The Primeval Islands, also known as the Primordial Archipelago, is a a group of large islands that are located right in the center of the Pacific Ocean. It is hidden because Orieus created a forcefield to conceal it from others. They are large islands where prehistoric animals, including dinosaurs and cavemen reside. The islands also has some large that eat anything they see.

The weather on these islands included sunny days, harsh winters and violent stormy monsoons. Primeval Islands also has a massive volcano called Mount Primus which erupts rarely. Purple flowers also grows on the island which they shot barbs that are poisonous.

History:

Millions of years ago, Orieus created these islands as a place for prehistoric creatures. For example, when the dinosaurs almost died out, he managed to save a majority of species that all reside on the island. In addition to dinosaurs, there are other prehistoric animals that live on the island; mammals, primitive man, reptiles, amphibians and giant insects and arachnids. Since then, Orieus has managed to keep this Island hidden from the rest of the world and all other entities. However, a select few humans managed to find it but never made it off. Orieus does visit the island every now and again to check on it. Those select humans include a Captain and a whole group of passengers who got shipwrecked on the island during a hurricane which also made them go through the force field and on to the island.

Since then they started to make the island their home because of the force field and the ship totally damaged from the storm. Those humans nearly befriend most of the prehistoric creatures of the island. They also have supplies to keep them alive and save when there is danger around. When they explore the islands' deep crevices and what kind of creatures live down there they use ropes to climb down carefully so they don't fall to their death.

Orieus does visit the island every now and then to check on it. They also got prepared for the many hazards of the island including Mount Primus itself. Primeval Islands also has it's own population of Neanderthals and Cro-Magnon who arrived a few thousand years ago.

Biomes of Primeval Islands:

Jungles, bamboo forests, mangroves, moorlands, tropical grasslands, scrublands, prairies, redwood forests, marshlands, rocky deserts, grasslands, savannas, highlands, lowlands, snowy mountains, tundra and arctic regions, wetlands, temperate grasslands, boreal forests, alpine meadows and mountainous regions.
