Kays POV

...a puppy! And Ash Costello but a puppy! And it's a border collie. My favourite! Vic comes out and smiles at me. I vaguely hear someone talking but I'm too wrapped up in hugging and playing with the puppy. "Do you like her?" Vic asks. "I fucking love her!" I exclaim. "Do you want to name her?" I'm asked. "Ummm how about....Rebel?" Yes I love that name.

"Hello Rebel" a certain red and black haired hot ass Goddess says to my dog. That's when I remember that Ashley Fucking Costello is right next to me. "Hi" I squeak. "Hi" she smiles at me, her bright, gorgeous, sexy smile. Her eyes! Oh my God I'm so lost in her eyes. "I'm Ashley but you can call me Ash" she says. "Kay but you can call me Leigh." Ash stands up and walks over to a tree. Rebel follows and starts chasing her.

I stand up slowly and watch the cuteness that is my crush and my dog chase each other. Ocassionaly my brain will be like aww that's cute and will then go holy fucking shit Ash Costello is chasing my dog!!! It is during one of these moments that the sky darkenes and it begins to rain. Thunder rumbles across the sky and dark shadowy figures appear. They point and laugh and dance around me. I curl in on myself to try and protect myself from them. They whisper to me sick diseased worthless. I believe them.

Arms wrap around me and carry me inside. When my feet hit the ground again I curl into a ball on the floor.
"Ash the door! Close it! They're trying to get in!" I yell. She sees my panic and closes the door hurridly. "What's going on? What happened?" Kellin runs into the room. I point at the door, shaking. "The..they ca..came.. b..bac..back. They're out...si..de. They want to hurt me." I whisper, trembling and crying. Ash joins me on the floor and pulls me into a hug.

Kellin walks over to a cupboard and pulls out a couple of boxes. "Please take these sweetie. They will make them go away." He tells me. He hands me my pills and a glass if water. Slowly I swallow them along with the water. "Leigh's schizophrenic. She didn't want to take her meds today." He crouches next to me and I meet his eyes.

"I thought they had gone." I say "I thought she made them dissapear." The rain beats down hard on the window making it sound like fists hammering to be let in. There's another low rumble and a flash of lighting. Ash is right next to me and I curl up next to her. She puts her arms round me in a protective blanket.

I don't know how long we sit there for but eventually my legs go numb so with the help of Ash, we both stumble over to the sofa. Unfortunately on the way I trip of Rebel. I yelp and push Ash backwards onto the sofa. I land on top of her but I can't move. Shocked and embarassed I lay sprawled across her. Our eyes meet and she starts to lean in. Our lips touch and she presses hers closer to mine. Her lips are warm and soft and I feel all fuzzy inside. Completely different from my kiss with Andy. Ash breaks the kiss and just looks at me. Then she tickles me. We end up in a massive tickle fight which results in us on the floor gasping for air between laughs.

Someone clears their throat and standing in the doorway is Vic. "Get a room guys" he jokes. I blush and scramble off the floor and onto the sofa. Ash sits next to me and Vic sits in the armchair next to it. He turns on the tv and a random channel with a comdey show turns on. Leaning back I wish I could just melt into the sofa as all the unasked and unanswered questions hang in the air.

A short while into the programme Kellin comes in and sits with Vic. "Hey what's actually happening in this?" Kellin asks. "God knows Kells." Vic laughs. We all giggle and Ash opens her arms, signaling for me to come closer to her. I scooch closer and she envelops me in a hug. I turn my face towards her and she leans down to press a soft, gentle kiss to my lips.

I avoid all eye contact with Vic and Kellin and just snuggle next to Ash. Her hug is so warm and comfy that eventually I just fall asleep. I forget about everything with my sister and the storm and with Andy and I just drift off into a peaceful sleep.
