so if there's a milestone that let's say says "complete all secret encounters in a single save file" do I actually have to complete all secret encounters before I beat the game or can I beat the game then go back, replay a level and complete all secret encounters and still be able to complete the milestone

P.s. this also goes for runes, Codexes or any other collectable
