The count started walking back to where Ai and Ranmaru were with Reiji beside him. He walked in as Ai looked at him and blinked. The bluenette saw the blond covered in dirt which was very surprising.

"Camus, what ha--"

Camus cut him off by giving Shouta back to Ai and grumbled a bit. "I rather not talk about it."

With that, Camus left to clean up in his room while Reiji let out a nervous laugh and Ranmaru snickered silently at the background. Ai rose an eyebrow and looked down at Shouta. The corgi was looking at Ai happily and was attempting to lick his face already. Ai quickly gave him to Ranmaru, not wanting to have dog slobber over his face again.

"When you're done feeding him, bring him back here and I'll give him a bath." Ai said as he returned to his laptop and started typing again. "The dog food is in the cupboard if you're wondering where it is."

Ranmaru shrugged and just stood up with Shouta in his arms. He started walking off without saying anything. Although, Reiji gave a soft pat on the shoulder and smiled at him. "Good luck, RanRan~!"

The rocker simply ignored him and went to the kitchen.

Once he got to the kitchen, Ranmaru placed Shouta down on the floor and went towards the cupboard where the said dog food were placed like what Ai said a while ago.

Shouta watched him for a second but then started looking around and eventually explored the whole kitchen.

Ranmaru got the dog food from the cupboard and started putting it in the dog bowl. He turned around and blinked.

An imaginary blinking outline of Shouta was presented on where he just left him. He grumbled a bit and placed the bowl on the floor then started looking for him.

"Now where did that little fella go..." Ranmaru mumbled as he looked down under the table.

"Arf!"

Ranmaru looked up and turned his head to the sound of the bark. His eyes landed on the opened door of the closet. He furrowed his eyebrows a bit as he strode over to it and swung open the door.

"There you are." Ranmaru said as he took a step forward but noticed something then paused for a moment.

Shouta was wagging his butt while looking up to something. That something was a bag of doggie treats on the shelf. The rocker then noticed another thing which was the state of the shelf.

It was completely not safe and could collapse any time with the amount of things on it.

Shouta's muscles tensed.

Ranmaru's eyes widened and instantly knew what the puppy was going to do. "SHOUTA! DON'T--"

Too late.

Shouta jumped to it and got it by the mouth but it slipped and started falling.

"OH SH--" Ranmaru panicked as he dived to catch him. "GOTCHA!!"

The sounds of creaking rang through his ears as his consciousness was giving him warning bells. He looked up then his eye twitched.

"You've got to be kidding me..."

CRASH!

"Augh..." Ranmaru grunted as he sat up from the pile of kitchen items that were mostly pans and pots. Shouta barked from inside one of the pots that was on top of him. The rocker removed the pot and looked down at the corgi.

"No wonder Reiji and Camus came out with you all messed up..." He said. "You're one hyper dog."

Shouta barked happily at him and wagged his small tail. Ranmaru sighed as he stood up. "Food's there so go on and eat while I clean this up."

Eventually, Shouta understood what he said and went to where the dog bowl was while Ranmaru proceed to clean up.

When Ranmaru came back with Shouta, Ai rose an eyebrow at his state.

"Why are you covered in dust?" He asked as he tilted his head to the side. Ranmaru remained silent and set Shouta on Ai's lap.

"Find out for yourself." Ranmaru replied as he turned around and started walking back to clean himself up.

Ai blinked and looked at Shouta for how many times he did for today. Shouta, in return, looked at him very happily. The bluenette averted his gaze to the side and said, "Bath time."

Ai stood up with Shouta in his arms as he walked out of the room and went to his room where the bathroom was.

When he got there, Ai closed the door and set Shouta down on the carpet.

"Stay." He turned around and turned on the tap then he waited for the tub to be filled with water. Shouta watched him then looked around the new area he was in.

Ai turned off the tap when the tub was filled. He turned around and paused for a moment then stared.

Shouta was gone.

Ai furrowed his eyebrows and looked around. "Where is he?" He thought as he opened a lower cabinet and found nothing. "How troublesome..."

He looked at the laundry basket and checked it. Suddenly, Shouta popped out of it and licked him on the face. The spot where he licked him was conveniently on the lips.

Ai jerked back as he wiped his lips in disgust. He looked at Shouta, a bit annoyed. He picked him out of the basket.

"Alright. Now, it's really bath time." He said as he put Shouta in the water slowly and started taking him for a bath.

Being the full energetic puppy he was, Shouta jumped out and eventually got Ai wet a little.

"Shouta!"

Shouta barked and went towards Ai's leg. Ai was standing at that time and lost his balance when Shouta went in between his ankles and fell into the tub.

SPLASH!

Ai twitched as he submerged from the water. Shouta jumped back in and went to Ai, snuggling against him. The bluenette sighed and patted his head. "Looks like I have to take a bath as well..."

That night, Quartet Night were slumping on the couch looking very exhausted. Reiji had his hat covering his face and wasn't much being talkative than usual. Ranmaru's spiky hair was down and looking very soft. Camus had an exhausted look on his face while looking up the ceiling. Ai's hair was completely down with a towel above his head while his chin was resting on his palm and his elbow resting on his knee.

"W-Well, at least, he's asleep now~" Reiji said as he peeked from his hat.

Shouta was sleeping peacefully on the doggie bed, completely worn out from the day's events.

"Why did we ever agree to this again?" Ranmaru groaned as he ran a hand through his hair. "I was too tired to even fix my hair..."

"Shining's orders." Camus and Ai replied at the same time with a straight face.

The door opened and revealing Fuyumi. They looked at her and sat up straight.

"I'm home..." Fuyumi said as she yawned and dropped her bag on the table then went to the other couch and plopped down. "That meeting was tiring..."

"You could say that again." They mumbled which Fuyumi didn't actually heard since she was too tired to even listen right now.

"Arf!" Shouta barked when he woke up and he went to Fuyumi's side. Fuyumi looked at him and smiled.

"Hey, there~ Did you enjoyed your day with them?" She asked as she picked him up and set him on her lap. The boys twitched a bit because they actually didn't much enjoyed it.

Shouta happily barked in reply as she snuggled against her. Fuyumi cooed at his cuteness while Ai was watching with a small frown. The others noticed his frown and found it a bit amusing at his jealousy.

"Aww~ You're so cute~" Fuyumi laughed as she hugged him. Shouta licked her cheek while she giggled.

Ai puffed his cheeks as he watched them so he stood up and started walking away. Fuyumi blinked at his actions and looked at the others.

"What's wrong with him?" She asked. They shrugged in reply but in the inside, they knew it.

Fuyumi was worried about him so she stood up and followed him. Shouta followed from behind without her knowing.

The composer knocked on his door silently.

"Ai?"

No response.

"Ai. I'm coming in." Fuyumi said as she turned the knob and slowly opened the door. The lights were off with the moon shining through the window. Ai was sitting on his office chair while facing his computer.

"Ai?"

Ai ignored her and continued typing on whatever he was typing that was necessary for him to do. Fuyumi furrowed her eyebrows and approached him then tapped his shoulder. "Oi, Ai."

Ai looked at her with a bit of annoyance on his face. "What?"

"What's wrong with you? Why are you so upset?" She asked as she rose an eyebrow at him.

"It's nothing." Ai looked away from her.

Fuyumi frowned at this and was about to ask again until she felt something something soft rubbing against her ankle. She looked down and saw Shouta looking up to her.

"What are you doing here?" She said as she picked her up. Shouta wagged his tail at her. Fuyumi smiled at him and she carried him in her arms.

Fuyumi looked at Ai again and blinked. Ai was puffing out one of his cheeks as he stared at them.

The rookie blinked and smirked at him teasingly. "Oh~ Is Ai-chan jealous~?" She teased him as she laughed.

Ai blushed as he looked away. "N-No, I'm not!" He denied it but Fuyumi scooted to his side and sat on the half of the office chair.

"Aww~ You are! That's cute"

Ai blushed again as he looked at her. "I told you I'm no--"

Fuyumi kissed him on the cheek that made his stop at mid-sentence. Ai stared at her, froze when she did that. Ai's lips twitch into a smile as he kissed her forehead then her cheek.

"You know since we're taking care of him." Fuyumi said as he patted Shouta's head. "You wanna be the daddy? Since he likes you a lot."

"Then you'll be the mommy since he's so attached to you." Ai replied with a teasing smirk of his own. Fuyumi pouted at her failed attempt to make him flustered.

"But, you're so cute when you get jealous, Ai-senpai~"

"I told you to call me without the honorifics."

Shouta barked and looked at Ai with his tongue out. Fuyumi grinned mischievously and lifted Shouta to Ai's eye level.

"Looks like Shouta wants to give you a kiss as well~!" Fuyumi exclaimed.

Ai quickly stood up. "Oh no."

"Come on~ Shouta just loves you so much, Ai-senpai!" Fuyumi stood up and started going for Ai.

"Fuyumi!"

"Haha!"

"Arf!"
