Sky's POV:
It's been about two months since I left the infirmary and today is Zayn's birthday. Zayn was asleep with the Pups whilst I was finishing off the room for his surprise party.

He seems to like throwing me surprises so I thought I'd throw a surprise for him. I quickly left Zander and the others to finish off the room whilst I ran back upstairs to get the twins ready. I carefully carried the two of them to their room to get them changed just in case Zayn woke up I don't want him spoiling the surprise.

I got them two matching t-shirts, both saying Happy Birthday Papà in golden letters but Draxel's t-shirt was dark blue and Dante's t-shirt was light blue.

The twins will be four months a month today, they're growing up so fast and although I want them to stay small forever I can't wait until they can walk and talk. I'm so excited for their first shift, to see if Dante's wolf is like Draken or if Draxel's wolf is like Axel.

I smiled down at them before I quickly picked them both up and headed back to mine and Zayn's room.

I smiled when I saw Zayn was still asleep with his head in his pillow and his arms wrapped around my pillow as if it was me. He looked so cute that I didn't want to wake him but everyone was waiting for us.

"Babe, come back to bed please."

I really want to get back into bed with him but what about his party; I'm so damn conflicted!

'Get back into bed with mate for a few minutes tell everyone you'll be down later they won't mind after all we haven't had time to just lie with mate please Sky I miss being in mate's arms.'

Okay Draken on your head be it.

'Hey Uncle Sil, we may be a bit late coming down Zayn's still asleep and I'm a bit tired, we'll be down in half an hour, an hour tops.'

I placed the twins down in their cot next to our bed before climbing into bed with Zayn. I rested my head in the coup of his neck as his arms wrapped around me and I slowly allowed sleep to take over.

I slowly opened my eyes to see Zayn rocking Dante with a smile on his face. I smiled back and climbed out of bed to pick up Draxel.

I kissed his lips before resting my head against his.

"Buon Compleanno Tesoro, ti amo tanto. I have a surprise with for you but you have to close your eyes, come on."

I took his hand and led him downstairs making sure to take it slow as we both had one of the twins in our arms. My smile grew the closer we got to Zayn's party.

'Hey we're almost at the door but just be careful Zayn's holding Dante.'

I quickly let go of Zayn's hand before pushing the door open. I moved out the way and smiled at everyone before turning back to Zayn.

"You can open Tesoro."

I whispered as I kissed his lips and he smiled down at me before he slowly opened his eyes. His smile grew as he looked around the room, he smiled at everyone before turning towards me.

"Have I ever told you how much I love you Skylous Silva. This is amazing Babe, thank you so much. Thank you everyone this is the second best birthday ever."

I stared at him in confusion the second, but what was his first. As if he sensed my confusion he just smiled.

"The best birthday was when I turned sixteen and Axel kept going on and on about you and Draken. That was the day I realised that you were my mate and it was the best present even if I never told you, it was stupid of me to never tell you until well twelve months ago. But look how far we've come Babe, I have a true family, pups that I love and a mate that I adore your the love of my life Skylous Silva. I knew you'd have something planned so Axel and I decided that we'd have a trick up our sleeve. Axel wants to wait but I have a compromise so love of my life; Skylous Riccardo Silva will you make me the happiest idiot alive and marry me?"

With in seconds Zayn was down on one knee with a ring in one hand and Dante in the other looking up at me with a small smile on his face.

"You know sometimes I really dislike your spontaneous nature but I love you so much Zayn Valentino D'Angelo and you should know by now that I'd always be by your side. I'd love more than anything to marry you; ti amo Tesoro."

He stood up and kissed my lips with so much passion and love so without hesitation I kissed him back with equal passion and love.

Zayn broke our kiss and rested his head against mine before he slide the ring on my finger. It truly is beautiful I swear he's been planning this longer then I've been planning his birthday party.

"I had it engraved, our names on the outside, Axel's and Draken's on the inside along with amore della mio vita."

I kissed his lips again before smiling, this is meant to be his birthday.

"It's beautiful Zayn but this is meant to be your birthday, we should be celebrating you not me."

He just smiled down at me before pecking my lips.

"You saying yes to marrying me, having the twins here and having my family surrounding me is all the birthday celebrations I need."

I just rolled my eyes before taking Dante out of his arms and pushing him towards everyone. I sat down with the twins on my lap as he opened his cards and unwrapped his presents but then his hand stopped on one card.

"Zayn? Zayn what's wrong?"

He slowly opened it and read it to himself before his whole body tensed up and his eyes turned cold.

"Zayn? What does it say?"

He slowly got up off the floor and walked slowly over to me, his hands in fists and I'm amazed how the card isn't in pieces right now. He gently took Draxel and Dante out of my arms and handed me the card.

Everyone looked at me and I looked at Zayn before finally looking down at the message in the card.

"Happy Birthday my son, I can't wait to meet my grandchildren."
