*Kendrick Pov*

I woke up abruptly feeling something wrong. But looked around to see nothing is there except darkness in the library.

I heard a knock on my door and said "Come in!"

When the doors opened I saw Bess entering the room with frown on her face. I rubbed my eyes and sat properly on my chair.

"You need to take care of yourself Kendrick. You can't ignore your health." She said concernedly.

"Thanks for your concern Bess. Is there anything you want to say?" I asked her looking at her.

"No! I just thought of making you realize that by this behavior nothing will happen new. Our Kingdom needs your support." She replied smiling sadly at me.

I nodded not feeling to say anything to her. I glanced at the papers infront of me and decided to work more.

"Are you listening Kendrick? You need to take care or atleast get someone who will take care of you." She said making me immediately look at her.

"I know I need to take care of myself." I said and she smiled at me.

"So shall I bring your food?" She asked smiling.

"Leave the room right now." I replied instead.

"What?" She asked me shocked.

"I said leave the room." I barked at her and she immediately left the room.

I ran my fingers through my hair hoping everything becomes normal. I can't continue with this and I don't have strength anymore.

I rubbed my forehead feeling very bad about something, what I don't know. But I am feeling it.

"Kendrick! About the guards...." He started saying.

I cut him off uttering "Take care of those outside matters yourself Uncle. But no war on the Kingdom of Velimar without my orders."

I said with power and he nodded with fierce look. He left the room closing the door from where he entered few seconds back.

How much more time will it take to get back normal?

*Juan Pov*

I finally reached the Kingdom of Hulind by the evening. All the guards nodded at me when I passed them.

When I entered the Kingdom I saw that Connor coming towards the gate. He looked at me confused.

"I need to meet Ken.. Price Kendrick immediately." I said mounting down from the horse.

"For what purpose?" He asked with blank look.

"It is personal!" I replied and started walking towards the palace.

"He is busy! He ordered me to take care of every outside matter." His words made me turn around towards him.

"This is not an outside matter. This is regarding his personal life." Saying that I again continued my way towards the palace.

"Where did you get these wounds from?" He asked making me groan.

I am already getting late and he is making it even more difficult. I could ignore his words and continue my walk but that would be disrespect to the Prince's Uncle.

"From some guards." I replied.

"Which guards?" He asked again.

"Some Kingdom guards." I replied looking at me.

"You were staying in Velimar Kingdom, Isn't it? So they did this to you then. Now will there be a war if the matter you wish to say to him is known by him?" He asked looking at me raising an eyebrow.

"War? Is he planning a war on them? Oh no! I need to stop him." Uttering whatever came to my mind I rushed towards the palace.

Before I could reach the Palace door, someone placed something on my mouth and held my hands behind me.

I turned around to see two guards hold me and the Connor standing there with smug look on his face.

With full force I pushed away the cloth and shouted "What is happening?"

"Planning a war." That's all was said by him before I was dragged towards the Prison.

They threw me in one cell and locked it. These were the people with whom I fought along with and now they all locking me up.

"Why are you doing this?" I shouted at Connor.

"We all want a war but you don't. That is the only reason." He replied and asked all the guards to leave.

"And I don't want Kendrick to know what you wished to tell him." He added before leaving me alone here.

I just escaped from a prison and fell into another one. How it did even happened?

Why was my guard down? I should have been more careful. Now how will I help Melody?

I need to let Kendrick know about Melody and this as soon as I can. I thought and started looking around to find some guard who maybe my friend.

"Friend! Please send this message to our Prince. He needs to know about this." I said looking at a guard who entered and thank heavens he is my friend.

"Sorry Juan! Our Prince is now emotional wreck and he will not understand our war thirst against that Velimar. After knowing that the war will never happen because of your message, we will not help you." Saying that he left the prison completely.

Emotional wreck? War thirst? What is happening in this Kingdom?

I don't care if they even kill me but before that I need to do something to make Kendrick know about the danger which must be lingering on Melody if those people have found her.

Oh God! All I need is a miracle....
