Shelby's P.O.V

"The Soul of Bending?" I cocked my head in confusion.

"I've only heard of it from stories, myths!" Scott exclaimed.

"What is it?"

"Life and Death and Manipulation. Put together. Life can only create life, and Death, death. But Bending, you can do anything you desire with what's man made, what's alive, what's dead, what's natural. You harness the power to bend and change all of this at your will."

"You still have Life magic, you can still bring people back from the dead, but without a Death element here, it may be difficult."

"We need to get Cory back!" I cried. "Wait... I-I... I killed them in Life's area. I'M NOT A LIFE ANYMORE!"

"There is a new Life. You know this new Life. In the EAPE. We must get there."

Jess grabbed my hands, apparently able to touch me still. "I'm going with you!" she exclaimed.

"I'll go too," Jack said.

We all sat in silence. "I can guide you," Frisk said eventually.

"Alright then. Let's do this."

I walked through the doors, unsure if I controlled everyone or that evil soul did. Just in case, however, I held Jack like he was a prisoner. To my relief, a guard came up and asked, "Master, would you like me to take care of him?"

"No, this is MY catch. Scram."

"Of course, Master."

The guard walked off. "It still concerns me that you're so good at just acting evil," Jess whispered.

"It's called acting school," I smiled.

'Life... the Soul of Life is amongst those you befriended.'

I searched the halls for the three friends I made. I found them in the Master's Chamber, composing a song together. I shut the door and shoved Jack to the ground. A twinkle in his eyes let me know he didn't think I meant it in a bad way. Stacy quickly scurried to her feet before bowing in front of me. 'Her... it's her!'

"Welcome back, Master," she greeted.

"My name's Shelby. And you, Stacy, are the new Soul of Life."

"How are you so cool about that?!" Joey exclaimed.

"S-Soul of.. L-Life? I'm on the enemy's side. Oh God. Please, have mercy for me!"

"I won't hurt you," I reassured her. "In fact... I'm on that side myself."

Stacy's P.O.V

I could hardly believe what I was hearing. "You were faking the WHOLE FREAKING TIME?!" Meghan exclaimed.

"Please, don't hate me.." Shelby frowned. "I really did enjoy the time I spent with you, even if it wasn't much. But basically, my good soul was hidden beneath the bad one, and she wanted the world. She manipulated me, and used the power I was gifted and twisted it to suit her purposes. Our purposes..."

As she explained all of this, I began to feel a warmness in my heart. Then a quiet voice popped into my head. 'Hello, Stacy! I'm the power gifted to you: the power of Life.'

"You aren't kidding..." I breathed. "What do we do?"

"You're coming to the FAE."

"What about us?" Meghan asked.

"Oh you're coming." Shelby spaced out for a second before grinning. "You are definitely coming."

Shelby's P.O.V

Now to find Liam and Sasha and get outta the EAPE.

I marched up to a worker, who immediately shrunk in on himself upon seeing me. "Sasha and Liam. Where are they?!" I growled.

"Sasha and... Liam..?"

"The little kid and the army captain you idiot!"

"I-in the meeting room, Miss."

I went to the meeting room, Jack tight in my grip and Jess, Joey, Meghan and Stacy behind me. "Sasha, Liam?" I asked, gently closing the door, as they were the only two in there. I flipped the lock.

"M-miss... what's going on?" Sasha stuttered, standing in front of Liam.

"Look me in the eye."

They did as asked, and their eyes flashed grey, then to their regular colours. A look of anger immediately showed on Sasha's face. "You... you thought you could USE US?! AND NOW JACK'S HERE?! YOU TWO ARE BOTH MO-"

"Sasha, cool it," Jess said gently. "Come on, we're heading back to the FAE, we'll explain everything."

"Those two are coming? May as well stay here."

"Come ON, Sasha, Liam, let's just get back."

"Where are my brothers?" Liam frowned.

"Home. At the FAE. Now hurry up, I know a shortcut. It's called 'the author is too lazy to write them heading back so we'll just teleport'."

"What?"

"What the Hell, that worked?" Sasha asked as we walked through the door of the FAE.

"Of course it did," Jess shrugged. "It's called a 'fourth wall break'."

Liam was immediately knocked to the ground in a hug by Graser and Will. The group of them laughed and cried and stuff. 

"So like, who are they?" Callum asked, gesturing to Joey, Meghan and Stacy.

"Friends I made during..." I replied. "My time being a dictator."

"They evil like you?" Sasha sneered.

I tried to ignore the hatred in her voice. "No... they're not. In fact, Stacy is the new Soul of Life."

"'New'?! What are you now, the Soul of Evil?!"

"N-no..." She knew she was breaking me. "The... th-the Soul of Bending. The ability to manipulate things dead, alive, and even inanimate objects, at will."

"You gonna use it against us?"

"Why would I?"

Sasha glared at me before laughing. "Because you're evil!"
