Sei
Aro POV
My brothers and I are currently sitting at the table in the throne room, going over certain documents we have to sign, while trying to figure out where exactly these children could be.
"Do you believe someone could have wiped her mind?" Caius asks, and I think about it.
A gift of removing one's memory? A gift like that going to waste is despicable.
"It would explain how you are not able to find any memory of the situation in the woman's mind." I look up to Marcus.
I hear the door open, and I look towards it.
"Aro my love."
My eyes scan her attire, but I felt nothing for the woman like I would of in the past.
Hera's Outfit
"Seems your lover has come bearing herself as a gift brother." Caius chuckles. I look away from her, glaring at the smirking man.
He seems to be having the most fun out of this.
I look down to the book in my hands.
"What do you want Hera?"
"Won't you have your brothers leave us my love?"
"We are busy." She comes to stand on the side of me. I smirk a bit, when the scent of the perfume always I told her was my favorite, fills my nose.
"You really don't desire me anymore?" She stoops down next to my chair, holding unto the handle.
I look at her, feeling my brothers eyes on me as well.
Twenty four years ago, I would of ordered them to leave, Weould of ravished her on this said table, as I have done many times before; but the only woman that will scream my name from onwards, is that beautiful firecracker upstairs.
"I told you already Hera. Leave past feelings behind." I push back my chair, standing up. She quickly stands to her feet, grabbing unto my hands.
"Aro-" she tries to pull me too her, but I pull my hand away. Causing her to stumble a bit.
She's a vampire for goodness sakes. She's too easily moved.
"Stay in one's place Hera. Focus on what you are here to do." I turn to my brothers, ignoring her angry gaze.
"Brothers." They both nod to me, smirks on their faces. Caius' own bigger than Marcus'.
I walk away from them, heading out the door, when I hear her let out a frustrated grunt.
Pushing the door open, I walk down the corridor. Sometimes it's pleasant to take a break from the running, as Jewel has told me.
I stop in front of the portrait my beloved. Still in awe of the beauty she possesses.
Normally many feared us, but she threatened Caius on her first day of meeting him. I chuckle to myself.
She knows of my love for power. I didn't hide it, never denied the things I did or done. Though not everything I have revealed to her, which is wise.
She's a breath of fresh air in this dreary castle. A firecracker indeed, who's not afraid to speak her mind, as she puts it. Though she doesn't have a particular gift of much power, I dare anyone to hurt her.
I run the rest of the way to our room.
Yes break over.
Signaling her team that they can leave, they bow running off. Opening the door to our room, I freeze in spot, gazing at the devious beauty in astonishment.
"Master Aro." She holds the end of the thin material, curtsying. The little bows did so much to hide her bosom, and by the looks of it, she had nothing on underneath.
Is that a cow bell around her neck?
"Do you like it?" She puts her hands behind her back, swaying her body side to side in a cute manner.
I feel every ounce of my control slowly escaping it's reins, and the seductress simply smiled knowing the effect she has on me.
I slam the door shut, running over to her, grabbing her chin.
"You look divine Amore."
She smiles.
"You've worked hard this pass few days Master Aro." She wraps her hand around my tie. I growl, tightening my hold on her chin.
The name I have grown accustomed to, that made me pleased by its demand of respect, was awakening a fire within me because of her reversed agenda.
"You should unwrap your present." She smiles mischievously and I chuckle.
"Is that so?" I look down to at the bell, flicking my finger over it. A childish giggle leaving me when it rings.
Taking hold of the ends of the bows, I slowly pull on it, licking my lips when it fully reveals her succulent breasts that only my eyes will ever behold.
"Bellissima." I whisper, looking back up to her eyes. I pull her body flush against mines, the same time a loud knock comes unto our door.
"What?!" I snap at the person.
"Father there was an attack." Jewel gasps and I release a low growl. Pulling away from her, I take off my jacket, covering her body, and putting her to stand behind me.
"Come in."
Kali enters, her angered expression mirroring mines.
"Where?"
"Capri. 12 people are dead." Growling loudly, I felt the urge to destroy something.
"Have everyone meet me in the throne room."
"Yes father." She leaves the room, closing the door behind her.
I take a deep breath, my inner demon scratching the surface, wanting to cause destruction.
I turn around, watching my love. Her eyes holding understanding.
"Later." She stated with a small smile. My eyes shamelessly lower, enjoying the view of her in my jacket, and lingerie. It angers me that I will leave her like this, but I have every intention to fulfill that promise of later.
"Later." She nods, smiling.
I hold her chin, lifting her head so I can kiss her. She wasn't that much shorter than I, which I found perfect.
I mentally chuckle.
I sound like a love sick child.
Pulling away from her soft lips, was almost painful. I wanted to forget the matter at hand, and give my Queen my full attention. Having her continuously scream my name, without care for anyone else, but duty calls.
"You will wear this again, when I make it up to you." She nods like a good girl.
I growl, pulling her body back to me, making her giggle.
"You have to go Ancient." I roll my eyes.
"Must you always remind me of my age." I peck her lips again, and again, and- she pushes against my chest.
"Goooo." Scoffing, I walk over to the door, glancing back at her, and she blows me a kiss.
Catching it like she told me I must do. I pull open the door, finding her team already in place.
Nodding at Felix, I walk down the corridor, every lovey dovey feeling being replaced with the dark urgency to kill.
—
Pushing open the throne room doors, a bright smile comes unto my face, but any wise person would know I was no where near happy.
"Let me guess they are missing again aren't they?" I sit on my throne.
"Father our source said that they saw the two female children with a man. But he didn't get a scent." Kali reports. Walking up to me, handing me a letter.
Reading it over, I feel enraged by its content, but keep smiling.
"Seems we have a player of games on our hands brothers." I hand Marcus the letter.
Hera rushes into the room, her subordinates behind her.
"Hera have you heard?" I say, faking enthusiasm.
"Twelve people are dead." My face hardens.
"Dead."
"I-I'll get her to talk." I smile, clapping my hands.
"You do that."
"Father what about-"
"I want every living dead alive to keep watch for anyone who may have those children. Anyone who holds any knowledge of them will be sentenced to death. Don't you agree brothers?" I look towards Caius.
"Death sounds...suiting brother."
I look over to Marcus. Oh how marvelous it would be to have the old him present.
"Whatever you decide brother."
I look back at those in front of me.
"It's unanimous." I smile.
See you in the next chapter✌️
