Well it's not Jason because Thalia is better than Jason

I think Piper and Leo were replacing Silena and Beckendorf

So that leaves Frank and Hazel which is hard because of the different skill sets.

I would have to go with Hazel

If you were to expanded it to include those that could have but were not officially granted the title I would say either Thalia, Reyna, or Nico
