Personality:
In the most simple way possible, Ash is the very definition of damaged goods. She holds herself in a position of zero tolerance for disrespect, but will soften for the right person. Often times, however, she remains steadfast in her ways. She has drive, determination, beauty, power, and strength. And that's what makes her dangerous.

Upon first glance, the first thing you'll notice about her is her "don't fuck with me" vibe. She is very much the girl who is in the back, observing rather than speaking. Almost like your stereotypical bad girl, she has friends with benefits, one night stands, fights, smokes, drinks, has been in and out of prison etc. She really has no boundaries when it comes to the façade she puts on.

On the surface, she is a harsh, domineering young lady with a future... if she could turn herself around. She's rather persuasive when she wants to be, as well as seductive when she has to be. And she knows it too. Gorgeous and independent, the girl is really just someone who's on her own.. a lot.

When someone gets close enough, they'll see her softer, gentler side. She is lowly a to those who end up close to her, and is extremely protective of what is hers. Be it a friend or family, maybe even a fwb or lover, she is protective. She won't hesitate to step in and throw a punch, or even kill if she has too. The amount of people she has screwed over, both literally and figuratively, has created enough enemies she feels she always has to be safe. Ash is a flirt, and damn does she know it. She knows it better than anyone. Due to things in her life, she decided she was going to be seductive when she wanted to be, and get someone who caught her eye. When you catch her eye, she will ensure she gets you, and then leave you like you're nothing.

She's someone who knows right from wrong, but always chooses wrong. In her eyes, it isn't as exciting a life when you're a good boy/girl. So naturally she's gonna do the wrong thing. Plus, who would ever believe she of all people would do the right thing? Absolutely no one will. She knows it and holds it herself. Whether it's a good or bad thing... that's up to you.

She's kind of a smartass, unafraid of putting things bluntly. What, she hurt your feelings? Cool, she doesn't care. Backstory:
Ash was born on April 12, on a windy, sunny day. Her parents met at a highschool party. Sure they dated others and whatnot, but when they graduated college, they tied the knot. Ash was actually a mistake as she never was meant to happen. But when her mother, Linda, learned she was pregnant, her father, Jackson, decided the baby would be a boy. Hence the boy's name. But when she was born, her parents were disappointed. Ash and her parents had a rather... strained relationship. Sometimes things went well, others it went downhill. More often than not, downhill. Sometimes, they were the poster family. A happy father who does well, a proud wife with a happy child. But Ash wasn't happy. She was actually feeling rather done with everything. On the nights she had nightmares, she would run into her parents bedroom, climbing into their bed. She was always afraid of the dark, and afraid of being alone in the dark. Growing up, Ash always faced teasing for being a girl with a boy's name. Who names their daughter Ash? Plain old Ash. Not short for anything, that was just her name. Eventually having had enough, Ash soon decided to take it out on her biggest assailant, a boy named Joey. Joey had taunted her for years on end, and enough was enough. Ash beat the daylights out of him, thus starting a career of the "bad girl" persona. In highschool, she met her first love, James. James was everything Ash needed in her life. She thought she was finally enough, and worth it. But when James broke up with her in their junior year, she had lost every last piece of her. Her parents hadn't wanted her, well they did, they were poor at expressing it, and neither did her boyfriend. It didn't help she grew up with very little friends. Ash grew up to be a successful...ish business owner. She actually is the heiress of Winters International, a company that could give you the latest designs of houses in a matter of months. Winters International soon began to sell more houses around the globe, shareholding in multiple countries with multiple businesses. Her parents built foster homes and such things, inspirational, right? Wrong. Her parents started to treasure her more the more her father's business grew. Every poster family needs that poster child and she knows it. She began to take care of things whenever her parents were away. Sometimes it was unbearable. The empty house and darkness, others it was refreshing. She had to be herself when her family was gone. She actually took a liking to a little girl she met on the street, a 10 year old girl by the name of Adelaide. Ash learned Adelaide was living the life she had as a child. Minus the teasing for her name. But still she took the girl under her wing. Her parents visit once every three years, so she doesn't see them a lot. It's okay though. She has other things to worry about.
