"Where were you since the morning?" Prachi asked.

"I.....I went to the library." Shahana replied.

"Wow! Now you have started lying to me too." Prachi said bitterly.

"Wh....Why will I lie to you?" Shahana shuttered.

"I know everything. You have been lying to me the entire week from the time I was discharged from the hospital." Prachi accused angrily.

"Prachi......" Shahana tried to explain.

"Stop. You don't need to give me an explanation and waste your time. You can go and continue helping Rhea." Prachi turned her face in the other direction.

"Try to understand Prachi, I'm not trying to save her. She sheared by Mehra sir so........" she was again cut off by Prachi.

"You decided to believe the words of a potential murderer? Maa is emotionally weak and doesn't know about her deeds, so she is trying to being her out of jail, but you know about everything. I never imagined you to betray me." Prachi lashed out.

"You are misunderstanding me, Prachi." Shahana cried.

"Leave" Prachi ordered.

Shahana stood there for a few minutes, tears streaming down her face, hoping for Prachi to forgive and understand her. She ran out of the room when Prachi didn't even look at her once.

On the way to the terrace, she dashed into Ranbir and Aryan. They were shocked to see her crying asked her the reason of it, but she hurried away, not answering them.

"What do you think happened?" Ranbir asked.

"No idea. Let me go to her and you ask Prachi about it." Aryan suggested.

So, Ranbir and Aryan went to Prachi's room and the terrace respectively.

At the terrace,

Aryan silently walked upto Shahana and hugged her.

"Why is my sutli bomb crying?" he enquired while caressing her hair.

"Pra.....Prachi is angry on me." she sobbed.

"Stop crying and then we can discuss the matter to solve it." he broke the hug and gave her a glass of water.

After a few minutes, Shahana calmed down and narrated everything to Aryan.

"The solution is simple. Stop bothering about Rhea." Aryan said in a matter of fact way.

"But, I have promised her to find the truth." Shahana pointed.

"Who is more important to you, Prachi or Rhea?" he frowned.

"The answer was, is and will always be Prachi, but I feel Rhea is saying the truth this time and the real culprit ought to be caught." she answered.

"I think Prachi was right. Now, Rhea has become more important to you than us." he was angry.

"You too are not trying to understand me." she let out an exasperated sigh.

"It's not us, it's you. I support Prachi in this matter." he stormed out angrily.

In Prachi's room,

"Have it." Ranbir tossed a chocolate at Prachi.

"I don't want it." she grunted.

"It helps cool temper and life the mood." he stated the facts.

"Thank you." she said munching the chocolate bar furiously.

"What spoiled my chikchiki's mood?" he asked as if talking to a child.

"Shahana has changed. She cares for Rhea more than me now." Prachi complained.

"What made you think so?" Ranbir was surprised.

Prachi explained how Shahana was assisting Rhea to get a bail.

"Did you try talking to her? It may solve your problem." he suggested after hearing everything.

"What should we talk about? Isn't it clear that Shahana values Rhea more than me?"

"Calm down Prachi. Don't make opinions in anger. There must be some reason behind Shahana's actions." Ranbir reasoned.

"Why are you supporting her so much? Do you also want Rhea to be back?" Prachi was infuriated.

"Prachi! You are not your usual self now. We will talk again when you get back your senses." Ranbir said in a constrained tone before walking out.

Alia had been listening to their conversations secretly. She smirked at their fights.

"I have successfully managed to built a crack in their relation. The soul sisters are now separated, the brothers from different mothers are in opposite views and the lovers are angry at each other. It is just a matter of time before I deepen the crack till they force each other to leave from here." Alia laughed maliciously at the success of her plan.

Flashback~

Prachi was resting in her room alone. That's when Alia entered with a sympathetic face.

"How are you feeling now dear?" she enquired sweetly.

Prachi didn't reply but stared at her with a mix of suspicion and surprise.

"Don't look at me like that. I am your bhooji too. Since the day I came to know you are my niece, I left all my grudges against you." she explained.

"What brings you here suddenly?" Prachi still didn't believe her completely.

"I came here to see if you have recovered from the betrayal of one sister and are ready for another one from the other sister." Alia said.

"What do you mean by another one from the other sister? Rhea can wish my death but Shahana would rather give her life for me." Prachi trusted Shahana more than anything.

"Situation changes even the best people. Rhea has manipulated Shahana to help her." Alia pressed on.

"Why should I believe you?" Prachi furrowed her eye brows.

"I have never tried to harm my own blood, be it Rhea or Kiara. Moreover, you have seen for yourself Rhea's ability to hypnotize by others. Even your mother was a prey to it." Alia tried to brainwash Prachi.

"Shahana would have definitely told me if she did anything." Prachi said feebly.

"Where does she goes everyday without informing you? I know you have your sources and friends to find out the answer. It was my responsibility to inform you and I did it. Now it's your wish what you want to do." Alia shrugged and left.

Prachi was disturbed by her words and decided to find out where Shahana went everyday. She was shocked when she found out Alia had said the truth and decided to confront Shahana.
