What would happen if potatoes took over the world?

Well, obviously they would first want revenge. They would destroy humans, using fingers as chips/fries. They would use cooked skin as crisps/chips, there would be restaurants dedicated around human based meals all over the world!

Also, because they can't plant us to grow in the ground, just imagine how they would get the endless supply of humans like we have an endless supply of potatoes...

OR

They would lie about and do absolutely nothing... Because, I mean they're potatoes. They can do nothing really unless they are genetically modified or just randomly EvOlVe LiKe A pOkÉmOn!
