Purple Ruby P.O.V:

As I waved the Peridot, goodbye, I was dragged in the ship by the army ruby, and put in a seat near the back. I kicked my legs back and forth as everyone got in and we took off into space looking for a planet called 'earth', I think. My eyes caught a ruby staring at me, her gem was on her navel, I gave her a tongue smile, because I kinda don't know if I can retract my tongue. The Ruby giggled and pat my head then got back to steering the ship. I hummed in boredom, losing interest in the stars very quickly. Getting up from my seat, I caught sight of a big red button. "Ooo~" I muttered, stary eyed, and picking up the pace toward the button.

3rd pov:

Navy looked up from the control panel to the defects chair to find it empty, slightly alarmed, she looks around the ship in confusion and a little bit of a panic, until she caught sight if the purple Ruby, only for that panic to increase as she saw that the defect was on her way to the dejection button. Navy jumped from her seat, ran towards the defect, and right before her hand grazed the button Navy wrapped her arms around the gem and swiftly moved her away from the red button.

Navy placed the defect in her chair and sighed. "We should give you something to do uhhh," Navy paused, looking around for something the defect can do without involving anyone else, until her eyes caught a hologram of the planet and pictures of places there. Navy smiled and slid the hologram over to defect. "Here browse through these," Navy said going back to her seat and steering the ship once again. Defect looked at the pictures in fasnation.

Timeskip

As the rubies reached the earth atmosphere, defect was ecstatic and jumping in her seat, but stayed put as the roaming eye caught sight of a green figure running into a box type thing. Defect stood from her seat and pointed. "Hey look!" She exclaimed pointing at the green figure that disappeared into the box, then at the hole in the side of it. Navy patted the defects head with a "good job defect!", defect gave a meer tongue smile, as the roaming eye went down in the hole and scanned the area alerting the group of a gem that has been scanned.

A water hand popped up from the ocean and flicked the ship to the ground, injecting defect out of her chair and to the ground, making her gem/chin hit the floor. Everyone hit the ground, but quickly got up. Navy got up and grabbed defect lifting her chin up to see her gem as she wore a dazed tongue expression. It seemed the gem had just bearly grazed the ground, leaving small scratches on the surface.

Navy hummed and patted her head, taking the defect into her arms as the Ruby with her gem on her eye stepped out of the ship. Eyeball gave an aforementioned grunt, then Army hopped out doing weird moves then kicking a flower and walking away. Navy brushed off defects ruby, causing her to shutter in response, and quickly moved out of the ship. "What a lovely planet." Navy comments hopping out the ship. defect moved out of the ship right after Navy and looked around with a goofy tongue smile.

"Earth looks pretty!" Defect said starry eyed as she was fascinated by the grass, mostly to everyone's surprise she was able to talk fluently. Defect climbed out of the ship and walked around, taking in the scene of earth in person. "Wait! So we just get up and walk around?" Leggy said peaking out of the ship, only to be pushed out by Doc. "Now, where the gem the scanners locked onto? Let's fan out and search the area." Doc says getting out and looking around. Everyone scattered, completely missing the red barn.
