Ophelia Scrubbit, the unwanted daughter of The Owner of Scrubitt and Bleacher's Guest House and Laundry was the most exploded worker on the laundry, since she was not only a scrubber but also the servitude. Ophelia has been raised by the other scrubbers who taught her everything about life so she doesn't end up being like Mrs. Scrubbit, which also made her develop a sort of "hate" towards her mum for never being a mother.
She pretended to be a happy girl and always showed gratitude to the rest of the victims of her progenitor, but the true is that she grew up feeling completely empty, until she met Noodle and started to take care of her and teach her everything that the scrubbers taught her back in time. In some way the 12yo girl filled a part of her heart and became like a sister to her, but there was something that still haunted her, it was like a sort of guilt for not being enough to anyone, her mother, noodle and the work.
That's when a young man with a unexplained heart and energy arrived, determined to make his dream come true, being a famous chocolatier, but of course, the witch caught him, so he made a whole plan to get out of the place Mrs. Scrubbit ran and take all of her victims with him, an adventure that somehow woke up a light on the empty soul of the girl.
