Personal opinion: I absolutely frigging love it. The love story between Ayla and Crier is epic! It makes my lesbian heart sing. And also the Plot and character development is insanely great! Crier, going from the naive daughter of the sovereign who thinks that love is a flaw to a brave woman who stands up for justice and knows that love in all forms just makes you stronger. On her journey she realises what friendship, family and romantic love feels like. And Ayla, the girl driven by revenge, who wants Crier dead realising that Automa aren't all these soulless creatures she hates with her whole heart. As much as she wants to hate Crier, she can't.
Also the World Nina Varela created us simply fascinating and detailed. The plot of Scyre Kinok wanting to remake Automakind and get rid of humankind in the process, as well as Ayla and Crier trying to stop him, is so well executed I could scream!

Sequel: Iron Heart

All in all, a great book!
