*I'm thinking about bringing a character back, I'm not gonna say what I'm gonna use them for but I wanna know who y'all wanna see back, Jeremy or Stefan?*

"This is madness," Klaus shakes his head after Asher finished explaining how Davina threw up dirt moments before the violent earthquake. "How can a 16-year-old girl shake the entire French quarter?"

"I've seen her rock the church, but I've never seen anything like this" Marcel says with deep concern. 

Claire sighs and looks to the upper level of the Abattoir towards the room where Penelope, Bonnie, Caroline, and Rebekah are keeping Davina company. Claire wanted to be up there with them but also wanted to hear what Asher and Marcel had to say about the situation.

"How did you control her when she was in the attic?" Klaus wondered.

"I didn't have to" Marcel shrugs. 

Claire thinks back to Kaleb and what he had said when he visited them. She didn't even want to think about the possibility of having to complete the Harvest but she couldn't help it. It was starting to make sense, unfortunately.

"She has too much power that she cannot control" Elijah says glancing at Claire, the two of them thinking similar thoughts. "That much we already knew" He mutters. Claire grabs his hand and wraps her arm around his. He gives her hand a comforting squeeze.

"I think we need to talk to Kaleb" Claire brings up. "See what he has to say about the situation"

"Kaleb?" Marcel asks.

"He's a witch in the French Quarter Coven" Henrik informed him. "He came by and talked about Davina. He's worried that if the Harvest isn't completed then the power will destroy Davina."

"No" Marcel said instantly. "I'm not letting you kill her" He growled which instantly made the room even more tense as Claire's mates growled in return.

"I don't want any harm to come to her" Claire says calmly. "All I'm suggesting is that we see what he has to say and go from there, alright?"

"I'll go find him" Kol volunteers. He kisses Claire's forehead as he passes her.

"I'll make sure he doesn't kill him" Elijah says standing up, re-buttoning his suit before following after his brother but not before giving Claire a similar farewell.

"And I'll make sure he doesn't lose his head" Henrik added before following his older brothers worried that Elijah would lose his temper with the man who dug up his ex-lovers bones. Henrik also figured that if Elijah did lose his temper that Kol wouldn't necessarily stop Elijah. Kol wouldn't let Elijah kill Kaleb and Henrik didn't think Elijah would even kill the witch but they needed him in one piece and unharmed, willing to cooperate.

"How many vampires does it take to bring a witch back alive?" Claire jokes. "Marcel, I know you don't trust us" Claire says walking closer to him. "And we don't necessarily trust you" She added under her breath. "But trust that I don't want Davina dead. She's just a teenage girl. She doesn't deserve all of this. The only thing she should be worried about is school and boys. Not rituals and psycho witches."

Marcel doesn't respond but gives her a small smile and nod glad that they could at least agree on that. Claire returns the smile before making her way up to Davina's room. It made her smile to hear Davina laughing at some story Bonnie and Caroline were telling her.

"Did you really stab a vampire with a pencil while you were pregnant?" Davina asks and Claire smiles slightly.

"He was a dick" Claire told her. Davina laughed a bit. "How're you feeling?"

"Scared" Davina answers honestly. Bonnie smiles at her sympathetically and grabs her hand in an attempt to comfort her.

"You're not alone" Bonnie assures her.

"Us girls have to stick together" Rebekah adds making Davina grin.

"How about we watch a movie?" Caroline suggests. "We'll have a girls day" She nudges Davina with a girly grin.

"I can't remember the last time I had a girls day... don't really have many girl friends" Davina admitted. Caroline's smile falters and she makes eye contact with her sister.

The Forbes twins weren't always on good terms with their friends in Mystic Falls but they always had each other. Neither of them were ever truly alone. They always had opportunities to have twin days and such.

Hearing Davina admit to not having many friends the two assumed that it's because her coven had tried to kill her which lead to the teenage witch to hide in an attic for a long time. It made the two even more thankful to have each other. They've faced many hard times but they faced them together.

Then Bonnie joined in on the look. There was a time when even Bonnie wasn't their friend. It was a hard time because before that moment they were all so close. Jamie was a blessing in more ways than one. It didn't only show Bonnie the true meaning of love but it showed her who her true friends really were. Bonnie wouldn't trade the twins for anything.

The three girls feel as if they've faced hell yet they're still standing and they're standing together, stronger than ever. And just like Claire predicted, they gained new friends, better friends such as Rebekah and Penelope and now Davina.

"Well, this is me inducting you in our girl group" Bonnie said winking at her. Davina looks at each of the girls who give her an equally friendly smile. Even Rebekah was smiling friendly with a hint of mischief.

"It's a lot of fun" Penelope tells Davina causing her to turn towards her. "If you get them drunk enough they'll let you drink" Penelope whispers her secret to Davina, who grins.

"I'll go get some movies" Caroline volunteered standing up. The twins leave the room. "I love you" Caroline said hugging her sister tightly. Claire smiles and hugs her back.

"I love you more, Care-bear" Caroline grins at the nickname. When the two part they begin to walk down the hall. "What did she say?" Claire asks Caroline about Davina.

"She doesn't know what's going on but she's... uncomfortable, in pain. We're just trying to take her mind off of things"

"Elijah, Kol and Henrik went to get Kaleb, hopefully he has some useful information"

"All three of them?" Caroline asks raising an eyebrow at her.

"Elijah went to make sure Kol didn't kill Kaleb and Henrik went to make sure Elijah didn't lose his temper"

"Why didn't Henrik just go?" Caroline asks. 

"I don't know why they do the things they do, all the matters is that Kaleb is coming" Claire shakes her head at the thought of her abnormal mates.

"You figure out how to help Davina, we'll keep her relaxed and happy" Caroline plans. Claire nods and the two of them split up. Claire makes her way back to the main floor grinning when she sees her mates have returned with Kaleb.

"Hello, Kaleb, thank you for coming" 

"Thanks for asking nicely" He says eyeing Elijah, Kol and Henrik uncertainly. Claire takes her spot in between Finn and Klaus.

"You have stolen the remains of the very person that Davina's been drawing for months" Elijah says not bothering to beat around the bushes. "Would you care to explain this startling coincidence?"

"I can't" Kaleb shakes his head. "I didn't even know who Celeste DeBois was until I-" Before he could finish another earthquake rattles the compound.

Claire grips Klaus's hand not because the sudden shaking startled her but because of her concern for the teenage witch. Finn reaches over and rests a hand on Claire's leg. Klaus kisses the side of her head wanting to help calm her down. 

"Was the Davina?"

"Charming little habit she's developed" Klaus says sarcastically. Claire squeezes his hand.

"And the earthquake I felt today?" Kaleb asks.

"Also Davina" Claire tells him. "And, she's taken to vomiting dirt"

"We have a huge problem" Kaleb says panicked. "I thought that we had more time, but we need to complete the Harvest now"

"Said the desperate witch, conveniently" Klaus rolls his eyes.

"I'm serious!" Kaleb snapped. "That earthquake you just felt is a preview of the disaster movie that is about to hit us"

"Why should we believe you?" Elijah wonders.

"You've met Davina, you know her story. For months no, she's been holding all the power of the three girls sacrificed in the Harvest ritual. A force that was meant to flow through her and back into the Earth. One person was never meant to hold that much power. It's tearing her apart, and it will take us down with it"

Claire holds Kaleb's gaze for a few moments before looking away. Claire knew what it was like to have so much power but while their situations were similar they were also so different. Davina's power is pure, there's just too much of it and it's hurting her. 

Claire, on the other hand, felt as if she had tainted magic. Although, Hanna constantly told her that magic is neither good nor bad just how you use it. But Hanna didn't feel the power running through her veins when Claire siphoned.

It's one of the reasons Claire is hesitant to become a vampire. Being a vampire, she'd have access to magic all the time, she'd never run out of a source. It scared her because the more magic Claire had the harder it was for her to control.

It's not as simple as learning control. It's not exactly easy to explain. Claire is a strong witch and she knows the spells. In a way, she feels as if the magic uses her instead of her using the magic. She feels less in control of her moral compass which is extremely dangerous.

"She'll cycle through four stages" Kaleb explained bringing Claire from her thoughts.

"You alright, sweetheart?" Klaus asks moving Claire's head up to look at him.

"I'm fine" She smiles at him. Klaus searches her eyes for the truth. "It's not me we need to be worrying about"

"You will always be my first concern" He whispers kissing her forehead. "Until our baby girl is born" He adds successfully bringing a smile to her face. Once she's relaxed she nods for Kaleb to continue.

"It represents the four elements that bound together for the Harvest." Kaleb shifts in his seat hoping, praying they would not only listen but believe him. "Earth is first" He tells them and they all think about how Davina vomited dirt. "Then comes wind. It'll be stronger, more intense than Earth. After that will be water which will be even stronger. It'll start with rain but I fear she'll flood the whole city"

"And then fire" Claire whispers. Kaleb nods grimly.

"It's the last and most dangerous stage."

"This is all happening because Davina has too much magic, right?" Claire asks sitting up straighter. Kaleb frowns his eyebrows but slowly nods. "What if I siphon from her?"

"Absolutely not" Klaus says instantly. 

"Angel, her magic is far too unstable for you to siphon from" Kol said shaking his head.

"We all want to help but we're not risking your safety for hers" Elijah adds.

"I don't think these side effects would transfer to her if she did" Kaleb told them. "All that would be happening is taking some magic off of Davina's shoulders, it would give us time but it's only pushing off the inevitable"

"It's not gonna happen" Kol snapped growling at him.

"She's not the only siphoner we have" Henrik spoke up.

"It might give us some time" Kaleb shrugs. "Eventually we will have to complete the Harvest"

"I doubt Penelope would let Kai anywhere near Davina" Henrik said. "They just found each other, she won't let him risk it"

"We can ask Archie" Claire said. "See how he feels about it, if he thinks it's too risky then we try something else"

"I'll get him" Asher said walking out of the room.

"I'm going to go talk to Davina" Claire sighs heavily. Finn stands and helps Claire off the couch, she knew she could do it on her own but thankful he continued to hold her hand and walk her towards Davina's room. "If Archie agrees, send him in"

"We will" Finn promises. He kisses her forehead before she enters the room. She notices the girls trying to keep Davina's spirit up but it didn't seem to be working that well. The teenage witch looked to be in a lot of pain and discomfort.

"The Proposal? One of my favorites" Claire announces her presence. Davina gives her a small smile. Claire gives Caroline a look and she pauses the movie. Claire sits beside Davina. "We might have a way to help ease the pain"

"What?" Davina asks sitting up more.

"We're gonna ask Archie to siphon some of your magic" 

"Would that harm him?" Penelope asks concerned.

"We don't know for sure but Kaleb doesn't believe so" Claire tells her. "It'll give us more time to come up with a solution to help you" Davina gives her a smile but it falters when Claire doesn't smile back.

"What is it?" Davina asks softly.

"They want to complete the Harvest" Claire whispers softly. Davina's eyes instantly widen.

"What? No!" Davina shakes her head frantically. 

"Kaleb says you'll be resurrected" Claire tries to reassure her.

"He's lying! He'll say anything to get what he wants!" Davina cries. Claire tries to stop the tears from coming to her own eyes.

"Come here" Claire whispers pulling Davina into a tight, motherly hug. Davina clings to her and cries into her chest. "I promise you, Davina Claire, no matter what happens, you will live"

"How can you promise that?" Davina whimpers sniffling.

"I have experience with bringing people back from the dead" Claire whispers with a sad smile. She pulls away from Davina and caresses her face. "Trust me" Claire pleads. "You just got inducted into the girls club, once you're in you're in for eternity"

"Yeah, we're not gonna let you go anytime soon" Bonnie speaks up. Davina smiles at her tearfully.

"You're one of us now, love" Rebekah tells her. "Remember what I said earlier? Us girls have to stick together"

"The most important thing to do is to stay calm, alright?" Claire asks regaining Davina's attention. "The more upset you become, the faster everything is going to happen. Just stay relaxed"

"I trust you" Davina whispers. Claire smiles and pulls her into another hug. A moment later there's a knock at the door and Archie walks in.

"Someone order a stripper?" Archie asks wiggling his eyebrows. Penelope gags but Davina laughs. "No? Good, I'm a little rusty, haven't been laid in months"

"Oh, believe me, I know" Rebekah groans rolling her eyes. She had considered compelling someone to sleep with him so her and Asher could have a moment of peace but also didn't want to force someone to spend a night with him and his cringy comments.

"May I have you hand, Madam?" Archie asks grinning as he sits in Claire's spot. Claire moves towards the door where Kaleb is standing looking extremely anxious while eyeing her half-brother.

Davina hesitates but places her hand in Archie's. He gently siphons from her. He tries to take as much as he can but within the first few seconds he feels as if he's completely fool.

"Wow, that's a lot of magic" Archie whispers.

"Don't take too much" Kaleb speaks up. Archie glances at him and smiles slightly.

"I'm alright" Archie reassures before looking at Davina. "Feel any better?"

"A little" She tells him. 

"I'll come back a little later, see if I can't take anymore, alright?" Archie asks softly feeling extremely sympathetic towards her. Davina nods as Archie stands up. "Well, I'm not vomiting so that's a plus" He smirks as he slides out of the room, Kaleb following right after him.

"Just trust us, alright?" Claire smiles at Davina who nods.

"Let's get back to Ryan Reynolds" Caroline declares.

This chapter was hard for me to write, I was starting to get emotional because I love Davina and her friendship with the girls and it's just getting started. 

The next chapter is gonna be killer, lol*
