Denisha

As I stepped through the towering gates of Zodiac Academy, a sense of awe washed over me. The academy's sprawling campus was like something out of a fairytale, with its grand architecture and meticulously manicured gardens. The air was filled with a crisp, invigorating scent, and the sunlight filtered through the leaves of ancient, towering trees that lined the cobblestone paths.

My footsteps echoed on the path as I made my way towards the heart of the academy. My purpose here was clear, etched deep into my heart: revenge. Revenge against the Radiance, the ones who had pushed my sister Perse to her breaking point, driving her to end her own life. They would pay for what they did, and Zodiac Academy was the perfect place to prepare for that reckoning.

The students passing by were a mix of excitement and determination, each belonging to one of the twelve zodiac houses. I observed them carefully, knowing that some among them were undoubtedly connected to the Radiance. I couldn't help but wonder if they had any inkling of what was coming.

The academy's grand hall, where students gathered for ceremonies and announcements, stood ahead of me. Its towering columns and marble floors gave it an air of importance. A sense of determination welled up inside me as I pushed the doors open. I needed to rise through the ranks, gather information, and ultimately confront the Radiance.

As I entered the hall, I noticed the banners of the twelve houses hanging from the high ceiling, each bearing its unique emblem. I couldnt wait till i went to my house in second year. In first year. We were camped in house meandre- the girls house and house pliral- the boys house. This was to remove the idea of a divided territory. Seemed useless considering the division that would be done in second year.

As I moved through the bustling crowd, I couldn't help but feel a mixture of anticipation and trepidation. The academy held the key to my revenge, but it was also a place where I would have to tread carefully, navigate a web of alliances and rivalries, and keep my true purpose hidden.

But I was determined. I would rise through the ranks, earn their trust, and when the time was right, I would bring the Radiance to their knees. This was my solemn vow as I began my journey at Zodiac Academy, a journey fueled by sorrow and vengeance.

The night of the coronation ceremony at Zodiac Academy arrived with an air of anticipation that hung thick in the cool evening breeze. It was a grand affair, an event I had been looking forward to with a mix of excitement and determination. This was a night where I could make my presence known, start my ascent towards uncovering the truth about the Radiance.

The courtyard was adorned with countless twinkling lights that illuminated the dark sky, creating an almost magical ambiance. The twelve zodiac banners fluttered gracefully in the wind, a reminder of the prestigious houses that each student belonged to.

As I took my place among the crowd, I couldn't help but feel a pang of sadness, thinking of Perse. She should have been here tonight, standing proudly as the royal of our family. Instead, I was here, fueled by her memory and the desire to avenge her suffering.

The ceremony began with the traditional procession of the zodiac royalty, each member of the Radiance leading their respective house. Their regal attire and confident strides marked them as the elite of the academy. My eyes scanned the crowd, searching for familiar faces, for any hint of guilt or remorse on the Radiance members' expressions. But they wore their masks of superiority well.

As the music swelled, the grandeur of the event washed over me. The coronation itself was a spectacle. The outgoing royals relinquished their titles with grace, passing the symbolic crowns to their successors. Applause and cheers erupted from the assembled students, celebrating the new leaders of their houses.

The ceremony continued with feasting and dancing, I was introduced to my shimmer, brendline but my mind was elsewhere. Perse's memory would not be forgotten, and justice would prevail.

As I stepped onto the hallowed grounds of Zodiac Academy, my heart raced with a mix of emotions. The tour was about to begin, and I was determined to learn as much as I could about this place

The academy itself was a breathtaking sight. Towering spires and elegant archways welcomed us, a testament to centuries of tradition. The buildings were made of polished stone, and ivy crept up their walls, giving the entire campus an air of ancient wisdom. The courtyard bustled with students of all ages, their colorful uniforms representing their respective houses.

Our tour guide, a senior student with an air of confidence, led our group through the main courtyard, pointing out various landmarks along the way. As we walked, my eyes were drawn to the exquisite architecture and the intricate zodiac symbols carved into every possible surface.

The library, he explained, was the largest of its kind in the world, containing centuries of knowledge. My heart skipped a beat at the thought of what secrets it held, secrets that might help me defeat the radiance

Next, we ventured into the training grounds. Here, students practiced their abilities, honing their skills in elemental manipulation and combat. I watched in awe as fire, water, and earth danced at their command.

The tour continued through the various classrooms and dormitories. Each house had its own unique charm, reflecting the qualities of its zodiac sign. My eyes lingered on the house of the Radiance, its grandeur contrasting sharply with my mission to expose their darkness.

But what struck me most were the friendships and camaraderie among the students. It was evident that Zodiac Academy was not just a place of learning but also a home where lifelong bonds were formed. It was a stark contrast to my memories of Perse, who had suffered in silence.

As the tour concluded, I couldn't shake the feeling that this place held both the answers I sought and the challenges I would face. I had entered the lion's den, determined to rise above the shadows of the past, for Perse and for myself.

I made my way back to the dormitory, thoughts of Perse, fresh in my mind. I could still vividly remember those evenings when Perse would sit me down with a book, her voice gentle and soothing, weaving tales of far-off lands and fantastical adventures. Those were the moments of solace in our turbulent household, and they filled me with a sense of warmth and nostalgia.

Approaching the dorm, i noticed a young man standing by the entrance, his charm evident in his easy smile and confident demeanor. I felt a pang of shyness wash over me. I wasn't accustomed to such social interactions. noticing my hesitation, he approached with a friendly grin. "Hey there," he said, extending his hand. "I'm Hayden, scorpio royal of year2. You must be one of the new arrivals."

Hayden was like a character from one of the romantic novels my sister used to read . His charismatic smile and confident demeanor made my heart flutter, but i couldn't help feeling a hint of skepticism .timidly, I shook his hand. "Yes, I'm Denisha. Nice to meet you."

Haydens smile widened, and he gestured for me to follow him inside. It was a cozy, welcoming space, with sunlight streaming through the windows, casting warm patterns on the floor. The room was neatly divided into five sections, each assigned to a different student.

My heart raced as i saw my roommates-Brooke, Paris, Maylee, and Renee-engaged in conversation. They appeared to be friendly with one another.

I quietly greeted them, my voice barely above a whisper. "Hi, I'm Denisha. I'll be your new roommate." carefully arranging my belongings, i tried not to draw too much attention to myself

Observing my new companions, i noted that they all seemed to have an air of confidence. It made me feel even more self-conscious about my reserved nature.

As Hayden walked beside me,we engaged in easy conversation, making me feel more at ease with every word. He spoke of his own experiences at Zodiac Academy, sharing stories that painted the place as a world of endless possibilities and adventure.

I found myself drawn into his stories, feeling my skepticism wane just a bit. There was a genuine warmth in his eyes, a sincerity in his words that made me wonder if, perhaps, not everyone here was as ruthless as I had imagined.

Hayden helped me feel less like a stranger among them, even though I remained somewhat reserved. Despite the romantic spark i felt when he was near, i knew better than to let my guard down completely. The world was far more complicated than the stories i have read, and i had a mission to fulfill, one that required caution and determination.

settling into my space, i held my sister's diary close, my thoughts still lingering on Hayden. He was an intriguing puzzle, a mix of charm and mystery. In this new world of friendships and alliances, I couldn't ignore the chemistry between us. Yet, i also couldn't forget my purpose, the burning desire for justice that had brought me to Zodiac Academy. The journey was just beginning, and I am determined to see it through, no matter what.
