Why does the health department tell the schools when they are coming? The schools are obviously going to try to spruce themselves up for that day. Shouldn't the health department see them as they are on a daily basis?

The No Child Left Behind Act. Yes, it was good in theory, but now schools are gearing towards only the standardized tests.
School Rules. Why should all students be further regulated because of the reckless attitudes of a few? Shouldn't rules be adapted only for the individuals who broke them?
The No Cell Phone/Electronics rule. Again. What about those who didn't break the rules?
