Narrator's pov

"What the hell?" A voice muffled from outside the car door

The two girls hadn't realized they were parked in front of the house party for about two minutes now, frankly the driver was too scared to even interrupt them

"Shit" Autumn hissed

Kate quickly pulled away from the girl, leaning back into her seat and cleared her throat, acting as if her heart wasn't racing in her chest and her lips were tinging from the fact she was pressed up against Autumn again

Autumn groaned and pressed the button, allowing her side of the car window to slide down and reveal the person

"You've been parked out here for two minutes, it's holding up the other guests behind you. Were you two fighting in here?" May asked

Oh, did I forget to mention that the windows were tinted so no one saw what happened in there? Oh silly me

"Don't worry about it" Autumn mumbled as she slipped out of the car, watching as Kate exited from her side of the door

"You both look amazing, especially you Kate. It's nice to see you all dressed up like a million dollars" May chuckled when the girl walked around to meet them

"Thank you" Kate smiled

"She's waiting on you, you know that right?" May said as she glanced at Autumn

"Um. Who exactly is hosting this party?" Kate asked

"You didn't tell her?" May asked

"Nope" Autumn shrugged before walking away, leaving the two girls alone at the fountain in front of the mansion as she headed inside

"Ugh that girl" May playfully glared
"Anwyays, Pearl is throwing a small get togethe-"

Kate's eyes widened at the familiar name

"Did you just say pearl?" Kate asked

"Yes, do you know her? Well that's a stupid question to ask. Everybody knows pearl" May chuckled as she turned around to face the house

"Come on, we're already late" May smiled and she walked away

It was only then did Kate glance down to her feet, there was a red carpet lined from the door to the drop off part of the house that stood in front of the fountain

"A red carpet. Mom I made it" Kate giggled to herself

Her eyes then glanced up again to see the tall mansion, booming over her. The exterior was white and had almost twenty windows. Pillars stood tall with veins trailing up them in the most fashionable way possible.

Kate smiled as she walked towards the door, her feet arose against the steps, her mind still couldn't focus on the fact that she was walking on a red carpet.

Sure it wasn't the carpet she expected but it was better than nothing and it surely was a start. She could only hope that one day she'll get that chance to walk the red carpet

And that chance will come, she just needed to not kiss Autumn. Easy.

Girl- I'm just the narrator and my gay ass is dying jump on Autumn

A tall Albino man stood at the door dressed in full black, he smiled sweetly as he allowed her in

Kate's eyes landed on the white interior walls, they were saturated in golden balloons. Arches of gold and pearl white balloons were spread across the mansion, the floor was completely lined with red carpet. There were almost three hundred guests just standing in the living room alone. The men in their black or grey suits with red ties and the woman with their long but tight dresses, hugging their perfect figure while they held wine glasses between their fingerstips

"Wow" Kate whispered to herself as she watched the attendings walk around with trays of champagne and D'oeuvres

Then her eyes landed on a familiar face that stood on top of the stairway, her smile reached her ear along with her bright twinkling eyes, Kate couldn't help but chuckle when the woman blew a kiss to her guest, causing them all to laugh and applauded her as she came down the steps wearing what seemed like a outfit for a rich woman on the titanic, there was even a large feather sticking out from behind her hair

Pearl walked around to greet her guests, watching as they kissed her knuckles instead of shaking her hand

In was in that moment did Kate realize she was surrounded by some of Hollywood's most legendary and uprising actors. Kate furrowed her brows and glanced to the table, seeing a chocolate fountain with food lined next to it. Angelina Jolie rolled her eyes as she tried to wipe the stubborn stain of the chocolate off her blue dress

"Holy shit. Is that Jonny Depth!?" Kate whispered to herself

The man smiled as he walked over to Angelia, giving her a small pat on the back before shoving her head directly into the chocolate fountain

The guests around them all gasped loudly as they watched Angelina Jolie's face get completely soaked by chocolate. Johnny simply laughed and ran, knowing the woman was going to chase after him

Kate smiled and leaned her shoulder against the wall, her eyes running along every guest but not finding May or Autumn in sight

It was a dream, she was in a party of celebrity guests, especially her favorites. Something the average man dreamt of doing, but it was a party for Pearl and she wasn't going to be that crazy over dramatic fan that walks up to them and makes them self noticed. It wasn't her style but God knows how badly she wanted to meet them all.

"Oh dear, is that Kate I see?" Pearl said as she peeled her attention away from her guest, walking over to the girl

"Hi Pearl. I... I don't know if I should bow or kneel" Kate stammered

"Oh don't worry about them dear, they like to be extra" Pearl smiled

"So, a house warming huh?" Kate said

"Can you keep a secret?" she asked

"Of course"

"The reason I'm having this party is because it's the first thing I've bought myself since earning money" She said, Kate furrowed her brows at the woman

"So you're telling me, after 50 years of acting in Hollywood, you've never spent your money on anything for yourself?" Kate asked

"I bought myself a cookie-"

"Oh my god" Kate laughed

Pearl smiled when the waitress walked their direction, she took two chilled glasses of champagne off the tray and handed one to Kate

"But no, I've never had the chance to. Management takes care of me and now that I'm retiring, I can finally do what I want with my life" Pearl smiled

"That's so sweet, what do you want to do?" she asked

"Ride my security guar-"

"Pearl!"

"I mean, knit a sweater. Sure, let's go with that" The woman chuckled

"You're something else, I swear" Kate laughed

"I'm just happy that I'm done. I don't want to deal with the business anymore, I just want peace and quiet in my house alone and hopefully adopt some grand babies"

"Can you adopt me? My parents hate me" Kate mumbled before sipping the cold liquid

"No, because you're a grown woman now and you're going to do great in the industry, I see it" She smiled

"Yeah well, let's hope so" Kate mumbled, bringing the glass to her lips again

Her eyes finally landed on raven hair girl standing across the room. One hand in her grey pockets while the other hand a champagne glass, Autumn smiled as she laughed at something Kristen Stewart said

Pearl furrowed her brows as she followed the smaller girl's eyeline, glancing in her direction to see the familiar face giggling with the actress, Pearl smirked as she looked at Kate's facial expression, the brunette giving a half glare to Autumn

"Did you come with anyone?" Pearl asked

"Oh. um, Autumn" She mumbled

"Autumn Hester? Really?" She asked

"Yeah. Let's just say we weren't getting along on film so we've been placed to live together" She said

"My little Autumn and Kate, I can't believe it. God I have to be alive for their wedding" pearl said in a low voice staring at the ceiling

"Sorry, what was that?" Kate asked as she finally peeled her attention away from the girl

"Oh don't worry about it. Actually, let's go cause some trouble" Pearl said

Kate didn't even get the chance to blink before Pearl gripped her arm and dragged her over towards the direction of Autumn and Kristen

"Run along Kristen, I think Edward is outside fighting a wolf for you. Scoot scoot"
