the ground

"TWO TIMES!?" Ethan squealed

"WELL SHIT BITCH, JUST START ADOPTING CHIDLREN NOW"

"They made out two times. That's twice the amount of my kisses" Ethan pouted

"Damn, you really need to get yourself a man" Jamie chuckled

"What did she taste like? A million dollars?"

"Did she choke you at the same time because that would be hot as fuck" Jamie chuckled

"Oh my God. Remind me why we're friends again?" Kate groaned

"Because we love you and you love us" Ethan smiled

"Okay but on a serious note. What's really going on between you two?" Jamie asked

"Nothing. We just kissed and that was it, when I pushed her to talk about it... We ended up making a deal" Kate mumbled

"What deal?" The boy asked curiously

"Um.. Well.. It's weird so don't judge me" Kate said

"On God, we won't" Jamie smiled sweetly

"On God" Ethan grinned, Kate took a deep breath in before looking up at her two friends

"If we could go a month without kissing each other then she'll help me get some roles in some new shows, she'll introduce me to some directors and stuff. It could really help me and my career, plus she'll start being nice at the end of it. Well, if I win" Kate mumbled

The diner was filled with silence, even the customers were all quite when it came to the silence between the three friends.

"BAHAHAHAHAHAHA" The two teenagers busted out laughing out of nowhere, clutching their stomachs and pounding their fists against the counter

Kate scrunched her nose up in disgust as she stared at the two teenagers, giving them the most dealt glare her adorable bottom self could find

"YOU SAID YOU WOULDN'T JUDGE" Kate hissed

"Did we?" Ethan laughed loudly

"You said ON GOD" Kate yelled

"BITCH WE DON'T BELIEVE IN GOD" The two teenagers half screamed and laughed

"Ugh for fuck sakes" Kate rolled her eyes

"Di-Did you hear what she said? THEY CAN'T DO THE KISSY KISSY FOR A MONTH. AHHH" Ethan screamed as his hands gripped Jamie for dear life, both laughing their lungs out

"YOU KNOW WHAT MOVIE WHERE YOU ONLY GET SEVEN DAYS TO LIVE? WELL KATE'S CASE, SHES GOT A MONTH TO LIVE WITHOUT SEX" Jamie squealed

Feeling the burn on her face and the glares of the customers in the diner, Kate clenched her jaw as her eyes darted at her friends.

Without thinking, her hands found Ethan's soda cup with the remaining drink and ice left over, bringing it up and spilling it directly onto the two laughing teenagers

"Oh look at this. I'm all wet" Ethan pouted

"Just like Kate will be everynight for the rest of this month" Jamie said as the two teenagers busted out laughing again

If red was a person, it would definitely be Kate right now
