Chaos Energy: Thanks to having Shadow's Blood, Y/n gained the power of Chaos Energy. He can do mostly everything Chaos related that Shadow can do.

Immortality: Like Shadow and now Maria, Y/n no longer ages and cannot die.

Superhuman Speed: Y/n can move at supersonic speeds. His speed allows him to move faster than a normal human mind can even perceive. He has been clocked at a top speed of Mach 3,581.

Accelerated Perception: Y/n's increased speed also augments his reaction time, allowing him to react to danger and events much faster than a normal human. His reflexes are so fast that they even allow him to catch bullets in mid-air. As a result, Y/n tends to see the world around him as if it were in slow motion, especially when he is moving at super speed.

Accelerated Metabolism: Y/n powers also accelerates his metabolic rate. His body can break down food more efficiently than a regular human and, as a result, expels very little waste products that he can exhale through his skin. This enables him to rapidly heal from injuries much quicker than a normal human. This also requires him to eat large amounts of food to maintain his energy. He is the only person who can out eat Sonic when it comes to Chili Dogs.

Superhuman Stamina: Due to Y/n's superhumanly accelerated metabolism, his musculature is prevented from tiring or building up lactic acid or fatigue toxins.

Superhuman Momentum: Y/n has enhanced momentum, which allows him to enhance the force in his attacks, strikes, impacts, and collisions, often propelling objects or people several feet away.

Superhuman Agility: Y/n is able able to jump up high into the air without any build-up or change in speed and balance.

Molecular Acceleration: Y/n is able to accelerate molecules (be it his or another's) to disrupt the inter-molecular bonds around him. This can lead to many effects such as molecular combustion upon physical contact with the target.

Enhanced Durability: Y/n's body hardens under immense pressure as a process known as the dilatancy phenomenon, which presumably lowers his wind resistance, allowing him to survive his immense speeds.
