Here's few things:

1. Making dialogues more realistic (but maybe it's polish voice actors' fault)

2. Make relationships more like from the season 1, now it isn't that advanced.

3. More skase (I know there may be people who don't want this but it's only ship connected to Skye, that writers hinted on. [According to PAW Patrol Wiki])

4. Try to make missions more interesting and sometimes more emotional.

5. There should be also episodes where it's not only about being happy (sadness should be put in sometimes and we have to learn how to get over it.)
