When salma begum , mariyam and Anwar enter their room they see Murtasim too worried and puzzled while they roam their eyes around the whole room which was traumatised as if storm came here .

When he realises that the figure of the lady was none other than meerab's he lost his mind completely. The feeling was uneasy to digest that his wife his meerab was laying unconscious on the floor and water was pooling around her like a river.

His feet was frozen and eyes unblinked . Hand holding the handle of the door to keep himself on his right place.

Mariyam : bhai kya kar rahe Hain jaiya na bhabhi ke pass . She broke his train of thoughts .

Murtasim: huh ... Ha .... Haan .. and he runs towards meerab. He was constantly patting her cheeks to wake her up but she wasn't listening to him . The water was drenching him too . His white kurta pajama had turned transparent now .

Maa : beta shant ho jao tumhari agar tabiyat kharab ho gai toh meerab ka khayal kon rakhega isliya tum pehle jao kapda badlo main doctor se puchti hun .

He hummed and left . While at the same time doctor comes inside the room . She tells everyone to leave the room so that she could check on her . When doctor was checking on meerab murtasim came out and looked at Meerab with longing in his hopefull eyes .

After completing her task doctor asks ..

Doc : sure and both moves out of the room where he had made a small living room . There Anwar and maa begum was also seated.

Too much stress lena sa unka BP low ho jata hai aur bhut zada hyper hone se BP high ho jata hai Aisa main anxiety hoti hai but when any other situation arises where she gets panicked then she will find difficulty in breathing. She will hyperventilate as if trying to breath and all the things mix up together making her eyes hazy .

Aur ek baat there are few indicators to detect a person is having panic attack or anxiety attack. Like she is breathing too fast , she is feeling too hot and trying to get some air or too much sweating, weak to walk , loosing appetite or she is not able to keep herself awake like feeling to much hazy . These all gives you indications about her health. So I would prefer you that you should always carry her few things like her medicines, her inhaler wherever you go because it can happen anyway anytime it has no status that due to this this happened no it's just her mind which messes with her and such things occur.

Esa main chakkar bhi bhut aate Hain . Agar sahi wakt per dawai na Mila ya inhaler use na Kiya jaaye then the person may faints due haziness and dizziness . Aur sabka panic attack aur anxiety level depend karta hai unki body type kaisi hai . I think your wife is too sensative towards such things . Muja ek aur baat puchni hai kya aap ek dusre se baatein share karte hain kyuki esi highly sensitive body type wala logon ko zada se zada baatein karni chahiya apna man ki baatein share har wakt share karni chahiya chahe voh choti baat ho ya badi . Khushi ki baat ho ya dukhi koi bhi baat unhe apna tak nahi rakhi chahiya esa main unki health kharab hone ke chances zada badh jate hai . Aap unse jitni zada baat karenga unke man ki sunega voh khush hongi toh unhe kisi bhi tarah ki medicine se dur rahengi .

Murtasim: ji actually voh zada baat karna pasand nahi karti aur sabse badi baat voh khud ke baare main aur apna thoughts present kam hi karti hein . Unhe acha nahi lagta koi unki baat kare .

Doc: hmmm I guess aapko unke parents se baat karni chahiya they must be knowing her full history that yeh sab kab se hona shuru hua hai kya yeh hereditary hai ya inhe abhi hona shuru hua hai etc etc because parents are the best source to know a person you are living with . Anyways Agar unhe in sab se dur dhakelna hai toh apko unhe stress free environment dena hoga aur jitna ho saka unhe khush rakhiya don't let her feel alone or make her feel like she is unwanted.

Aur kahin na kahi muja esa feel ho Raha hai she is insecure so try to remove those things which lead to big issues kyuki jab do log ek sath rehta hai toh dono same toh nhi soch sakta dono ki soch alag hoti hai jaisa sabki nature alag hoti hai toh sometimes we fail to understand your partner and take them or their thoughts indifferent ya yun kahun unki baaton ko hum forgranted le lete Hain aur kuch baton ko hum ignore bhi karte hai jo apke partner ke liya badi baat hoti hai esa main the person feels many emotions some stop saying their thoughts some starts writing some cries a lot or they grow silent .

So I really suggest not as a doctor but as a human as a woman Make her feel loved, unhe bataiya ki aap sab unse kitna pyar karta hai unhe yakeen dilaya ki voh akeli nahi hai . Unhe bataya ki unki Khushi aap sab ke liya kitni kimti hai . Show her that she carries a top priority in your list . Unki khushiyan hi unhe iss jakdan se azaad Kara sakti hein .

Ab Agar yeh problem badhi toh the situation can turn worse it can lead to depression and aap sab ko toh pata hi hoga ki depression se insaan khud ko bhi ghatak nuksaan pahuncha sakta hai it can also lead to heart attack or brain hammrage so choice is yours what you want aur haan abhi filhal maine unko injection de Diya hei she will be up anytime soon but as per her prescription which may be given by her doctor earlier please do send me I would like to see the doses of it because in this case we can't change their medicines but these medicines are too addictive hume unki yeh adat chudwane hogi dheere dheere not abruptly.

Aur please jaisa hi voh uthe unhe pehle ache se khana dein she is too weak to even think straight. Murtasim was totally numb he could not proceed further what the doctor said about his love his lifeline. Here she was suffering too much and he didn't even knew about it . She never told him about her feelings her health nothing always on her defence mode or always working as khani of the household without a break for herself.  So on the behalf of murtasim Anwar and maa greeted her and left behind her while mariyam stayed behind with her brother.

Then everyone leaves while he sits beside her . He was looking at her paled face which was glowing just before the incident happened. He was roaming his fingers in her hair just to feel her presence and pain . The tears were just never stoping making his eyes go red . Murtasim: shhh relax sab theek hai tum bathroom main faint ho gai thi main hi tumhe room main laya aur mariyam ne tumhara kapda change Kiya tha . And please don't panic okay main theek hun voh toh tumhe esa behosh dekh ker dar gaya tha main aur tumhe yun dekh ker gussa main maine voh vase todh diya tha kyuki tum uth hi nhi Rahi thi toh.... Before he could say meerab says ..

Meerab : toh tumne socha yahi kar leta hun khud ko nuksan pahunchana se main uth jaungi.  Kab sudhroge murtasim esa kyun karte ho khud ko takleef mat Diya Karo mera karan please . Aur bolo ro kyun rahe the tum toh kabhi rote nahi ho na toh itna bade bade ansu ki liya ? Tumhi the shayad us din jab tum ro rahe the aur maine yahi sawal kiya tha aur tumne kaha tha tum janti ho ab main nahi rota toh ab kya ho gaya esa hmm ?

Murtasim: hah ... He laughed as he remembered their conversation and then mariyam's act to make him smile . Sachi nhi ro Raha main voh toh bas aankh main kachra chala gaya tha isliya aankein laal ho rahi hai .

Meerab : oh really tumne mujha kya bewakoof samjha hai sach sach bolo kyun ro raha the ? She questioned again but somewhere in her heart she knows he was crying for her the way she was crying for him last night out of fear of losing him .

Murtasim: tumhe kho Dena ka dar ne mujha majboor kar diya meri rooh bhi tadap Rahi thi tumhe esa dekh ker toh aankein kaisa peecha rehti batao ? Kyun Kiya tumne esa bolo ? Bataya kyun nhi kuch bhi ? Kya itna sa bhi bharosa nahi hai tumhe mujh per ? Tumne yeh tak nahi bataya ki tumhari kis tarah ki medicine chal rahi hai. Meerab: TUM NA ISSI LAYAK HO KYIN MARNA KI BAATEIN KAR RAHE HO MANA KIYA HAI NA ... SHE SAID WITH ANGER .

Murtasim: acha sorry pakka ab se esi vesi koi baat nhi karunga . Please maaf kar do . He tried to pacify her .

NO 👎 she looks other side to show him she is angery .

Murtasim: Please sorry acha yeh lo main kaan pakad ke sorry bolta hun ab toh maaf kar do . He said coming in front of her.

He was looking cute she thought and stayed unaffected faking her anger to see how cutely he will make her agree to forgive him which she already had .

Murtasim: Acha acha suno na tum kaho ko murga ban jau .. haaaan yahi sahi rahega murga hi ban jata hun . Isse maafi toh mil hi jayegi haina so ever so famous Murtasim khan did what he said to his ruthi hui begum .

When murtasim became murga he was looking even more cuter than before. Watching him she laughed out loud holding her stomach 🤣🤣. Tears out of laughter spills out of the eyes .

Meerab : hahaha 🤣🤣 khan murtasim khan became murga for his wife wow what a site to be hold . I will never forget this day isse toh main humesha mark kar ke rakhungi after all aaj ke din khan MURTASIM khan apni biwi ke aage murga bana hai . You know agar koi tumhe esa dekhaga na toh Kai kahega ki lord khan murtasim khan can do this just to manaofy his wife . And starts laughing all over again .

Ahhh mashallah subhanallah kya begum hai meri mera naam itna sunder nazara se kehti hai voh bhi ek hi sentence main kitna baar kehti hai dil ko bhut khushi hoti hai sun ker . Mera naam aaj se pehle itna pyara mehsoos nhi hua . He thought. Hearing her melodious song like laugh his thoughts broke .

Murtasim : Haan haan toh isme hasne ki kya baat hai bhala apni biwi ko manana galt thodi hai aur main is wakt khan murtasim khan nahi hun main apni biwi ke sath sirf aur sirf murtasim hun uski meerab ka murtasim jiske liya voh kuch bhi kar sakta hai yeh murga Banna toh kuch bhi nhi hai. Tumhe pata hai tum hasti hui bhut Sundar bhut pyari lagti ho esa hi har dam hasti rehna . Main har dam tumhe hasta khilkhilakar hasta muskurate hue dekhna chahta hun . Tum bas mujhse rotha na Karo dil bachain ho uthta hai .

Meerab : oho mera senti aashiq idhar aao . He sits beside her and looks at her intently as if he is still trying to digest the fact that this bubbly girl is suffering too much to handle.

Meerab: Esa kya dekh Rahe ho .. and suddenly she realizes something so she hugs him tightly . Murtasim I am fine okay relax . She says while rubbing his back to calm him down but smile was not coming on his lips . So she thought to do some mischief.

Meerab: Vese murtasim tum cute bhut lag rahe the murga banta hua and laughs thinking about it. 

Murtasim: Acha bachu kuch zada hi pasand aa gaya shayad ruko zara abhi batata hun bhut hasi aa rahi hai na .. as he lapete over her to tickle her but she slips off from the bed and started running in whole room like a butterfly. If someone looks at them they will not believe that it is same meerab and murtasim because they are different in front of everyone and the scenario is different to see . The scene was peaceful like aage aage meerab peecha peecha murtasim. 

After so much running Murtasim now had caught her by her wrist but before he could come close to her he got entangled with the duvet which was hanging down from the matress. Both fall on the bed together and murtasim falls straight on meerab's front . Face was very near to hers , heartbeat raised to high it was thudding like a hammer. Both looks at each other with an unknown emotion suddenly murtasim started laughing and watching him laugh she too laughed remembering their tom and jerry run.  He lays beside her holding her in his arms and was laughing continuously while she was looking at him with a peaceful smile.

"Tum esa hi hasta muskurate raha karo na esa hi acha lagta ho ." Meerab said .

Murtasim: acha theek hai phir hum esa hi rahenga raahi ban kar.

Meerab : pakka and was about to hug him when there door got a knock. 

Meerab in mind ab kon hai yrr agar voh chudail haya hui na toh aghh jaan lelungi main uski. 

Murtasim: relax meri jaan mulazim hogi tumhara khana laai hogi .

Meerab : mmmhmm ... ahhaa.... kya baat hai Meri jaan and all haaaan not bad murtasim I am impressed 👍.

Murtasim: only for you 😘. Main dekhta hun .

Murtasim opened the door and took the tray and closed it swiftly.

Meerab looked at the food and made a face.

Meerab : Main nahi khaungi yeh bimaron wala khana . Main bimar nhi hun . She said with annoyance.

Murtasim: Meerab esa zid mat Karo please paka main raat ko tumhare pasand ka jo bologi voh banwa dunga. Abhi yeh kha lo mere liya please. He requested her softly.

She nodded in no making a puppy face.

Murtasim: Please.. yeh itna bura bhi nhi hai tumne bhi toh muja voh soup aur daliya khilaya tha yeh toh khichdi hi hai . He made an innocent face.

Meerab: Okay sirf isliya kha Rahi hun kyuki tum keh rahe ho. Raat ko yeh bimaron wala khana nhi khaungi main . She said with a childishness .

Murtasim: Paka se mat khana and then he makes her eat food and feeds himself too .

Meerab: Tum kyun kha rahe ho ? She asked ...

Murtasim: Kyuki mujha bhi bhook lag rahi hai madam time toh dekho shaam ho rahi hai subha se behosh ho . He said with a tight smile.

Then both eats food and moves out of the room . They both come downstairs holding each other's hand where whole family was sitting waiting for them only to come .

Maa looks at them and gets up . Aao beta humara sath beitho aur batao kaisa feel ho raha ab ? Theek ho ?

Meerab : ji maa begum ab theek hun main . Maine aap sab ko bhut pareshan kar diya tha na ? Aap sab ko meri wajh se kitni problem Hui hogi .

Anwar : arey nhi esa kuch nhi hai tumne humko bilkul pareshan nhi Kiya hai aur vese bhi yeh sab toh chalta rehta hai yeh kisi ke sath bhi ho sakta hai tum zada mat socho .

Meerab smiles . She even meets her parents and they discuss their misunderstandings now every thing is back to normal. She was looking happy and contented which really made murtasim's heart flutter with joy .

Maa begum even announced that haya will not stay here she will be living in gao till she gets married to a suitable match which made haya out of control but she couldn't do anything over it .

Few days have been passed like this.. all were taking good care of meerab and she was happy doing things of her choice. She was loving the change of course came into the atmosphere of haveli members. She got to know about her real mother who had this panic attack problem but it was not so severe like her it was on borderline so she concluded that it was genetic to her from her mom. 

She requested to visit her and pay her a gratitude of love . When she saw her mom's picture she had a teary smile because she doesn't want to miss her with sadness. She loved her parents love story and she had now turned even more naughty than she was before marriage to murtasim. She always pranks on him with mariyam or sometimes with maa begum just to irritate him .

She even clicked his few pictures without his knowledge and used to laugh with her parents or mariyam of course as she was her crime partner. She is like a free bird in the house fluttering from one corner to the other. Like this one month have passed.

In this one month both meerab and murtasim have grown closer to each other. Meerab have strong emotions for him now . But still she is yet to discover her feelings towards him . Meerab was now more open to murtasim than before.
