Sky's POV:
I've been staying in the infirmary for a few weeks now with the twins and I can't help but feel lonely. Zayn's not here all the time and I know he's busy with pack work but I miss him whenever he's here he's always tired and then I feel bad for making him come and see us.

I love him so much but I can't help but feel that Draxel, Dante and I are below pack work on his list of priorities.

"Hey Sky, hello little ones and how are you two?"

Everyone has been great, they've always come in to check on me and the pups especially Zander, Leela, Kai and Uncle Sil. I swear if I were to ask either or all of them to babysit they'd be here in a second pushing me out the door.

"Hey Kai. Hey Uncle Sil, they're okay they've just been fed. Draxel's been very talkative even through I have no idea what he's saying and Dante; he's quiet but that's not unusual for him I asked Amy about it and she said it's probably a sign that he'll have communication development delay or something like that I don't really know I was kind of tired when she explained it all to me but she wrote it down over there."

I let out a small yawn before pointing to the notepad by the bed which has all of Dante's notes, including some of Draxel's.

"Well at least that's a step forward Skylous and I'm glad Draxel is keeping you both entertained with his babbling but how are you feeling you seem tired, are you getting enough sleep?"

I don't want to tell him the truth but I don't want to lie either.

"I am a little tired, Draxel started crying earlier because Dante needed his inhaler and I panicked so it was a bit of a nightmare but other than that I'm okay. I miss Zayn but I'm fine, I'm worried about Dante because when it's just the three of us and I'm tired I'm afraid to go to sleep just in case he can't breath but I'm fine."

Usually someone is always with me but this morning Zayn wasn't here he left early and I panicked but it wasn't Zayn's fault.

"Talking about Zayn he said he got something for you upstairs. Kai will get the twins for you and I'll carry you but you have to close your eyes. Goddess knows why."

I couldn't help but laugh when he rolled his eyes before he picked my up. I smiled at Kai as he picked the twins up and follow my uncle.

I sighed and closed my eyes I can't imagine what it is Zayn wants to show me, he's been doing pack work I doubt he's had the time between work, sleeping and seeing us for a couple of hours.

I felt as my uncle passed me over to someone else and I was immediately hit with the sparks that made my heart skip a beat.

"You can open your eyes Babe."

I slowly opened my eyes and I couldn't help the smile that slipped onto my face. The room is beautiful with all five walls decorated, the twins cots were lent up against one wall with some draws in the middle, they're toys were scattered around the room on shelves or in boxes, against the other wall was a tent with two carry cots with the wardrobe and the matching draws next to it. The third wall had they're changer and box of supplies, the forth wall had a balcony with a hanging swing on it and a rocking chair inside facing the window. The last wall with the windows had a play mate and some more toys and in the centre of the room was a mat. The walls with the balcony and the tent had been decorated with a painting of the woods with wolves either running or howling towards the moon and stars. The other walls had photos of the twins, us and our family along with some quotes and canvas of wolves, rain drops and one canvas said Little Man Cave it was just beautiful.

"It's so beautiful Zayn, but...but when did you find the time to do this?"

I felt Zayn wrap his arms around me as he chuckled before kissing the back of my head.

"Well whenever I said I was doing pack work most of the time I was up here working on the nursery, I wanted it to be a surprise. I know you've been struggling with the twins and I'm so sorry I wasn't there but I just, I wanted to make you happy and I know you've been counting the day until you can leave the infirmary and although the pups will be with us for a few months I just wanted you to know you have a space to come into and be with the pups. I put up some of your pictures and some of my paintings and I thought when we put them in here to sleep they can have their wolves with their heart beats in."

I span round in his arms and kissed his lips, I can't believe he did all this for me and the twins.

"It truly is amazing, thank you so much Zayn. I can't believe you did all this for us, I love it and I love you. I don't want you to feel bad okay because this is beautiful and when the pups are a bit older they'll love it too because they love their Papà so much."

I rested my head against his before pecking his lips.

"Well now this is done I can spend more time with all of you, my dad said he'll cover the work for me so I can be with the three of you all day and night. Come on sleepy head let's get you into bed I'll keep an eye on the boys."

In one swift move he picked my back up and carried me back down to the infirmary and although I hate being here having Zayn, Draxel and Dante makes it seem just that little bit better.
