Metropolis

Seated on an empty bench of Metropolis park, Harley sighs as she watches the people protesting from the distance.

It has been weeks since she sent Joker to be locked up in Arkham and ever since, things were going well between her and Ivy. However, when Cyborg Superman and his Yellow Lantern goons took out the Justice League and enslaved the people, Ivy has completely left her in hopes of rising up against him, leaving her alone.

As Harley sighs to herself, right at that moment, she heard a voice saying," Harley?" Harley raises up her head and to her surprise, she found herself staring at a rather translucent but familiar figure.

" Hey, I know you. You were that girl back in that strange world? What was your name? Shizunoo? Shizaka?" The woman chuckles and she answers," It's Shizuka silly."" Oh!" Realization dawned on Harley as she questions her," Wait a second? What are you doing here? I thought you're back in that world's heaven?"

" Oh that? I just came to see you. I mean I can travel freely into other worlds now, including one with an ice ninja, a fire ninja and a God with a straw hat that shoots lightning. Ooh, there's another one with a blue man with a shield, a man in iron armor and a God that shoots lightning out of his hammer." Shizuka lists out.

" And they say I'm the crazy one." Harley laughs out just as Shizuka looks ahead. " Uh oh. Heads up Har. Looks like you got company." Shizuka then disappears from sight completely as Harley pushes herself up, watching as two Yellow Lanterns closes in onto her.

One of them turns to his companion and he said," Hey check that one out." Harley looks up and she shouts at them," Oi! What are you ugly mugs doing here?!"" Sinestro orders. You either go to work or we'll kill you." The Yellow Lantern answers, pointing his Power Ring at her.

Harley turns around and she shrugs," Yeah. Good luck with that." Without warning, Harley pulls out a handgun and she opens fire, hitting one of the Yellow Lanterns with a single shot." No!" The remaining Yellow Lantern swoops down, picking Harley up with his Yellow Lantern construct and he growls," You are so dead girl."" Not as dead as you will be."

Before the Yellow Lantern could react, several large vines rose from the ground, coiling themselves around the Yellow Lantern, causing him to loosen his grip of Harley." ARGHHHHHHH!!! Let me go!" The Yellow Lantern roars out as he thrashes, struggling to free himself from the grasp of the vines.

Harley watches as a familiar slender green figure saunters towards the Yellow Lantern, saying to him flirtatiously," Awww. What's wrong? Have the courage to hurt an innocent girl but don't have the courage to even face my children?"

The Yellow Lantern lifts his head back, growling out," I...know you. Poison Ivy." As Poison Ivy wraps her hands around the Yellow Lantern, the ugly alien vows in a threatening tone," When Sinestro finds you, you're dead."" But he won't be here to save you." Poison Ivy leans her head forward, planting her lips into the alien's fang-riddled maw.

" RRAAAAWWW!!!" Poison Ivy pulls herself away from the alien, wiping her mouth in disgust as the Yellow Lantern's body falls limp. Poison Ivy turns to face Harley, asking her in concern," Are you okay Harley?"" I am now. I owe you one Red."

Poison Ivy smiles, looking back before urging her friend," Quickly, we better get out of here before more of them comes." Both Harley and Ivy disappears into the city, leaving the two lifeless bodies of the Yellow Lanterns lying on the floor

Apartment

Inside a small two room flat, Poison Ivy pushes the door open as Harley steps in, questioning the plant woman," Whoa. Is this where you live now?"" Yup." As Poison Ivy goes into the kitchen, Harley asks her," There is somethin' I don't get Red. You like hurting the people in Gotham but why are you here helping the people fight those Yellow Lanterns?"

Poison Ivy sighs as she turns around, handing Harley a glass of water before answering her question," What would you want me to do Harley? The plant life in Metropolis is in danger and I can't just sit there and let that fake Superman burn everything to the ground."

" Look, I appreciate the time you and kitty helped me with Joker back in that other world but sometimes it's best to not help people for a while." Harley said, causing Ivy to raises an eyebrow.

" Oh you don't mean..."" Yup. Let's go have some fun!"

LexCorp

Meanwhile, in LexCorp, Cyborg Superman watches the entire scene from the glass window, staring intendly just as Sinestro steps into the room," Henshaw."" Sinestro, what news do you bring me?" Cyborg Superman questions.

Sinestro's expression fell grim as he answers," Our forces are managing to keep this planet from receiving any foreign aid but unfortunately for us, things are not looking well."

" What do you mean?" Sinestro felt his blood run cold, listening to the metallic growl of a question he received from Cyborg Superman.

" Firstly, Kuasa has been reported to have failed her mission, leaving only Felix Faust keeping the rest of the plan afloat. Secondly, the Justice League members have been taking down many of our Yellow Lanterns, I fear it's just a matter of time before our slaves began rising up against us."

Despite his seething anger, Cyborg Superman questions Sinestro further in a calming tone," And where is Thawne right now?"

" So far he is nowhere to be seen right now, I have sent several Lanterns in search for him." Sinestro answers.

Cyborg Superman stares solemnly outside the window momentarily before saying to Sinestro," Thank you Sinestro, that will be all." Sinestro nods in acknowledgement before walking away.

Seated on a small cushioned chair, Lena jumps up in horror as Cyborg Superman throws a single punch onto the wall, the impact sending a massive shockwave across the entire planet's surface, causing a massive crack to form around the office walls.

Lena pants in terror as she watches Cyborg Superman growls to himself, his organic eyes flashes red.

Streets

Harley skips across the street, urging Ivy along as she says to her eagerly," C'mon! C'mon! We're getting close!"

Poison Ivy follows Harley into a rundown Chinese Restaurant, causing Ivy to question," Wait, this is where you live?" Harley simply smiles," The best is yet to come, c'mon!"

Harley pulls the door open, leading Ivy up while greeting a frail Asian old man reading a newspaper," Hi Doc."" Hi Harley." Doc greeted back, not taking his eyes off his paper.

Harley pulls the door open, saying to Ivy," Ta da, welcome to my humble residence."

Ivy's eyes surveys around the room, feeling her mouth at the sheer shock of the state of Harley's apartment. The entire apartment is a one room flat littered completely in flyers, cereal boxes, the sink piled up with dirty dishes and the stench of animal feaces overwhelming her nostrils completely.

And speaking of animals, Bruce the Hyena sat on his chair, cackling out in his usual hyena charm.

Seated on a sofa is a short young girl, Asian of heritage and possibly an orphan.

The girl then greets Harley," Oh hey Harley,"" Hey Cass." Harley greets back, bringing Ivy inside as she remarks," Wow. And I thought I lived in a dump."

Harley took a bowl, poured a heap of cereal into it before dunking the content with a huge helping of milk, sitting herself comfortably on a sofa." So watcha watchin?"" Oh I don't know, should be watch Joker or Avengers Endgame?"

" Nah, I'm trying to get over my puddin' so let's go watch some Marvel garbage." Harley suggests, prompting Cassie to click on the remote to play the movie.

Hideout

Meanwhile, in a criminal hideout, Roman Sionis, also known as Black Mask sat on his chair, brooding to himself as his accomplice, Victor Zsasz enters the room, saying," Sir, you have a visitor."

" Bring him in." Roman looks up, his eyes narrows just as a red faced man cladded in yellow enters the room, greeting him," Hello Sionis."

" What do you want?" Roman questions.

Sinestro holds up a piece of newspaper, handing it to Roman as he answers," This particular individual has been causing our Lanterns nothing but trouble, I need you to take her down for us."

Roman stares at the newspaper, questioning Sinestro," Poison Ivy huh? What's in it for me?"

Sinestro hands him a couple of large bags, plopping them onto the table in front of him. Roman tugs the bag open, digging his hands deep until he pulls out a couple handful of hundred American dollar notes.

" And that's not all." Sinestro looks back, allowing two Yellow Lanterns to enter the room before continuing," Knowing how dangerous your target will be, I will issue these two Lanterns to assist you."

A twisted smile curls up upon Roman's lips as he assures Sinestro," Oh don't worry, I will have your little plant problem taken care of." Sinestro gave him one final nod before turning around, flying right out of the door.

Victor then asks Roman," Shall I get the preparations ready sir?"

" Yes." Roman gave Victor an approving nod, letting his accomplice leave the room as he slides the shelf door open. His hand reaches down, pulling out a black mask before sliding it over his entire head.

Apartment

Meanwhile, back in the apartment, Cassandra asks Harley," So what else do you two get to see in Gainos?"" Oh nothing much, it's pretty much Game of Thrones there aside from the fact Brainiac tried to kill us." Harley explains.

Poison Ivy then asks," Hey Harley, where's Selina?"" Oh, no idea where kitty went." Harley answers without looking back.

However, right at that moment, the entire room erupts in a massive explosion of gunshots, forcing Poison Ivy, Harley and Cassandra to drop onto the ground.

Bruce dashes madly into the bathroom, hiding himself behind the confines of the toilet as hails of bullets continues to rain out from the outside.

Amidst from all the gunshots, Cassandra asks," What's goin' on?!"" I don't know!"

As the hail of gunfire slowly comes to a halt, Poison Ivy quietly peers out of the hole of the wall, surveying the outside world.

Standing at the bottom of the building stood a rather large group of men covered in muscles and tattoos and hairstyles of different shapes and sizes.

The trio listens intensively as the loud rambling from the men echoes from outside, with questions that includes," Are they dead?"" Should we check it out?"

Poison Ivy turns her back to Harley, whispering to her," Okay Harley, on a count of three, I want you to take the girl out of here."" But what about you?" Harley asks.

Poison Ivy looks down at the numerous enemies waiting outside and she answers," I'll try and hold them off as long as I can."

Without waiting for anyone to protest, Poison Ivy grits her teeth as she shifts her arms up, causing a massive tree to erupt from the ground.

Loud screams echoes throughout the street as Poison Ivy leaps out of the window, declaring out loudly," You want me? Well here I am!"

As loud gunshots echoes across the streets, Harley ushers Cassandra down the stairs, the two quietly sneaks down, hiding behind the cover of the walls.

Doc quietly lifts his head from behind the counter, questioning the two girls," Harley, why are those men shooting at us?"" No time to explain Doc, come! Let's go!"

Doc jumps over his counter, following Harley and Cassandra out of the building.

The trio runs through an alleyway before halting, catching their breath.

Cassandra remarks," Whew! I'm glad we're safe."" Oh are you?" Upon hearing a rather sinister voice, Harley, Cassandra and Doc turn their heads up, their eyes widens in horror as a couple of bizzare looking aliens cladded in Yellow Lantern uniforms lowers themselves down.

One of the Yellow Lanterns growls menacingly at Harley," Well if it isn't the Joker's pet. You're gonna be a fine addition to our slaves in Engine City."

Harley swiftly moves aside, dodging the Yellow Lantern's arms, only for them to wrap around Cassandra instead!

" Harley help!"" Kid!" Harley desperately shouts, watching as the two Yellow Lanterns flies out, approaching Poison Ivy.

Poison Ivy swings her arms back, launching a giant tendril that sent the last remaining men flying with a single strike.

However, right at that exact moment, one of the Yellow Lanterns points his ring at her, sending a powerful yellow blast right onto her.

" ARGHHHHHH!!!" Poison Ivy screams out in agony as the sheer impact of the blast sends her flying.

The Yellow Lantern lowers himself next to her, questioning her mockingly," Aww, what's wrong? Too much for yer?" The Yellow Lantern swings his leg out, striking Poison Ivy square in her stomach, causing her to cough out.

" Red!" The Yellow Lantern turns around, sneering just as Harley points a gun at him, shouting," Let us alone!"

Before any of the Yellow Lanterns could act, all of a sudden, an earsplitting cry splits right across the air, sending the two Lanterns flying.

As one of the Lanterns releases his grip of Cassandra, Harley rushes forward, catching her companion with her arms." What was that?" Both Yellow Lanterns looked up, only to find themselves facing a couple of women cladded in dark colored clothing.

One of them is a tall lean woman cladded in a black one piece leotard, a black leather jacket and a pair of boots. Her long blonde hair flowing down her back.

Her companion is a tall woman has a mask covering her face, her attire consists a mixture of indigo and white along with markings resembling a cross symbol.

They are Black Canary and Huntress, members of the Birds of Prey.

Black Canary offers Poison Ivy a hand, asking her in concern," Are you okay?"" I'm fine." Ivy takes her hand, getting up just as Huntress points her crossbow, opening fire at the Yellow Lanterns.

" GAAAHHHH!!!" One of the Yellow Lanterns screams out in agony, feeling the sharp tip of the crossbow piercing into his back.

As the two faces them, Black Canary cracks her knuckles, saying to the two with a threatening tone in her voice," Now you two run back and tell your boss this. If you dare to mess with anyone else, you mess with the Birds of Prey."

The two Yellow Lanterns growls, flying back to report the situation back to Roman.

As the Yellow Lanterns leaves, Huntress said to Harley," I've heard of the situation, are you and your roommate okay?"" Oh we're fine. But our apartment..." Harley points a finger up at the burning mess, finishing her sentence," Not so much."

Cassandra asks the two women," Who were those guys?"" Those men are henchmen to Roman Sionis aka Black Mask. We have been tracking him for a while but he has went into hiding ever since that Superman imposter took over Metropolis." Black Canary explains.

Huntress then continues," In fact, we were here just trying to find leads of his hideout until we heard the shooting going on." Poison Ivy heard a soft groan on the floor and she said," Oh look girls. It seems that one of our friends here is still awake."

" Great. Give me a few moments with him." Huntress smirks as she steps forward.

Harley then wraps her arms around Black Canary, cheering out," Aww yeah! Gotham City Sirens and Birds of Prey, I'm beginning to see a really good hell of a week!"

Booby Trap, night

At the dark of the night, the Birds of Prey consisting of Black Canary, Huntress, Cassandra, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn walks along the abandoned theme park, stepping through heaps of trash.

Standing across them stood Black Mask, watching them intensively. Victor cackles out maniacally, twirling his knife as men steps out from all around, every one of them armed to the teeth.

Flanking Black Mask stood the two Yellow Lanterns, their razor sharp teeth baring at the women as they closes in onto them.

" Ladies, glad to see you can join us tonight." Black Mask greets the group. Black Canary retorts by saying," Can't say the same to you Sionis."

" You ladies just don't know when to quit do you? Why can't you just let me do my business, is it so much to ask?" Black Mask questions." Why are you even doing this anyway? We should be working together to take down that fake Superman." Huntress asks only for Black Mask to scoff.

" Heh! What a joke. Save the world and get nothing in return?
Nah. I'd rather run my empire in a world where you superheroes are gone for good!" Black Mask shifts his arm forward, signalling his army of thugs to charge.

Harley raises up her mallet, batting at a few oncoming thug while Huntress opens fire, sending a large muscular man flying with a single shot.

Poison Ivy swings her arm across, sending large plant tendrils flying across the battlefield while Black Canary struck her foot into a man's stomach before throwing a single uppercut, sending him flying.

Meanwhile Cassandra ducks underneath the swinging arms of a thug, grabbing onto a pole before slamming it right into his head.

At the same time, Black Canary grabs onto another thug before launching herself up into the air. The vigilante then flips him over before slamming him back first into the ground.

Realising the situation, Black Mask shouts to his two Yellow Lanterns," Don't just stand there, get them!" Both Yellow Lanterns lunges up into their, their rings conjuring up razor sharp constructs as they closed in onto the group.

Poison Ivy swings her hands up, launching several tendrils only for the Lanterns to easily slice them with their constructs.

" NEEHHH!!! Pathetic!" One of the Yellow Lanterns conjures up a machine gun construct, opening fire down onto the group.

Poison Ivy erects a giant tree in front of her, shielding herself from the projectile while Huntress grabs onto Cassandra, ducking behind a pile of crates.

As the Yellow Lanterns continues their onslaught, Black Canary whips out her Canary capsule, tossing it up into the air.

Before any of the Yellow Lanterns could even react, all of a sudden, the capsules went off in a massive explosion, sending a powerful shrill cry across their ear drums.

" AAAAHHHHHH!!!" As the two Yellow Lanterns are screaming out in agony, Black Canary launches herself up into the air, letting out a powerful Canary Cry down onto them.

As the Black Canary is busy with the two Yellow Lanterns, Black Mask pulls out a gun, opening fire onto Harley while screaming out," ARGGHHH!!! I have just enough about you!" Harley moves around, dodging gunshot after gunshot before lunging out, only for Black Mask to swing his hand out, slapping her across the cheek.

As Harley rolls across the floor, Black Mask then jeers at her," You know, I almost feel sorry for you. The fact that you don't have that Joker here to protect you. Heh heh heh. I'd have the pleasure of killing you."

" You know I had just enough about that Mister J!" Without warning, Harley grabs onto a nearby bat and with one powerful swing, she sent Black Mask flying across the air, crashing into a pile of crates.

As Harley wipes the sweat of her brows, Huntress tosses Victor's body onto the floor, saying," That's the last of them."

" Done with these two as well." Black Canary said, pointing at the two unconscious Yellow Lanterns lying on the floor.

Taco Bell, the next morning

As morning comes, the group sat around together, happily munching as the celebrated their victory over the successful capture of Black Mask.

Cassandra bites into a tortilla chip, piping out," Man, that was kind of scary but fun last night."

Poison Ivy agrees," You know, beating the crap out of a bunch of assholes is quite satisfying."" And speaking of assholes..." Black Canary turns to both Harley and Cassandra, asking them," How would you two like to join our uprising against that Cyborg Superman?"

Upon hearing that, Harley grins gleefully, answering," Now why the hell not? I always wanted to kick Superman in the balls, cyborg or not."

As the group breaks out in a fit of laughter, Harley turns to the viewers, saying," And now that I have officially joined the League, let's see how our Supergirl is doing."
