Mei was spending yet another day in her room. Typing away at the several keyes at a rapid pace. She had another deadline to get her latest novel out. Having be the world famous "Sun Novelist" means that she also has to keep up the tiring tasks if giving the readers more exciting content. Though surprisingly no one knew her secret.

Not even her childhood friend, Ruli. The one who knew everything about her when they were six. There was nothing that they did not know about one another. Now it seemed like only Mei knew all while Ruli was kept in the dark.

There were just somethings that Mei could not tell her. Secrets that could get Ruli hurt or worse if she were ever to find out. Making the girl sad or upset seen deeper than any blade she ever took. Like the two shared an emotional link that made them feel each others emotions.

Probably the only reason Mei allowed Ruli to be the one to give her hugs without getting a glare to get off as the others.

"Aaaaaand done!" Mei leaned back in her movable computer chair. Mentally exchausted from two alnighters and a few digimon incidents.

Ugh! Digimon just have to cause trouble for them everyday! CAN'T THEY GET ONE DAY WITHOUT DIGIMON MISCHIEF?! LIKE HAVING A TROUBLE MAGNET FOR A SURROGATE BROTHER WAS NOT STRESSFUL ENOUGH?!

"Finished another story? Oooh what is this one about?" Shiramon got up from her spot from the bed, leaning over Mei shoulder to get a better look at another literature masterpiece.

"You'll see once Chiitose sents us the first copy as always" With that Mei sent the entire book to her publisher. Fingers going numb after the countless hours of typing.

"Awww! No fair!" Shiramon lightly teased. Trying to lighten Mei mood. "Well you deserve a nap"

"Oh? Taking over mother duty of me? Hanuel will go nuts if they ever find out you know?" Mei could practically hear the "Mother Hen" figure of the group gasping at Shiramon stealing their spotlight.

"You have relax and recharge while you can. Maybe after a nice nap, Ruli and you can hang out" Shiramon insisted. Guiding her weary partner to the bed to rest.

"Sounds more like you wanting a date with your "Loving Honey Bun Bun" Mei smirked. Watching Shiramon face go bright red.

"N-No! Well...maybe...Though you need to relax-JUST SLEEP AND STAY OUT OF MY DIARY!!" Shiramon threw a pillow at Mei and looked more flustered than ever.

Mei chuckled at how that subject always made Shiramon easy to mess with. It must be nice to have a partner to be with. Mei gave up on finding love since she was asexual. No one seemed to interest her nor did she really have time for a committed relationship. At the moment she satisfy with being with her family and friends.

Just as her eyelids were about to close and allow her mind to venture into the darkness of Mei dream world. Her body was jerked from the bed.

"W-what the..!! Oh hey Solisamon" Mei halted a punch as she saw the small oni child taking through a portal.

This honestly happened so much that Mei had growth sadly used to it. She was grateful that no one saw her in her pajamas of litte chimeras again. The image of the onesie gave her friends a reason to laugh for months.

NEVER AGAIN! She burned that thing along with all traces of it existing.

"Meichi!" Ruli hugged her while the two were travelling in betweem verses.

"Ruli. I am going to assume that it will just be the two of us then?" Not seeing their group TM, scaredy cat, or Sherlock Hanuel.

"No. Solisamon took me from playing piano. She said nothing which I found quite odd, but do you know what this means?!" Ruli eyes beamed with excitement that it nearly blinded Mei.

"Girls only mission?" Mei guessed. Smiling a bit as Ruli bursted in boundless excitement.

"GIRLS ONLY MISSION!!" Acting like a child going to the amusement park for the first time. Ruli really did enjoy these missions.

Help her have some one on one time with Mei. Catching up for the many lodt years that they did not see one another. Only to be reunited by the End Bringer coming earlier than usual. Who knew that a planet destroying being would be just whst the girls needed to rekindled their friendship? Though there were still many secrets that Mei kept locked away in her mind and heart.

Locks that Ruli vowed to find the keys to. That or violently destroy the locks while trying.

"Any clue to where we are going?" Mei asked since Solisamon was strangely silent as they were traveling.

Ruli shook no. For once, both girls seemed clueless about a topic. Verses may be the one thing that any of them will ever fully comprehend.

Soon they arrived at the verse were they could have fallen if Mei had not swiftly reacted. Angoramon and Shiramon landed just fine due to their instincts. Ruli having been caught by Mei in a bridal style fashion.The young girl blushing likeba princess being saved by the charming knight.

"You alright?" Mei asked. Though in Ruli mind it sounded far more dreamy.

WHAT IS GOING ON?! MEI IS JUST A FRIEND! JUSTAFRIEND! JUSTAFRIENDWHOLOOKSSOCOOLANDDREAMYNOWTHATHERHEARTISBEATINGLIKEADRUM!

"You okay?" Mei asked. Noticing Ruli strange behavior.

"Y-eah! You can put me down now" She looked away. What was happening to her?!

Solisamon giggled at the two. Making everyone remember that she existed and was the one who brought them here.

"Welcome to Destined Soulmates Verse. A verse were everyone finds their true love" Solisamon explaination seemed to shock Ruli.

WHAT?!!!!!! So the reason she is acting so strange....w-was that she was Mei soulmate?!

"Huh. So a verse like this exist. Neat" How the heck is Mei so freaking calm about all this?!

Ruli was a flustering mess while her friend here was as cool as a cucumber. Ugh....they need to hurry before her heart burst. Maybe Mei being asexual made her immune to this world's effect? If so, then she was in fact super lucky.

"Why are we in this verse?" Angoramon asked the question which was on everyone's mind. Looking around.

They were in some kind of amusement park. An abadoned one where all the rides were rusted, sounds of creking echoed throughout the park. Once bright pictures of park mascots were torn and stained with the spilled food contents over the years. The sickening sweet aroma of cotton candy waved in the air. The once pink clouds of sugary goodness were now black and moldy. Same could besaid about the rest of the confections of this place. The air was bitterly cold from the summer like weather they had in their verse.

"This verse Mei and Ruli need help!" Solisamon explained as she began to take them there.

Ruli couldn't help but shiver from the cold, sneezing like it was the first chilly breeze of autumn. If she knew she be going to a creepy place with bone chilling weather, then she would have BROUGHT HER NICE AND WARM JACKET!

Mei took notice. Removing her light brown vest with sheeves and warm insides. Then she placed on Ruli who was even more red than before.

NONONONO! MEI DO NOT HELP THIS WORLD INFLUENCE!!

"Here. You seem cold. I rather be the one dancing the waltz of winter than you freezing. The cold does not effect me if I know that I can keep those I care about warm" Mei smiled. Sounding more dreamy than she did earlier.

The jacket smell like Mei. A warm protective smell yet also comforting. This was a nice feeling.

"T-Thank you" Was all Ruli could manage.

"Anytime" Mei nodded.

Solisamon then took them to a Ferris wheel where this verse version of Ruli was. Crying her eyes out with her Angoramon by her side. The only different between the two Ruli was the siver ring on her finger.

"Ruli, don't cry....Mei will be alright..." DS Angoramon hugged his partner as her sobs soaked his fur. Not that he cared.

Wet fur was a price he would gladly pay if it soothed his dear partner. Never had she sobbed this hard before. Truly this event was tearing her up inside.

"Excuse us. Is everything alright?" Mei asked while approaching the sobbing verse of Ruli. Offering a lace bow handkerchief for her puffy eyes.

"MEI!" DS Ruli hugged her so tightly that she could have broken her back.

"Wait I am not your-" Mei was interrupted when DS Ruli held her head and gave her a kiss on the lips.

The digimon gasped. Shiramon using her tail to cover Solisamon eyes, mentally debating if she should stop this or do nothing.

Ruli gasped before ripping Mei from DS Ruli. Holding her defensively as if she were the most precious treasure in the world.

"Get your hands off of MY MEICHI!" She snapped. Holding Mei even closer.

Mei blinked a few times. Processing what was going on here. Clearly in this world, her and Ruli were in a relationship. DS Ruli easily mistaking her for this world Ruli was natural. The kiss meant nothing but a simply misunderstanding.

So why praytell did Ruli just snap the way she did? Did Mei miss something in the portal to this verse? Could Ruli have gotten some type of virus? No! How could Mei let that happen?! She should have notice the signs then!

Bright face which was a definite fever. How she looked so delirious when Mei offered her jacket to keep warm. Then her sudden mood change towards her confused counterpart. When this was all over, Mei would get her checked out. Taking full responsibility to ensure that her dear friend was well.

"You...you're not Meichi....are you?" DS Ruli asked, her sorrowful expression seemed to double.

"Sorry but I come from another verse. Did something happen to your Mei?" Mei gently spoke, sitting beside DS Ruli.

Ruli sitting close to Mei with her hands holding Mei arm. Watching that DS Ruli didn't try anything else.

MEI IS HER FRIEND! NOT SOME VERSE SELF GIRLFRIEND! SHE IS FAR TOO GOOD FOR THIS VERSE ANYWAYS!

"I...I was such an idiot! All this time she had been suffering and I did nothing! Now she could be lost forever and I can only blame myself" DS Ruli tears streamed down her face as she hugged her shaking body.

Mei used her free hand to hug the sobbing girl. Humming softly to relax her.

"My Meichi would do the same thing" DS Ruli smiled softly as she dried her tears.

"Hmph!" Ruli held Mei tighter. Not liking how the other her was looking at her friend.

"You see ever since Mei and I met, we have sort of clicked. Always together in good times and the bad. Then Ravemon came. He murdered Mei brothers who just wanted to ride the new rollercoaster here. Laughing as their bloody bodies were dangling from the broken rails of the ride.....Mei never looked so broken. Then he had the never to crave his mark on her back...." DS Ruli fist tighten, ready to hit the nearest object. "Mei became so broken yet I helped her through it. Helping her in tracking that murderous creature down. Ravemon did not like that. He claims I was "ruining his masterpiece", so....he made me pay....Killing my parents and two best friends...." Mei and Ruli gasped at that.

It was the main reason that Mei cut off ties in her world. Ravemon willingly killed her brothers just for his own twisted amusement. He would have done it again if Mei did not shut those doors. Ruli and any connections of "Friends" she had remaining safe made it easier for Mei to not worry.

Ruli safety mattered more to her own back then. A precious irreplaceable friend that Mei would not mind fighting for.

"I am sure if you talk to her then you can make up" Mei insisted, communication did wonders for her friendship. Could do the same for her counterpart.

"Not after what "HE" did to her" Shiramon who had been with Angoramon had froze at the mentioning of her creator.

"THAT MADMAN DID WHAT TO YOUR MEI?!" Shiramon looked murderous in that moment. Not caring that she have to have data and blood on her hands.

"Two years ago, Mei was abducted by some sort of humaniod insect like creature because we were chasing a lead on Ravemon. "HE" tortured her and experimented her to be his perfect soldier..." Then a soft smile came to DS Ruli lips. "Though he could not get her to obey for her will was too strong"

HA! LOVE TRIUMPHS OVER VILLIAN BRAINWASHING! TAKE THAT FOUL MADMAN! BURN IN THE HELL THAT SHIRAMON SENT YOU! HAHA!!

"Angoramon found me and we started looking for Mei. Becoming friends with Hiro and Kiyo. Only thanks to their assistance, we were finally able to find Meichi. She had a strange series of markings on her back but she was alive. All that I cared about at that time. Having Meichi close in my arms and never let her go again.Mei also saved her digimon "Luprismon" so now we both could be open about digimon" DS Ruli seemed happy to talk about the joy she had felt that she was able to save her girlfriend.

"Luprismon?" Angoramon asked rather confused.

"My girlfriend. Though she looks like her" DS Angoramon pointed at Shiramon who was sweating bullets.

Angoramon eyes widen beneath his bangs. He gasped in realization before turning to Shiramon.

"YOU'RE REAL NAME IS LUPRISMON?!" He helded her in a tight hold so she could not escape. "Why didn't you tell me?!"

They swore never to keep secrets in their vows! How dare she go back on those words!

"It..."HE" gave me that name....I hate it...." That's all Shiramon had to say to have Angoramon pull her into a tight embrace.

Solisamon blinked in confused. These must be the couple issues and problems that Gulus warned her not to get into. Something like a cat fight where they pounce on her if she got too close. Scary! Couples are truly ones to be feared.

"Then Meichi started to go missing for days, missing our date nights. Though she did that in her searches so I paid no mind. I should have seen the signs when I saw her visiting Mummymon. So I pressured him to tell me. The answer shocked me....." DS Ruli looked ready to cry again as her body shook more violently. "HE" made her a bio hybrid that is of the codes: Sloth, Greed, Gluttony, Envy, Lust, Pride, Wrath, Malice, Melancholy, and Hubris. Making her a mix of digimon code and human genetics. Having to fight everyday just to keep herself among the codes that desire to take over every moment...Meichi....she is struggling to fight back now....so she she...sent me this" She got out her phone and played a message.

It was DS Mei voice but in song. A voice like an angel. Something would not expect someone like Mei to possess. Shiramon wondered why Mei doesn't sing nowadays but that would be a topic for later.

The moment that song finished everyone except Mei was in tears. Mainly since Mei tends to cry on the inside more than the outside.

HOW DARE SHE HIDE SUCH A HOLY GIFT FROM THEM FOR SO LONG?!

"So she left to keep you safe?" Mei asked with a nod from DS Ruli to comfirm.

"We are saving this relationship!" Ruli declared in sobs. Missing Mei angelic singing for a real long time that hearing it moved her to tears.

Mei wiped away Ruli tears with her thumbs. Her hands were warm comforts like two nice toasty blankets on her cheeks. How her eyes were filled with such compassion and caring.

NOWHYDIDSHELOOKSOHOTAGAIN?!! DARN YOU SOULMATES DIGITAL WORLD! NO ONE SHOULD PLAY WITH A YOUNG GIRL'S HEART!!

Then the sounds of a loud crash got their attention. Something crashed into the abandoned fun house close by them.

The digimon got defense over their partners. Ready to attack any threat that came their way. Mei getting infront of Ruli as she was ready to protect her. Her hand in a tight embrace with Ruli. Not going to let go until she absolutely sure that no harm would come to her.

Mei would destroy anything or anyone that come near her best friend  Ruru! Heh, been a while since she called Ruli by that nickname.

Solisamon saw this. She must not tell a soul. NO ONE CAN KNOW! Oh Centuriomon would freeze her time of he learned about this.

DS Angoramon ears then perked up as a figure limped out of the bright pink fun house that still had operational clown like laughter. He then rushed to the figure, who was his love Luprismon.

"My love! What happened?" He lightly scooped her up. His eyes darken from seeing the number of injuries on her body.

"Dearest....Ravemon....ambushed us...he is fighting Mei....my voice no longer reaches her..." Luprismon reached for Angoramon cheek. Her voice barely able to speak.

"Shhh. Save your strength my dear. I promise we will get her back" Removing her badily damaged visor, the two locked eyes.

Then the two kissed in the dim street lights of the park. Truly a romantic scene.

Though this was NOT the time for romantic moments.

Solisamon stayed behind to protect Luprismon. Much to DS Angoramon dismay since he felt uneasy leaving her. Though DS Mei needed their help. They needed to save her!

In the air, two black figures clashed. Every exchanged blow made the sky shook with such force that rifts could have torn into the verse.

Ravemon smirked as he was having so much fun. FINALLY HIS MASTERPIECE WAS AWAKE AND READY TO PLAY WITH! HAHAHAHA!!

The other figure had green eyes darker than brimstone of the depths of hell. Red slit pupils ready to lunge and rip apart any foe who so much as looked at them. Piercing  twisted horns emerged from the long sharp locks of hair made out of some type of feathers.  Black and thin like poisonous needles used by assassins.  A dull beige tuff of fur was collared around it's neck with an ominous green glow. Small symbols of the Sin codes were illuminated from the glows. A dark matter substance coated the figure body that acted like a form of unbreakable armor. Bladed spikes as shoulder armor. Arms were covered in digichromozoid braces thst had several tubes injecting multiple serums into the figures blood streams. Their hands were of human size but the nails were razor like talons. Seemingly to cut through anything they made contact with. It's legs were coated in beige and red blotches of red feathers in a warmer like shape. The feet reasembled one's of a pteradon but of a much smaller scale.  Four toes with talons in the front with a longer one in the back one. A lone serpent like tail fell to it's size. A poisonous silver tail tip shone in the dimly lit lights of the park. Mechanical constructed wings were attached to it's back by interal bol ts drilled into it's spine and shoulder blades. Clock like gears edged into her back,metal blade like edges made up the feathers. A real mechnical marvel of flight.

WHAT THE HECK?! THIS WAS DS MEI?! LOOKS LIKE A DIGIMON CHIMERA GONE HORRIBLY WRONG!!

To think that DS Mei fought that transformation off for so long is quite the impressive feat. Deserves a trophy for doing that.

"Meichi..." Both shock and amazement were on DS Ruli face. She seemed to be captivated by her Mei new demonic look.

"BWHAHAHA!!! Incredible! Simply incredible! Look at you. A monstrous form yet you still thirst for revenge after all this time. Molding that anger into such a radiating weapon for ending me. Truly fine art in the eye pf the beholder. Yet you are still yet from perfect" Ravemon sighed as he looked at the girl he stole from. Seeming to find something admest within her.

"Grrr. You...Take....Brothers...Family...Friends...I Will...KILL YOU..." Ammitmon Mei snarled as she drilled her tail into his side.

Ravemon easily dodged. This felt more of a distraction than a REAL battle. This hybrid of his masterpiece was holding back. Bounded by a feeling still lingering in her heart like a coil of chains. Not hatred or rage, he knew those all too well. No. This feeling was warm and disgusting to his very digicore of a heart. Love. Only that brat of a girl could being his masterpiece to feel such a hideous emotion.

Meaning that the child was in the area. YET AGAIN SHE WAS RUINING HIS PROGRESS TO BREAK THIS CHILD! UGH!!! THAT IS IT!

"So the girl still holds meaning to you, does she? Despite how much you now desire to kill digimon and human alike? Ripping into their bodies just to fuel those markings that "HE" forced onto you. All that and you cherish her more. Never telling her or ever getting mad. Hiding the ache and cravings even when the meal is before you.  Just her smile quells the new instincts that lurk in your mind for control. Your last tie to humanity is that girl. Your "Soulmate". Seems in order to complete you, I must at long last kill that girl" Ravemon seemed to think of this like a childish game of "Hunt"

Only that the prey would not survive.  The image of his talons or blade impaling her dear love's body seem to bring back DS Mei. The fear of losing one dear is greater than the crushing weight of the codes in her mind.

NO ONE! NO ONE IS TO EVER LAY A TOUCH ON HER RURU!! SHE IS GOING TO CLIP THAT BIRD'S WINGS AND MAKE HIM INTO FRIED RAVEN FOR A MEAL!

Mei and Ruli were searching the left side of the amusement park with DS Ruli. Who seemed to have something on her mind. It looked like she had a plan forming within her mind. Not one with good intentions. Must be for Ravemon then.

"Lookie who I found. Two brats and another masterpiece with digimon pets to match. Here I thought this would be a simply kill, but this is more thrilling!" Ravemon got out his sword as his eyes beamed with the excitement of murder.

"YOU MONSTER IF YOU HURT MEICHI, I SWEAR ON ALL THAT IS HOLY THAT I WILL END YOU!!" DS Ruli VR bracelet filled up twice and her Angoramon became Lamortmon.

"RAWRRRRR! DESTROY RAVEMON! PROTECT RULI!" Lamortmon snarled before he lunged at the raven digimon. Forcing him to be grounded.

"Grr. You snarling beast are not the foe that I want!" With a swift blow to the stomach, Ravemon sent Lamortmon flying. Causing him to crash into rollercoaster tracks.

"Lamortmon!" DS tried to rush to her partner side but Ravemon appeared in front of her. Face to face with his sword to the side of her neck.

DS Ruli in turn had a broken stab of steel from the tracks that she had got. She had a clear shot to his digicore. The only question was: Could she stab him before he beheaded her?

"NO!!" Ammitmon Mei slapped Ravemon back with her wings and embraced Ruli in her arms. "NO ONE HURTS MY RULI!" She then turned to love. Her hand carely cupping her cheek without her talons having to scratch her beatiful face.

Then her eyes looked down at the metal slab in her hands. Still clutched ever so tightly. It saddened her greatly  to see how her love was ready to take a live. Ammitmon Mei took her hand and carefully released her fingers from the slab.

"Your hands are NOT meant to be used for to kill. Your hands make the soothing music that comforts. They give me warmth in hugs or holding hands. Hands that guide to exciting new adventures and brings so much happiness. Like a bright star that I wish on every night to just say "How grateful I am to have such a wonderful person in my life". This monster took so much from you yet you still hold such hope. Truly are amazing, Ruru. That is why I just want to be selfish just this one request..." Then Ammitmon Mei made Ruli drop the slab and embrace her into her arms.

"Meichi...." DS Ruli began to tear up as she was in her girlfriend's embrace.

"Please don't ever stay these hands with filthy like mine are. They should remain pure and clean. Just like the beautiful soul you are. A beautiful soul that deserves much more than I could offer" Ammitmon sadly chuckled. Knowing that she could never be the same after what "HE" did to her.

"Meichi, you ARE THE ONLY ONE FOR ME! You never worry about yourself when shielding me from dangers. Treat me like a queen in our apartment by spoiling me with loving gestures. Caring for the team like a big sister. You lost so much yet you never stopped fighting for what you care about. Even when you push me away, I know that it's only because you want to keep me safe. Mei Hoshi. Whether you are human, digimon, or a hybrid experiment of a sick mad man. You are the destined soulmate that I belong with. You are worth alot to me" DS Ruli took Mei's face. Pulling her into a kiss which both girls fell into.

Awwwwww!!! Where are the tissues?!

Ravemon was absolutely disgusted by this display of true love. THEY WERE IN A BATTLE! HAVE THE DECENCY TO WAIT AT LEAST!

"DIE TOGETHER YOU LOVEBIRDS-" Before Ravemon could say anymore, a force prevented his blade from moving forward.

Looking to the cause was none other then Mei and Ruli. Diarbbitmon and Viseramon ready to put some serious hurting on them.

"They are trying to have their moment here. DON'T RUIN IT" Mei glared as her hand bleed from gripping the blade to toss Ravemon into the air. Not that the pain bothered Mei.

The two digimon followed to give. Ravemon a lesson on what happens when one interferes with LOVE!!

"Trusgain!" Ruli called out.

There Diarbbitmon unleashed several slashes to the accursed raven.

"Your turn, my dear"  Diarbbitmon smiled before watching Viseramon ready to dish out some pain.

Viseramon always looked so AMAZING exiting from the digital field code. Attacks so precised and elegant as if it were a dance for all to witness. A dance of death that she partook with her victims before taking their lives. A sight that very few witness who are not the victims.

"

Data Construct!" With the attack spoken, Viseramon pulled a black feathered steel katana and slahed the heck out of Ravenmon with it.

FEEL THE PAIN OF THY OWN SELF! KNOW HOW OTHERS FELT WHEN YOU GAVE THEM SUCH A TORTURE!

Ammitmon Mei looked at Ruli as an attack came to her mind. The two shared a gaze for a few moments till  both nodded in unison.

"SOULHEART EMBER!" Ruli ordered

Ammitmon Mei concreted a massive orb of black poisonious embers from the cores of the hatred and anger she held for many years. The sheer amount she had in her heart for all the pain and suffer that digimon put her through.

No. For what he made HER and RULI go through all these years. aNo more will Mei allow this monster to hurt either one of them again. May she bloody her hands with this final burden to set both free.

Mei closed her eyes as she mentally counted down the last five seconds. With that she unleashed the attack.

The orb flew up towards Tavemon at high speeds. Completely avoiding Diarbbitmon and Viseramon for they were not it's target. Like it was a preprogramed device, the orb knew who it was aimed for. The mere presence of the attack was enough to make one's skin crawl.  The moment it made contact with Ravemon, not even his screams could be heard. His voice lost in the sheer might of the explosion.

Finally....

Finally at lost last it was all over....

Ammitmon Mei slowly reverted back to her old human self as using that one move had exchausted her. Leaning against DS Ruli who kissed her again. Relieved that the one who gad tormented them for so many years was dead at long last.

They could finslly live in peace. Not having to leave one another side. They could now remain together as the soulmates that they were. A dream finally coming into realty.

Ruli watched with a bright smile stretched out on her face. They were able to help their counterparts. That truly was a wonderful sight to behold right there.

"It's nice isn't it?"Mei walked over to her and watched the scene with her.

"Yeah...They really do deserve one another. They are PERFECT for each other" Ruli then blushed as she looked at Mei.

NONONO! THEY SAVED THE VERSE! THAT IS REWARD ENOUGH! NO NEED TO MAKE THINGS WEIRD BY ASKING MEI UNNECESSARY QUESTIONS!!

"Hey Ruli?" Ruli snapped out her thoughts to look at her childhood bestie

"Y-y-yes?" What could Mei want to say to her after this whole ordeal?!

"I love you"

WAS THAT A CONFESSION?! OH GOD DID MEI LIKE HER FOR REAL?!

" Platonically" Mei followed up

HOW CAN YOU JUST DO THAT AFTER ALL THEY JUST WENT THROUGH? JUST HOW?!

"......Let's just go home" Ruli had enough heart beats for one day. She needed a nap after all this.

Mei would never be in any relationship anyways....She wasn't attractive to anyone. Ruli was just being a fool to think Mei was being romantic-

Mei then scooped her up in her arms. Being careful not to stain Ruli with her injured palm that was still bleeding.

"You are the only one who will ever hear me admit though. I can't be in a relationship where I can't share the same romantic bonds. Just not build that way....Though you make me feel as close as I can to that feeling if that means anything" Mei turned away. Was she blushing?!

True. That was the first ever time that Mei ever told someone that she loved them other than family. Even as young children, Mei never admitted it.  Ruli was her first...

HER FIRST TO EVER SAY IT TOO!!

"Thank you..." Ruli smiled. "I am truly honored, Meichi. I love you too, bestie." A kiss on the cheek was soon followed up afterwards.

DS Ruli giggled as smiled at the two before her.

No matter what the verse or their relationship. It seems that versions of them always find their way to one another.

Back home, the girl curled up on Mei bed and watched a few movies together. Mei bandaged hand holding Ruli as the two blessfuly enjoyed the film.

Shiramon and Angoramon were in each other's embrace as the two just enjoyed the company that they gave one another. Soon cuddling one another in a resful nap.

Solisamon once she got home, went straight to Gulusgammamon who was reading a book on the couch. Gammamon letting him out once in a while for Solisamon sake.

"Oh hey Solisa. Just give me a minut-" Solisamon struggled but managed to climb onto the bed. "You okay?" He asked jokingly.

"Solisamon loves you. You are great big brother! Always keep safe and warm. Beat up meanies and loves all Solisamon art" Solisamon then hugged him.

Gulus face got bright red befire he looked around to make sure no one was watching. The he slowly picked up Solisamon into a hug. Nuzzling her nose against his.

Something he and Lumos do to express how much they cared for one another.

"Love you too, Lil' Yin Light" He smiled. This was a nice feeling.

Nothing could possibly ruin this moment.

"Awww!!!" Hiro came home a bit earlier from finishing up his afterschool program. Just in time to see a wholesome moment of softie Gulus.

Does he dare take the photo as proof?! He does not even hesitate to take the photo.

"Hiro! I WILL SO GET YOU! YOU BETTER NOT POST THAT!!" Gulus warns with a Desdemona ready in his hand.

Solisamon blinked in confusion. What was so bad about a picture of them hugging? Nothing seemed back about capturing the moment between the two.

"Hmmmm nope! Now I'm going to get us T-shirts of these for National Siblings day. Bye~" With that Hiro had left as fast as he came.

T-SHIRTS?! THERE IS NO WAY THAT GULUS WOULD ALLOW SUCH A DISPLAY OF VULNERABLE BE KNOWN TO THE PUBLIC!

"Yay T-shirts" Solisamon loved the idea of her big brother and her sharing a moment with just the two of them.

Okay. Only Solisamon could keep her shirt. THOUGH ONLY HERS AND SHE CAN ONLY USE IT AS PAJAMAS!! NOTHING ELSE!

"Yes. Though only for you" He booped her nose, causing a giggle to happen.

"Yay! Shirts for us!" Solisamon cheered. The happiness couldn't help but spread to Gulus.

Fine he keep his shirt too. THOUGH ONLY TWO SHIRTS WOULD EXIST OR SO HELP HIM, HE WILL DESTROY THE WORLDS AGAIN AND SPREAD RGB!! DEVOURING ALL WHO CALL HIM CUTE OR SOFT!!

He was going to break the second rule of "No hurting Hiro" from the list that he swore to Gammamon for what Hiro was doing!

THIS WAS BLACKMAIL.

Ugh to think he fell this low...Well at least he has a cute little sister to brighten up his days.

Least he has some wholesome Sibling love.
