Shrine

Tomoe opens the door and she steps in, allowing Black Adam, Enchantress and Zatanna to  enter the shrine.

Upon laying eyes on the interior of the building, their eyes widens in shock.

A large fire pit lies in the centre of the room with rural paintings and scripture pasted around the walls.

Zatanna questions out.

" Damn. Just what were the Councils planning to do with all of that?"

" Probably to wipe out the Warrior Priestesses protecting the Mikado. Those devious lowlifes."

Tomoe answers.

Black Adam stares at the scriptures around him and he questions Tomoe.

" What do you want us to do?"

Tomoe looks around and she answers.

" I will be performing the ritual to open the portal, but I will need a strong powerful magic source to help me."

" Not a problem."

Black Adam flies back, electricity crackling around his body.

Tomoe kneels down on the floor and she instructs both Zatanna and Enchantress.

" Both of you, channel your magic around me and when I give the signal, activate the barrier."

Both Zatanna and Enchantress waves their hands across, emitting a magical aura just as electricity crackles along Black Adam's body.

" Shu, Heru, Amon, Zehuti, Aton, Mehen! SHAZAM!!!"

Black Adam screams out as he thrusts out his chest, launching a powerful burst of lightning right at her.

Realizing her opportunity, Tomoe shouts out.

" Now!"

Both Zatanna and Enchantress opens up their palms, conjuring out a magical barrier.

The lightning strikes into the barrier, creating a powerful explosion of sparks.

Tomoe closed her eyes as she holds up a talisman, chanting.

" By the power that guides my sword, grant me the power to open the dimensional barriers of the world!"

A bright light flashes across the shrine, sending Tomoe, Zatanna, Black Adam and Enchantress flying backwards.

" WHOOAAAAA!!!"

Everyone screams out as the fall backfirst onto the floor.

Right when Tomoe pushes herself up, a loud deep mechanical voice booms across the shrine.

" You pathetic humans never give up do you?"

" Brainiac!"

Zatanna, Black Adam and Enchantress looks up in horror as Brainiac steps forward, looming over them.

" What do you even gain from bringing us here Brainiac?!"

Black Adam questions.

Brainiac answers.

" You humans can never understand my purpose of collecting and will try to stop my conquest of the planet. And so to solve my problem, I got the human Lex Luthor to build a transporter to teleport all of you here so that you can never interfere with my plans."

" So are you the one who brought Doomsday and those Betas here as well?"

" That is correct human. And as for you...."

Brainiac turns to Tomoe and he said.

" I believe you know her."

The Kolun steps aside, revealing a small armoured figure behind him.

Upon laying eyes on the figure, Tomoe widens her eyes in both shock and horror.

" Aldra?"

" Aldra?"

Enchantress looks just as Aldra steps forward, nodding.

" Yes Tomoe. I have returned."

" What is the meaning of this? What have you done to Aldra?!"

Brainiac simply answers out.

" Nothing. With Delmore's help, I simply returned Aldra to who she really was."

" Delmore?"

As if on cue, a shadowy figure looms behind Aldra and he said.

" Yes. I have returned."

" So it is you!"

Tomoe shouts at him.

Zatanna looks at the shadowy figure and she questions Tomoe.

" Who is that? And what's a Delmore?"

" Delmore is a fallen Angel who has taken possession of Aldra before Leina bested her in battle. And now he has returned."

Black Adam clenches his fist and he declares out.

" Fallen Angel or not, we must destroy him before he does anymore damage!"

Black Adam flies towards Aldra, raising up his fist.

However, Brainiac suddey slides in front of her and he swings his tendril across, striking right into the Egyptian God.

" ARGHHHHHH!!!"

Black Adam screams out as he was sent flying backwards.

Zatanna points her palm outwards and she screams out.

" Cigam tsalb!".

The magic blast launches out of her hand, flying right towards Brainiac.

At Brainiac points his finger across and as if on cue, a Beta jumps out from behind, slamming bodyfirst into the projectile.

The Beta exploded into an explosion of scrap metal, smoke emitting from the ground.

Brainiac smirks as he lunges forward, throwing a punch right into Zatanna.

" AAAHHHHHHH!!!"

Zatanna screams out as she was sent flying backwards

Enchantress swerves across the room, launching several magic blasts at Brainiac.

The Kolun swings his tendrils out, deflecting the projectiles before launching several of his tendrils outwards, striking Enchantress right in her gut.

" OUARGHHHH!!!"

Enchantress screams out as she tumbles down the stairs, crashing backfirst onto the ground below.

Meanwhile, Tomoe skits across the floor, parrying Aldra's blows.

Just as Tomoe jumps back, she pleads to the former queen.

" Aldra please stop. You don't have to do this."

" Silence peasant!"

Aldra spun around and she throws out a kick, striking Tomoe in the gut.

The warrior priestess was sent flying backwards before crashing backfirst into a tree.

" ARGHHHHH!!!"

Tomoe screams out in agony as she collapses onto the ground, unconscious.

Aldra looks down and she smirks at the four.

" At last. What should we do with them?"

" Bring them back to my ship, I wish to collect them."

Brainiac instructs.

" Right. And you?"

Aldra asks.

Brainiac steps forward and he answers.

" I have this world to explore before I start my collection phrase."
