Well i can wistle without actually wisteling i can wistle with my voice. If you still dont understand is uh yeh i can make my voice so high that it sounds like a wistle XD

Real life: some boy from my class but im trying to not get blinded by his love cuz hes actually a a**hole but i cant see it :/
