Sky's POV:
When I woke up I was back in the infirmary. I looked around for Zayn but I couldn't see him anywhere.

"Zayn?"

His scent was still strong so he couldn't have left too long ago. I heard something loud go off and I quickly covered my ears not before a yelp escaped my lips.

"Sky?!"

At once Zayn was by my side checking to see if I was okay. The sound was soon turned off and I uncovered my ears.

"I'm okay, I'm sorry. It was just really loud, I think my ears are just sensitive. Are you okay? When did we come in? You weren't here when I woke up and then that sound went off, what is it?"

I watched as relief washed over him and a smile slipped onto his face.

"We came back inside about an hour ago, you fell asleep and I needed to talk to my dad so I brought you inside. I was making you lunch Babe, and the sound is just an alarm to remind me you need to take your second lot of tablets."

He pecked my lips before moving the table so it was over the bed. He placed the plates down and jumped into bed.

"I made your favourite chicken, bacon, melted cheese and lettuce sandwiches with apple segments, pineapple chunks and blueberries. I'll just get your tablets and then we can eat okay."

I nodded before I tried to sit myself up but I just failed.

"Here Babe. We'll take it slow okay. Hold onto my arm and I'll help you push up okay."

I hate how I can't do the simple things like sitting up but I'm glad he's giving me some help but he still allows me to do most of it on my own. I don't want to feel like a burden.

"You'll never be a burden to me Babe. Now let's eat."

He smiled down at me and I pecked his lips before we both started eating. I really need to block him out if he's just going to read my thoughts.

I heard him grumble but he covered it up by coughing.

"Maybe tomorrow if the weather is nice we can go outside again Babe. We can take a picnic and invite the guys to come with us. We could invite your uncle too."

I smiled at the idea but he missed someone out.

"Your dad too Zayn. He found out that the woman he thought was his mate isn't his mate, who also cheated on him, killed his friends, threatened two pack member, threatened to harm his son and who has conspired with hunters to kill pack members. He's alone, no one should be alone. Plus he is technically my father-in-law."

He smiled down at me and kissed my forehead.

***Next Day***

The next day true to his word we all went outside to the lake. I love the lake, my Uncle used to take me everyday when I was little because it's the one place I feel close to my Papà and my Mamma.

We had all just finished eating and my head was on Zayn's lap as we watched the others sunbathe, play football and swim in the lake.

A part of me wanted to go and play with the others or swim but I knew my body wasn't ready for that and I was quite comfortable being in my mate's arms.

"Thank you for this Tesoro."

Zayn looked down at me smiling before he lent down and kissed my lips. I kissed him back smiling, I love this.

"No Babe, thank you."

I closed my eyes soaking in the moment before going back to watching the others. Ashton and Ryder where sunbathing, Gabriel, Charlie, Diego and Makayla were swimming, Benedict, Maxim, Jerome and Link were playing football and Zander and my Uncle were sitting by the water talking.

These people are not just friends but family. Each and everyone of them.

Ashton, Ryder, Diego, Gabriel, Charlie, Link, Benedict, Maxim and Jerome are like my brothers, Makayla is like my sister, then my uncle, Zander my soon to be father-in-law and Zayn, my mate.

I smiled when Charlie came over to us dripping wet.

He's technically the baby of the group so we are all over protective of him especially because he's an Omega.

"Hey Charlie."

He wrapped himself in his towel before sitting down on the blanket next to me and Zayn.

"Can..can I ask you guys something?"

I looked up at Zayn before looking back at Charlie who was now playing around with the bottom of the towel.

"Do..do you think there is something wrong with Gab. He..he seems forgetful recently and he..he keeps complaining about having headaches and feeling tired and sick. I..I think he should see Amy but..you know how he is, he doesn't like to admit when he needs help and stuff."

I looked at Zayn, I have notice how Gabriel seems to be forgetting things, like Zayn has to remind him about patrols and when ever I see him he usually rubs his head.

"We've noticed Charlie, don't worry. Sky and I will talk to him when he comes over to dry off."

I squeezed Charlie's hand as he looked at us with a sad smile.

We all turned to see Gabriel coming out of the water. He was rubbing his head as he walked over but he quickly tried to cover it up by wiping water out of his face.

He picked up his towel and wiped his face before smiling down at Charlie and kissing his forehead.

"Hey Pups. Hey guys."

Gabriel wrapped the towel around himself before sitting down beside Charlie; he wrapped his arm around Charlie pulling him close before kissing his head. I looked up at Zayn and he nodded his head for me to take the lead on this.

"Gabriel?"

Before Gabriel turned to look at me the ball came flying toward us and it would have hit Charlie if Gabriel didn't catch it. He stood up and took a few steps before he threw it back towards Benedict.

"Watch it Ben! You nearly hit Charlie!"

Charlie reached out for Gabriel's hand and Gabriel took a few deep breaths to calm down. Gabriel went to walk back and sit down but instead he just..he just collapse.

"Gab!?"
