"Ugh God where the fuck are we!" Autumn groaned

"Would you shut up and follow me!"

"No!"

"Why are you so STUBBORN"

"I DON'T KNOW, YOU'RE THE DUMBASS THAT CHOSE TO LOVE ME"

"SHUT UP"

"MAKE ME"

"I'D STUFF MY ASS DOWN YOUR THROAT BUT YOU'RE TOO TALL" Kate hissed

"I- that's actually really hot, I'm not even gonna complain"

"Oh for God sakes" Kate laughed

"Hey, you started it" The raven hair girl shrugged

A slight breeze rustled the leaves making them fall to the solid ground one by one from the Autumn tree that had turned leaves to brown. It had been such a long time since Autumn had ever seen a park, she was so accustomed to being home or on a jet travelling to a shoot then going right back home. The girl was sitting on a goldmine and had no idea how to spend it, so when Kate brought her to a park, she was more than confused as to why humans walked around there doing nothing. Autumn was always busy, if she wasn't on set then she was preparing to audition or spending some time with her girlfriend, so to see humans waste their time sitting was more than confusing to the workaholic

"You need to get out of the house and relax for a bit"

"If I wanted to relax then I would have burned the house down already, there's something satisfying in hearing people scream" Autumn grinned

"i-"

"I'm joking"

"Are you?"

".....mostly... Yeah.. Sure.. Let's go with that"

"I... Honestly cannot believe you" Kate chuckled

"What are we doing here?" Autumn raised a brow

"We're here because you need to relax, you've been working non stop for the past couple days" Kate said

"Are you gonna give me a massage?"

"Yes"

"Are you gonna climb on top of me and ride me riding this massage?"

"Yes" Kate answered

"oh- THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST LEAD WITH THAT. JESUS KATE, HAVE I THOUGHT YOU NOTHING!?"

"WOULD YOU SHUT UP AND JUST FOLLOW ME"

"fine! But you better keep your promises" Autumn pouted

"Gosh you're so cute sometimes" Kate giggled, taking a step closer towards her girlfriend

"No you're cute" She smiled

"No, you are" Kate giggled again before tip toeing to peck her girlfriend's lips

"stoppp melting meee" Autumn chuckled when the girl pulled away

The air was warm, the beams of sunlight glowed on their skins as they leaned against the bark of the tree. Flowers were vast, but they didn't conceal the freshly cut green grass. The pathway was a concrete path with lines of flowers on each end with random rocks

The children ran around with bottles of bubbles in their hands, raising it to the air and allowing the breeze to make it large. Their cheeks pained from smiling when orange winged butterflies flew between their bubbles and off they went to chase after them while their parents talked among each other

The soft grey blanket below them felt as comfortable as a bed, Autumn pressed her back against the tree while Kate draped her arm around the girl's torso, nuzzling her face into the side of Autumn's neck

The grass on their soles were soft on soft, warm on warm, a gentle tickle as each giving wand forms a cushion of green. Each strand moved in the breeze as easily as their hair, the waves and rustling as alive as their steady breaths

The orange gold stretched far and wide, the colour of fire hearths and tangerines. It was but the reflection of the dawn, the promise of the rising sun that comes after the velvety night has had its say and the land has rested once more, the bright hues kissed Autumn's blue eyes and Kate felt her heart leave her body in that moment

"What?" the raven hair girl chuckled

"You... You look.. Beautiful" She whispered causing Autumn's smile to grow wider

"Thank you" She giggled before wrapping her arms around the girl's stomach, pulling her closer

"Can I ask you a question?"

"Anything"

"Why have you been working yourself out for the past couple days? You should be relaxing, the movie is done and it's being released tomorrow, you should be celebrating not stressing" Kate said

Autumn bit her lip but you could tell there was a smile still there, her melting blue eyes met brown ones as she chuckled

"Do you really want to know why?" she asked

"Ofcourse, I'm worried about you" her girlfriend said

"You shouldn't be worried about me-"

"You're my girlfriend and I love you, what more point do I need to be worried about you?" Kate asked

The raven hair girl smiled before letting out a deep breath, her cheeks were fully stained pink almost turning a shade of red

"You're really sweet, you know that?"

"So I've been told-"

"oH? Oh really? By who" Autumn playfully glared

"By.. My hoes" Kate snickered

"You got hoes now?"

"Yes-"

"Name one"

"oh-...i-..."

"Exactly what I thought, now shut up"

"Hey! I'm a pimp! I don't need to remember the name of my hoes"

"Then why do you remember my name?" Autumn raised her brow

"Because you're not a hoe, you're the love of my life" Kate giggled before placing a soft kiss on the girl's collar bone

"Ugh you're too cheesy"

"If you call being honest cheesy then sure. Besides, it makes you smile and if never miss an opportunity to see that" Kate whispered

"UGHH STOP MELTING ME WILSON"

"But why? I love it when you're wet" Kate smirked

"Daddy Kate making her appearance" Autumn snickered

"Shut up" Kate groaned

"You tried, I give you that" Autumn chuckled

"So are you going to tell me what's stressing you out lately or are you going to continue belittling my top energy"

"Hmm, the second one seems fun-"

"Autumn!"

"What!"

"I'm serious"

"Hi serious, I'm daddy-"

"Oh for God sakes" Kate groaned before lifting her head from the girl's chest and facing her

"You worry too much"

"It's my job to worry" Kate stated

"No, it's your job to stay cute"

"And how's that working out?"

"You're doing an amazing job" Autumn chuckled as she pulled her body up to leave a soft kiss on the girl's forehead

"Mhmm" The girl hummed before laying her head flat on her girlfriend's chest

They watched with an unwavering gaze, as the fiery red orb of light slowly sank beneath the horizon, and threads of light lingered in the sky, mingling with the rolling clouds, dyeing the cloud first orange, then red which will eventually turn dark blue later, until all that was left of the sunset was a chalky mauve, and then that melted away in turn as stygian darkness took over the sky

In the warm sunset with children's laughter and the sound of gears turning on a bicycle throdded along, their cuddles felt like a little touch of heaven, warm, together, cozy

Autumn's fingertips flowed through her girlfriend's brown hair, twirling around the ends before gripping another few strands

She wished she could extend time just so she could stay close to her for longer, safe in her embrace. Kate's arms wrapped right around her brought such a peace she had never known before, a calming of the storms in her heart

For it was Kate that gave her hope for the future. In her embrace she started to believe that there was nothing out there to fear, that all there was, was sunshine, beautiful trees and kind people, something she wasn't accustomed to especially with her career

"Do you remember our ridiculous deal we had?"

"And how could I ever forget that?" Kate chuckled, her laughter hummed against Autumn's chest

"Do you remember what would happen if you won?" She asked

"Yes, but I didn't win"

"I think you did" Autumn said

"How? We literally both kissed each other"

"I couldn't resist you. I couldn't resist calling for you. I'm pretty sure you won that sweetheart"

"Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure I fell for you too or else we wouldn't be here right now" Kate chuckled

"The movie is being officially released tomorrow, it's your first big project. I'm sure there's going to be a bunch of people calling you right after but I don't want you to be led astray. People are ruthless and care about themselves, they'll make you think their intentions with their scripts and your career is good but they'll just do anything for a quick buck and drop you when your clout fades. They'll work you to the bone until you're nothing but sweat. You're worth more than that Kate and I've been impressed with your skills since you auditioned. I know I acted like an ass before but I really was impressed. So deal or no deal, I've been working with some producers for the past couple days on some new projects they're starting. They would love to have you and the best part is, you'll be playing the main character for all of their films. You can chose you schedule, there's no pressure. We don't want you to burn out so early. Take it at your pace, one film at a time or even two. When you work on two at once, it helps to balance you and it'll help you in the future but as I said, it's your decision. I only want the best for you" Autumn said

Perhaps the words still hadn't registered into Kate's mind as yet but she was frozen in place

"Wh-What?" Kate asked

"Your career is just starting off babe, I'm proud of everything you've done so far" Autumn chuckled

"You- you did all of that?"

"Shh, don't think too hard about it. Just promise me you'll think about it or at least have a meeting with some producers. If you'd like, I'll come with you if you'll feel comfortable with someone else there"

"Think about it.. Think about it!? FUCK YES I'LL SEE THEM. OH MY GOD" Kate squealed

Her arms tossed around her girlfriend's neck as she pulled her into her chest, Autumn's eyes widened when her face got smashed into her girlfriend's chest but God knows she wasn't about to complain. A smirk stretched into her lips as she hugged the girl's back

"Thank you, thank you so much oh my God" Kate squealed before jumping onto the actress, straddling her lap

"Don't worry about it" Autumn grinned as she wrapped her arms around the girl

"I have you worry about it, it's a big deal Autumn"

"It really wasn't. I'm just looking out for you, I have to. You're my girl and I just want to see you happy, I want to see you being the best version of yourself and I want to see you gosling after you goals. You nailed for first audition for a huge production movie with thousands of people who auditioned. You got a call back on the same day, you were already made for greatness Kate, and now you're taking another step into your career. But guess what?"

"what?"

"I'll be here with every step you take" Autumn whispered before tilting her chin up to face the girl on her lap

Kate leaned her forehead against her girlfriend as she chuckled softly. That smile on her face had no thought of leaving anytime soon, her cheeks glowed red from smiling wide and her heart swelled in her chest

Meeting Autumn was a pain but loving Autumn was everything she could ever ask for

"You. Make me happy Autumn" Kate whispered

"No you make me happy"

"no, you make me happy!"

"NO YOU MAKE ME HAPPY"

"Ugh God just shut up and kiss me already" Kate whispered

The raven hair girl chuckled before gripping her girlfriend's waist and pulling her closer, their lips connected and they both took in a sharp breath at the slight feeling

Every kiss will always feel like the same, heartracing and electrified. Their skins tingled as their lips moved together tenderly, the world melted away and there was just the feeling of their warm lips and full hearts wrapping around each other with a rope dunked in their love, tightening around their bodies and tying them together

Neither will ever get accustomed to the feeling, the feeling of wanting each other every second of every day

But God knows there wasn't any complains
