Quartz woke up with a jolt. What happened? Was that just a dream? She looked around her. She was in a mossy nest, inside a camp. "Hey look, Quartzkit is awake!" Quartz....kit? What kind of name is that? Quartz tried to stand up, but fell back into the fluffy moss. Wait- are they talking about me?! Quartzkit felt confused. But my name is Quartz! Not Quartzkit! And why am i so weak right now? What even happened? "Calm down Quartzkit, dont squirm around like that! Just try to sleep for a bit- ok?" Quartz looked up at the she-cat who was talking. I wonder who you are, and why you think you can tell me what to do! The she-cat sighed. "Just curl up and sleep- your brother is listening, why can't you?" Quartzkit looked over at the small grey ball of fur that was curled up in the moss. My... brother? I don't understand! Where's my sisters, Onyx and Graphite? And where is Sky? Quartzkit began to realise something. Oh, was i... reincarnated? Thats why everything is so confusing! I know one thing, i have to find where i used to live! I have to find the sunrays! The she-cat, who Quartzkit supposed was her mother, was already sleeping. As soon as the moon rises, i have to go! As soon as she thought that, a wave of tiredness engulfed her. But... i guess... i can.... sleep first... As Quartzkit slept, a shimmering cat appeared. "I am sorry kit, but you must not remember anything about breezeclan, driftclan or the sunrays." The cat flicked her tail over the kit's head, and dissapeared again.
