What do you do before sleeping?

Me: I have a bad habit of drinking water before sleeping which makes me pee just before sleep tries to overtake me. I just don't know why. It happens, my throat gets dry and I took a little sip of water till I don't fall asleep.

I was so busy today.I went out at 8:30 a.m and came back home from university at 9 p.m. I had a program to attend and also classes. Now I am super tired. It was really hard for me to wipe off my makeup as I didn't have any energy left. I will sleep now, have classes tomorrow morning too. Good night guys.
