The Final Upload

At first the video showed a black screen, then letters began floating into the first phrase.

A Proper Send-Off

The letters dissolved before new ones reappeared.

To all the kids who want to become heros...

You can be a hero.

The letters disappeared for a final time before a collage of Pro Heros made their way up on the screen.

The audio began.

"Of course everybody can be a hero! You can too!" --Eel Boy

"Yes yes of course mutant types can become heros! It would be an honor to help teach people with quirks similar to mine in the feild!" --Godzillo

"Wing and flying quirks are so unique, they're very helpful as well, so yes. I do believe they can be heros." --The Fly

"Is there such thing as a truly villainous quirk? No. There is not. So the conclusion is that, if no quirk is villainous, then their quirk can most definitely be used for heroics! I love seeing quirk diversity in the field." --Claire Voyance

"I know media focuses on mainly flashy, defensive quirks but offense quirks are used just as much, if not more often! I wish the media and news would show more of it, but don't let their limited camera action make you doubt yourself of your abilities!" --The Crust

"Personally, I think being a hero doesn't necessarily mean being on the front lines. There are many parts of heroics to look into. Like building support items, working as a Personal Detective, and if you're really into working hand-in-hand with Pros, I suggest you go visit some of their Agency Websites. They list all the jobs in their company that are Heros behind the scenes. Without these heros, every agency would plummet!" --Higari Maijima

"It is quite stupid to say certain people cannot be heros. If you put in enough work, everyone can be a hero!"  --The Big Red Dot

"Of course everyone can be a hero, so don't doubt yourself." --Vlad King

"Yes! I honestly think everyone can be a hero, and like all heros in training, you just have to work hard and make sure to use your quirk to the best of your abilities!!" --Ingenium

"Of course, Little Listener! Everyone could be a hero!! Personally I would LOVE to see more heros doing hobbies they love and showing the public that heros are humans too! It makes the concept of being a hero more realistic--afterall we aren't gods among civilians. Any civilian can be a hero as long as they have a good heart and willpower as well as training and a license!! Go for it, kiddo!" --Present Mic

"More rescue hero's are definatly needed--then again a good diversity of all types of heros is most desired to help as many people as possible. If you have a quirk not quite suitable to fighting, research other sections of the hero field. We always need heros." --Thirteen

"Hahaha, yes child. All types of heros are welcome, especially ones who can...take a joke!" --Mrs. Joke

"Yes, of course. The hero field has no limitations on who can and cannot become a hero. People put those limitations on themselves. Overcome them." --Cementos

"I'd love to see more transforming--or shape-shifting--quirks--I don't know what the kids call it these days--but yes, they can become heros too." --Ryukyu

"Winged heros would be awesome to see more of, I'd definitely be willing to help train them if they want to be able to use their quirk to the best of their ability! I get so happy seeing mutant type quirks becoming heros--I know a lot experience quirk discrimination but I hope future mutant quirked kids start feeling comfortable enough in their own skin to reach their dreams! It's incredible, kid. It's inspiring." --Hawks

"A lot of emitter type quirks are seen as pro-hero material. However emitter quirks are a double standard, some are praised and others aren't. All emitter quirks are valid--and anyone can be a hero, even with a 'villainous' one. Villain quirks don't exist. And they never will." --Midnight

"I love the question! As a child I was bullied because everyone saw my quirk as useless. I had gotten extremely depressed for a little bit before I had a teacher who nurtured my mental health and told me I would be the greatest hero. She got a quirk counselor to sit down with me and help me learn to love my quirk. After that, I attempted my dream of being a hero! Look where I am now! I'm so much happier, and it all started with one positive impact! Free food is a major plus!" --Fatgum

Next were strings upon strings of screenshots including people in the comment sections of previous videos asking if even they could be heros. It included mutant types, emitters, 'villainous' quirks, elemental quirks and many more.

Majority of these comments had been replied to by the creator of Hero Belief or another community member. But the most eye catching was all the Hero Agencies in the comments.

One kid who explained they had a horse-transformation quirk was answered by the Ryuku Agency, informing the words in the video. You can be a hero.

Someone who deemed their quirk useless in the eyes of hero work--they had a teleportation quirk but it went off at random timeframes. The Fatgum Agency--Fatgum himself--was willing to personally help this kid learn about their quirk. He invited the child to come to his agency and meet one of his many Quirk Counselors to take a look and help them better train to join a heroics course.

Even Gang Orca got an account to help water-related quirked individuals understand that heros are everywhere.

Rescue hero's, like Recovery Girl and Thirteen, had also came to the channel to make sure kids understand limelight heros are not the only options for helping others.

One of the most surprising was the Endeavor's agency, commenting on a post about someone feeling like they would hurt someone with their elemental (fire) quirk. Granted, the hero had commented, "That is why you train hard. Get into a heroics school and train your quirk to the point of mastery. If you work hard enough, I will find you and enlist you. We need more fire quirks."

It was an iffy response, but even the Number Two Hero's words were able to create a wave of influence across all people.

The second was from an underground hero and UA teacher, Eraserhead replying to a certain quirk user who doubted their abilities. Hero Belief had already replied to them once, but Eraserhead wanted to give a second opinion.

He messaged PurpleInsomniac2 and said "It would be illogical for you not to go to a hero school with your unique quirk. If you make it unto UA (any class), I will mentor you to be a hero."

The inspirational replies faded off the screen after a few minutes.

There was a couple seconds of silence before one last audio cut in to end the video.

"Saying the quirkless population cannot be heros because they lack a certain gene is illogical. If you say all people can be heros, you cannot exclude the quirkless community. As long as you work hard, you will get there. So yes, everyone can be a hero. Quirkless kids can be heros too." --Eraserhead
