What was Mikaeel's tell in ch17?

I remember when I posted ch17, I mentioned that it was the bonus chapter. If you could figure it out, you'd figure him out entirely.

It was that he felt that Hoori didn't think he was good enough. She wrote that specific scene based on an event that happened between them but she tweaked it so that the guy seemed more... loving maybe towards the end compared to what really happened. He genuinely hated that she did that because to him it showed that she didn't think he was good enough which is why he did what he did towards the end of that chapter.
